Abstract

Abstract Self efficacy is the conviction of within a person of his ability to organize and perform actions in order to achieve the desired results. The problem of low self efficacy towards career selection becomes something serious because it relates to the future and ideals of the students. This research uses individual counseling services behaviour symbolic modeling techniques to improve low self efficacy against career selection in students of Class X.5 in SMAN 1 Pasaman. The purpose of this research is to know the description of low self efficacy level on career selection before and after counseling individual behavioral technique of symbolic modeling. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The population in this study is all students of Class XII.IPA.3 in SMAN 1 Pasaman, which consists of 34 students. The results showed that 6 students who become research samples have a percentage of self-efficacy level of 52.25% (low category) before obtaining counseling service behavioral technique of symbolic modeling. After obtaining counseling service behavioral technique of symbolic modeling, the average percentage of self efficacy level against career selection becomes 72.25% (high category). There is a difference of self efficacy level to career selection in cycle 1 and cycle 2 after obtaining behavioral counseling technique of symbolic modeling. Overall, self-efficacy against career selection increased 20.5%. Keywords: low self efficacy against career selection, behavioral counseling technique symbolic modeling.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the observations that the researchers did to the teachers at SDN 12 Lunang, it was found that the ability of teachers in the implementation of teacher work was still low. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of teachers in the implementation of teacher work through individual supervision techniques at SDN 12 Lunang. This research is a school action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 9 Lunang 12 Elementary School Teachers. Research data was collected using observation sheets. Data is analyzed using percentages. The results showed that through individual supplementary techniques can improve the ability of teachers in the implementation of teacher work. This is evidenced by an increase in the ability of teachers in the implementation of teacher work in cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teacher skills in Teacher Ability in the implementation of teacher work in the first cycle was 45.33 in the Less category and in the second cycle was 84 in the good category.Keywords: Implementation of teacher work, Individual Supplementary Technique

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was aimed to find out the influence of students creative attitude and learning style toward their reading comprehension for second year of SMK YPM Zain Pauh Kambar Padang Pariaman in 2013/2014 academic year. This research was quantitative approach. The sample of this research was 62 students who were taken by using random sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaire and reading comprehension test. Qualitative data was analyzed by using simple and multiple regression technique with SPSS version 16.0 for windows. The research findings show that creative attitude gave influence toward students reading comprehension. In addition, students who have high creative attitude were also have high score in reading comprehension than students who have fair and low creative attitude.Key Words: Students Creative Attitude, Reading Comprehension

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas X.1 SMAN 1 Kinali dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris sub Memahami Ungkapan-Ungkapan Dasar pada interaksi sosial untuk kepentingan kehidupan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris sub Memahami ungkapan-ungkapan dasar pada interaksi sosial untuk kepentingan kehidupan masih sangat rendah. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa masih berada di bawah KKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi tentang upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris sub Memahami Ungkapan-Ungkapan Dasar pada interaksi sosial untuk kepentingan kehidupan melalui Metode Pembelajaran Audio-Lingual Method (ALL) di Kelas X.1 SMAN 1 Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 34 orang peserta didik Kelas X.1 SMAN 1 Kinali. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan ulangan harian. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dikemukakan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Pembelajaran Audio-Lingual Method (ALL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris sub Memahami Ungkapan-Ungkapan Dasar pada interaksi sosial untuk kepentingan kehidupan di SMAN 1 Kinali. Hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 55.67(Cukup) meningkat menjadi 84.06 (baik) dengan peningkatan sebesar 28.39%.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Kinali ditemukan bahwa kemampuan Pengelolaan Kelas dan Penilaian Proses dengan Pelatihan Mikro teaching bagi guru masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi tentang Peningkatan Kemampuan Pengelolaan Kelas dan Penilaian Proses. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah. Prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, obeservasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 14 orang guru dimana 7 orang guru dari SMAN 1 Pasaman dan 7 orang guru dari SMAN 1 Kinali di Sekolah Binaan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembaran obeservasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan Pelatihan Mikro teaching dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Pengelolaan Kelas dan Penilaian Proses dengan Pelatihan Mikro teaching bagi guru di Sekolah Binaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya Pelatihan Mikro teaching dapat meningkatkan Kemampuan Pengelolaan Kelas dan Penilaian Proses dengan Pelatihan Mikro teaching bagi guru di Sekolah Binaan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Rata-rata kemampuan Guru dalam pengelolaan kelas dan penilaian proses melalui pelatihan mikro teaching dalam segi penilaian aspek pada siklus I adalah 54.46 berapa pada kategori cukup sedangkan pada penilaian dimensi berada pada kategori dengan kategori cukup dengan nilai 59.15 dan pada penilain aspek untuk siklus II adalah 86.83 dengan kategori Baik dan juga pada penilain dimensi untuk siklus II adalah 84.82 dengan kategori Baik.

Abstract

ABSTRACTLearning interest is one of the factors that are important for student success in learning. However, the learning interest of the sixth grade students of SDN 24 Barung-Barung Belanti in mathematics was found to be still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about increasing student learning interest in mathematics subjects through Active Learning Strategy Type of Index Card Match Type in Class VI SDN 24 Barung-Barung Belanti Ujung Gading. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. Research data was collected using a test sheet. Data is analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been stated, it can be concluded that the Active Learning Strategy Type Index Card Match Type can increase students' learning interest in mathematics in Class VI SDN 24 Barung-Barung Belanti. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research starts from learning planning is a very important step before the implementation of learning. Careful planning is needed so that the implementation of learning runs effectively. Learning planning is outlined in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). For this reason, it is necessary to increase the competence of teachers in preparing the RPP. The researcher tries to use continuous learning to improve the competence of teachers in preparing RPP. Based on the results of ongoing guidance research can improve the competence of teachers in preparing RPP. This can be evidenced from the results of observations / observations which show that there is an increase in teacher competence in preparing RPP from cycle to cycle. In the first cycle the average value of RPP components was 69% and 83% in the second cycle. So, there was an increase of 14% from cycle IKeywords: Teacher Competence, RPP, Continuing Guidance

Abstract

Abstract Based on the results of observations that researchers do in the semester of January-August 2017/2016, researchers found the phenomenon that the level of discipline of teachers in collecting learning tools is still low. This is evident from the time the researcher asked the teacher to collect learning tools there are still many teachers who did not collect the requested learning device. There are also teachers who rush to prepare learning tools when the principal or supervisor will supervise the class. Of the six class teachers, if averaged, then only 60%, teachers who complement the learning tools both in the form of syllabus, SK / KD, RPP, prota promes and teaching materials. Meanwhile, 40% of teachers did not collect. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 6 teachers of INS Kayu Tanam high school class who were research class teachers. Research data was collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that the application of reward and punishment system can improve teacher discipline in collecting learning device. This is evidenced from before applied rewards and punishment, the percentage of teachers who collect learning tools only 66.67% with the collect on time only amounted to 22.81%. After applied reward and punishment system, then in cycle I, teacher collecting learning device become 79,65% with percentage which collect on time is 35,79%. After cycle II, the percentage of teachers who collected learning tools became 97.54% with the percentage of teachers who collected on time was 81.05%. Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil belajar Siswa Kelas XII IPA 3 SMAN 1 Pasaman dalam mata pelajaran Fisika sub Menerapkan konsep dan prinsip gejala gelombang dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut ditemukan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Fisika sub Menerapkan konsep dan prinsip gejala gelombang dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut masih sangat rendah. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa masih berada di bawah KKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi tentang upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Fisika sub Menerapkan konsep dan prinsip gejala gelombang dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut melalui Metode Curah Pendapat (Brainstorming) di Kelas XII IPA 3 SMAN 1 Pasaman Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 36 Orang peserta didik Kelas XII IPA 3 SMAN 1 Pasaman. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan ulangan harian. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dikemukakan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Curah Pendapat (Brainstorming) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Fisika sub Menerapkan konsep dan prinsip gejala gelombang dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut di SMAN 1 Pasaman. Hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 57.85(Cukup) meningkat menjadi 84.77 (baik) dengan peningkatan sebesar 26.92%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on observations on the competence of teachers at SDN 17 Simaung Cumateh in compiling a Class Action Research Proposal in the phenomenon found that the ability of teachers in compiling classroom action research is still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about improving the ability of teachers in compiling Classroom Action Research Proposals through the CLCK coaching model (Example, Exercise, Control, Independent Work) Based on Intensive Assistance at Simaung Cumateh Elementary School. This research is a school action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 5 SDN 17 Simaung Cumateh teachers. Research data was collected using an observation sheet. Data is analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the Intensive Assistance-Based CLCK coaching model can improve the ability of teachers in preparing Classroom Action Research Proposals at Simaung Cumateh Elementary School. Analysis of the quality of PTK proposals made by the teacher shows that the teacher's ability to compile a Class Action Research Proposal increases from cycle I to cycle II. The ability of the teacher in preparing the Class Action Research Proposal in cycle I was 71.50 (enough) to increase to 93.00 (good) in cycle II.Keywords: Teacher's Ability, Preparation of PTK Proposal, CLCK coaching model based on Intensive Assistance
