Abstract

Emai: nuritawati16@gmail.com ABSTRACTBased on observations made by researchers to principals in target schools, namely in SDN 04 Nanggalo, SDN 05 Nanggalo and SDN 07 Sungai Tawar, it was found that the ability of school principals to develop education supervision programs was still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about the efforts of the school principal's ability to develop an education supervision program through the School Principal Working Meeting based on mentoring in the target school. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects of the study consisted of 3 principals of the target schools. The research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results of the study showed that Mentoring-based MKKS could improve the ability of school principals in developing education supervision programs in target schools. This is evidenced by the increase in the ability of school principals to develop educational supervision programs from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of the principal in preparing the education supervision program in the first cycle was 73.17 with sufficient categories and in the second cycle 84.29 in the good category

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the acquisition of learning outcomes of Class III students at SDN 02 Batang Gasan in thematic learning with the theme of daily activities it was found that many student learning outcomes were still incomplete. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning with the theme of daily activities through an instant learning assessment model with media choose number in Class III SDN 02 Batang Gasan. This research is classroom action research with research procedures covering planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 31 students of Class III SDN 02 Batang Gasan. The research data was collected using a test sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results of the study and discussion show that the learning model of Instant Assessment learning model using choose number media can improve student learning outcomes in thematic learning with the theme of daily activities in Class III SDN 02 Batang Gasan. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 72.90 increased to 83.87 with an increase of 10.97%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the learning outcomes of Class VII students. 1SMPN 3 Batusangkar in Mathematics Subjects Principal Numbers found that student learning outcomes in Mathematics Principal Material Subjects Numbers are still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics Subject matter in Numbers through the STAD Type Cooperative Learning Model in Class VII. 1SMPN 3 Batusangkar Tanah Datar District. This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 23 students of Class VII.1 SMPN 3 Batusangkar. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning Model STAD Type can improve student learning outcomes in the Principal Numbers Mathematics subject at Batusangkar 3 Public Middle School. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 66.78 (sufficient), increasing to 82.59 (good) with an increase of 15.81%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the results of observations that researchers have conducted teachers at SDN 11 Kampung Tarandam, it was found that the ability of teachers to arrange to increase the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities is still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about the Effectiveness of the Discipline Development Program in the Teaching and Learning Process for Teachers' Independent Work Ethics at SDN 11 Kampung Tarandam. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 13 elementary school teachers at SDN 11 Kampung Tarandam. The research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results of the study show that with a disciplinary training program in the teaching and learning process to improve the teacher's work ethic at SDN 11 Kampung Tarandam. This is evidenced by the existence of disciplinary guidance in the learning process. Improving the teacher's work ethic at SDN 11 Kampung Tarandam from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of students and teachers in increasing the effectiveness of learning activities in the first cycle is 48 with less categories and in the second cycle is 82.66 in the good category.

Abstract

The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the Efforts to Improve student learning outcomes in science subjects through Problem Posing Learning Model in Class III SDN 45 Karam Island.This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 20 Class III students at SDN 45 Karam Island. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Problem Posing Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects at SDN 45 Karam Island. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. The learning outcomes of students in the first cycle were 57.75 (sufficient) increasing to 84.75 (good) with an increase of 27%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the learning outcomes of Class V.A SDN 26 Painan students in social studies subjects it was found that student learning outcomes in social studies subjects were still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects through the Guided Discovery Learning Method in Class V.A SDN 26 Painan South Coastal District. This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 33 students of Class V.A SDN 26 Painan. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Guided Discovery Learning Method can improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at SDN 26 Painan. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 51.97 (Enough) increased to 83.67 (Good) with an increase of 31.70%.

The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about the Efforts to Improve Student Learning Activities in Science Subjects through the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Cooperative Learning Model in Class VIII.2 of SMP 3 Pariangan. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 23 students of Class VIII.2 of SMP 3 Pariangan. The research data was collected using an observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been stated in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning Model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) can improve student learning activities in science subjects at Pariangan Middle School. Student Learning Activities from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning activities in the first cycle were 74.69 (sufficient) to increase to 82.53 (good) with an increase of 7.84

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe success of learning objectives is determined by many factors including the teacher's factor in carrying out the teaching and learning process, because the teacher can directly influence, foster and improve students' intelligence and skills. To overcome the above problems and to achieve maximum educational goals, the role of the teacher is very important and it is expected that the teacher has a good teaching method and is able to choose the right learning method and in accordance with the concepts of the subjects to be delivered. The problems to be examined in this study are: Is using the Learning Method Active Learning Type Quiz Team able to improve the science learning outcomes of Class V students at SDN 12 Sungai Limau? The purpose of this action research is to improve the learning outcomes of science through the use of the Active Learning Type Quiz Team Learning Method for students VI.C SDN 12 Sungai Limau. This study used classroom action research as much as two rounds. Each round consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The target of this study was the fifth grade students of SDN 12 Sungai Limau. The data obtained are quantitative and qualitative data. From the results of the analysis it can be seen that the students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher is more stable (learning completeness increases from cycle I, and II, ie 61.76%, and 88.24% respectively). students have achieved classically. The conclusion of this study is that the Learning Method of Active Learning Type Quiz Team has a positive influence, which can improve student learning outcomes as indicated by the average student answer stating that students are interested and interested in the Active Learning Type Quiz Learning Method Team so that they become motivated to learn

Abstract

ABSTRACTDuring teaching, it was found that many students were less active in learning so that learning activities decreased, teachers were no longer facilitators, teachers were more likely to teach by using the lecture method so students only acted as passive learning agents. In accordance with the problems and objectives of the study, this type of research is Class Action Research (CAR). Classroom Action Research is a form of research that is carried out directly by the teacher in the practice of learning, where the teacher (researcher) conducts certain actions based on important problems in the field that must be addressed immediately. With students in groups can make students more active in the learning process. By providing reinforcement to students who answer or who want to express opinions make students more active Giving tests at the end of learning can increase students' attention in learning.
