Abstract

Abstract Administrative staff (TU) has an important role in helping to develop the school become more advanced and qualified. The school administrative force serves as a school administration administrator associated with the management of student data, educator data and education personnel, mailing, archives, administration of facilities, and financial administration. TAS also plays an active role in providing administrative services to all interested parties. Therefore it is necessary to improve the competence of administrative staff. The type of research used is action research, ie the researcher attempted to apply an action as an improvement effort to overcome the problems found. Because the research is conducted with class setting, it is called Classroom Action Research This classroom action research is SMA Negeri 1 Susngai Beremas, Kabupaaten Pasaman Barat.In this classroom action research using two data analysis techniques taking into account the type of data collected, namely qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis Qualitative analysis of qualitative data obtained from the results of the instrument pengisina in accordance with the dat in the school.Based on the frame of thought and the results of implementation of leadership actions carried out by two cycles then made conclusions, the level of competence of the school administration determine the success of schools in achieving the established goals.Competency of school administrative staff in managing personnel administration can be improved through the guidance by the principal in his capacity as a manager at school. Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on observations that researchers have conducted at SDN 39 Kampung Pansur, it was found that the ability of teachers to develop improvement programs for Teacher Performance was still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve teacher capacity in developing improvement programs through Guidance and Supervision at SDN 39 Kampung Pansur. This research is a school action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 7 teachers at SDN 39 Kampung Pansur. Research data was collected using observation sheets. Data is analyzed using percentages. The results of the study showed that improving teacher performance could improve students' ability to improve student learning achievement at SDN 39 Kampung Pansur. This is evidenced by an increase in students' ability to develop teacher performance programs from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of students and teachers in developing teacher performance improvement programs in cycle I was 52.2 with less categories and in cycle II was 82 with good categories.Keywords: Learning Achievement, academic supervision, Guidance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted on learning Mathematics at SD Negeri 18 Kampung Pansur including (1) low student learning outcomes. (2) Lack of student interest in learning mathematics. (3) The learning method used by the teacher is conventional, the teacher speaks more and students listen. (4) Learning media used is not effective and interesting. This study aims to "Describe Increasing Student Interests and Learning Outcomes in KD Mathematics Learning Summing and Subtracting Numbers up to 20 in Class I Students of SD Negeri 18 Kampung Pansur". This research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of one meeting. Results of the study (1) Teacher's performance on KD Mathematics Learning addition and reduction in the application of the number card media learning model in cycle I was 61.23% which increased in cycle II which was 84.61%. (2) Student Interest Sheet in Mathematics learning KD Summing and Subtracting Numbers to 20 Students in Grade I SD Negeri 18 Kampung Pansur applying number learning model of number cards in cycle I is 80.26% increasing in cycle II which is 94.73%. (3) Student learning outcomes in KD Mathematics learning Summing and Subtracting Numbers up to 20 Students in Grade I SD Negeri 18 Kampung Pansur in cycle I is 71.05% increasing in cycle II, namely 78.42%.

Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan aktivitas belajar siswa Kelas XII IPA.1 SMAN 1 Pasaman dalam Mata pelajaran Biologi ditemukan bahwa tingkat aktivitas belajar siswa dalam Mata pelajaran Biologi masih sangat rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi tentang Peningkatan Aktivitas Belajar Siswa dalam Mata Pelajaran Biologi melalui model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) di Kelas XII IPA.1 SMAN 1 Pasaman Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, obeservasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 28 orang siswa Kelas XII IPA.1 SMAN 1 Pasaman. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dikemukakan pada bab sebelumnya, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa model pembelajaran two stay two stray (TS-TS) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dalam Mata Pelajaran Biologi di SMAN 1 Pasaman. Aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 71,77 (cukup) meningkat menjadi 81.62 (baik) dengan peningkatan sebesar 9.85

Abstract

AbstrakBerdasarkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas XII.IPS.1SMAN 1 Kinali dalam mata pelajaran Sejarah ditemukan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Sejarah masih sangat rendah. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa masih berada di bawah KKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi tentang upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Sejarah sub Menganalisis perjuangan bangsa Indonesia sejak Proklamasi hingga lahirnya orde baru melalui Model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT)di Kelas XII IPS.5 SMAN 1 Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 30 orang peserta didik Kelas XII IPS.5 SMAN 1 Kinali. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan ulangan harian. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dikemukakan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Sejarah sub Menganalisis perjuangan bangsa Indonesia sejak Proklamasi hingga lahirnya orde baru di SMAN 1 Kinali. Hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 54.88 (Cukup) meningkat menjadi 83.84 (Baik) dengan peningkatan sebesar 28.97%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on observations on the ability of the teacher of SDN 28 Simpang in making learning media in the phenomenon found that the ability of teachers to make learning media is still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about improving the ability of teachers to make learning media through Discussion-Based Group Supervision Techniques at Simpang SDN 28. This research is a school action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 5 teachers at SDN 28 Simpang. Research data was collected using an observation sheet. Data is analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that Through Discussion-Based Group Supervision Techniques can improve the ability of teachers in making learning media at SDN 28 Simpang. Analysis of the quality of learning media (teaching materials and slide presentations) made by the teacher shows that the teacher's ability to make learning media increases from cycle I to cycle II. The ability of teachers to make learning media in cycle I is 79.00 (enough) to increase to 84.40 (good) in cycle II.Keywords: Teacher's Ability, Learning Media, Discussion Based Group Supervision Technique

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of the Active Learning learning method type Quiz Team on social studies learning outcomes of students in Padang UNP Laboratory Development Middle School by comparing conventional learning models (lecture method). This type of research is Quasy Experiment. The population is class VII students of UNP Padang Laboratory Development Middle School. The total population is 174 students. Sampling by purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were VIIb grade students as experimental class and VIId grade students as control class with a total sample of 67 students. Data was collected using test results of learning which validity and reliability have been tested. The data is then analyzed using the SPSS and Ms.Excel statistical programs. The hypothesis of this study was tested by the two-average similarity test (t test) at the significance level of 0.05 and dk = 67. The results of the study found that the influence of the quiz team type active learning method on social studies learning outcomes in class VII UNP Padang Development Laboratory. Learning outcomes using the active learning method quiz team type is 72.7 while in the conventional 64 class further hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table is 8.209> 2.155 with a significance level of 0.05, thus the hypothesis. Thus the H1 hypothesis: "There is a significant influence from the application of Active Learning learning methods on student learning outcomes in social studies class VII in Laboratory Development Middle School Padang State University.Keywords: active learning type quiz team method, learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract Adjustment requires the ability of adolescents to live and socialize naturally to their environment, so that adolescents feel satisfied with themselves and also the environment. Adolescents with poor self-adjustment, their psychiatric life is characterized by emotional distress or anxiety that accompanies guilt, anxiety, dissatisfaction with what has been obtained, and complaints about what they experience. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the adjustment to the school environment in students of Class X IA.1 can be improved through group guidance services. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Subek in the study were students of Class X IA.1 SMAN 1 Kinali amounted to 32 students. In the result of cycle 1, the average result obtained is 61,03% from all students have mean of positive adjustment in medium criterion with mean percentage equal to 60,96% and negative self adjustment from whole student show medium criterion with percentage equal to 61.46%. And after given treatment obtained by result of cycle 2 equal to 71,57% from all student have average of positive self adjustment in high criterion with mean percentage 72,28% and negative self adjustment from whole student showed medium criterion with percentage equal to 69, 58%. The results showed an increase in self-adjustment to the school environment on all students at 10.54% after treatment. The conclusion of this study is that there is an increase of self adjustment to school environment in the students of Class X IA.1 SMAN 1 Kinali after giving group guidance service.Keywords: group guidance; adjustment to the school environment.

Abstract

Layanan informasi membantu peserta didik menerima dan memahami berbagai informasi diri, sosial, belajar, karir/jabatan,. untuk perkembangan dirinya .Layanan informasi diberikan kepada seluruh peserta didik kelas X MIPA 5 .supaya mereka dapat mengembangkan kemampuan dirinya dan meningkatkan daya kreatifitas serta dapat membina kekompakan antar peserta didik di kelas. khususnya pada kegiatan belajar dan dalam hubungan sesama teman baik saat dalam kelas maupun diluar kelas serta dalam mengerjakan tugas- tugas yang diberikan guru.kenyataannya siswa kelas Xmipa 5 saat ini banyak yang masih belum mampu untuk menyesuaikan diri dalam kelas mungkin masih asing bagi mereka SMAN1 pasaman. Peneliti sebagai guru BK mau mengetahui sesunggunya tentang apa yang disampaikan oleh peserta didik dan ingin mengetahui tentang hubungan pribadi kelasX MIPA 5.Tujuan Penelitian mendeskripsikan meningkatkan Kekompakan peserta didik melalui layanan informasi menggunakan sosiodrama kelas X MIPA 5 SMAN 1 Pasaman .Dari kegiatan sosiodrama hubungan sosial dapat terlihat , pengerjaan tugas dapat diselesaikan namun kelas tidak bisa nyaman dan aman karena kelas menjadi ribut dan suasana menjadi heboh namun kegembiraan dapat tercipta. Kekompakan peserta didik dapat meningkat dalam layanan informasi dengan menggunakan sosiodrama.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe results of observations and supervision carried out by the authors indicate that teachers at SDN 13 Sungai Pinang do not have the ability and good skills in carrying out their duties, especially in terms of using learning media. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve the ability of teachers to use learning media by conducting individual guidance-based mentoring at SDN 13 Sungai Pinang. This research is a school action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 3 class teachers at SDN 13 Sungai Pinang. Research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using average. The results showed that individual guidance-based mentoring activities can improve the ability of teachers to design, determine and use learning media. This is evidenced by the initial data of the teacher's ability before the implementation of individual guidance-based mentoring activities is still in the unfavorable category. Then after conducting individual guidance-based mentoring activities, the teacher's ability increases which can be seen from the improvement of the quality of learning media created by the teacher and an increase in the teacher's ability to use the media in the class to be 79.67 (good) in cycle I and after that increase in cycle II to be 87.33 (very good).Keywords: Teacher's Ability, Learning Media, individual guidance-based mentoring
