Abstract

Based on the learning process of Grade V students of SDN 04 Sungai Limau in the learning process, it was found that students' interest in physical education learning was still very low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about Increasing Interest in Learning of students in physical education through the application of demonstration learning methods in Class V SDN 04 Sungai Limau, Padang Pariaman Regency. This type of research is PTK which consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects of the study consisted of 25 students of Class V SDN 04 Sungai Limau. The research data was collected using an observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results of the study showed that the demonstration learning model could increase students' interest in learning in health education at SDN 04 Sungai Limau. Students' interest in learning from cycle I to cycle II. The learning interest of students in the first cycle was 70.66 (enough) to increase to 81.66 (good) with an increase of 11.00.

Abstract

This research originated from the fact that the teacher's ability in thematic teaching in the class was not good enough to overcome this matter the headmaster held peer teaching. This type of research is school action research (scholl action research), research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research procedure consists of: planning stage, implementation phase, observation stage, and reflection stage. The research data was obtained from teacher competency assessment in the material study by observing all teaching activities through peer teaching. The results of the study showed that the teacher's ability to teach through peer teaching was proven by the teacher's competence in thematic teaching and was 86.6% in the second cycle. The activity of school principals in implementing peer teaching carried out the activity of the principal of the first cycle 69.2%. implemented after being reflected increased to 93.35% carried out in cycle II. After being reflected, an increase in the second cycle of teacher competence in thematic teaching can be increased to the activities of teachers in peer teaching. The first cycle of 68.75% was implemented after being reflected to increase to 86.63%. carried out in cycle II. From the analysis of the research it can be concluded that through peer teaching it can improve the competence of teachers in teaching at SDN 01 Muara Panas.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study was the performance of employees at Solok Citra Nadanusa Radio in Solok Regency, the research variables were discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance. This study aims to reveal (1) the influence of discipline on employee performance, (2) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (3) the effect of discipline and job satisfaction together on employee performance. Based on observations and studies of experience, researchers found that employee performance at Radio Solok Citra Nadanusa in Solok District was still not satisfactory (still low). Researchers suspect that the low performance of employees is caused by many factors, among others, less wise leadership and compensation that is less satisfactory / not in accordance with his job. To answer this problem there are three hypotheses the researcher proposes. Pentama; there is an influence of discipline on employee performance, Second; there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, Third; there is the influence of discipline and concurrent job satisfaction on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees at Solok Citra Nadanusa Radio in Solok Regency. The sample in this study was taken part of the population as many as 30 people. Data was collected using a Likert Scale model questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed using correlation and regression techniques with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 13.00 computer program. The results of the analysis show that there are disciplinary contributions to 87.2% employee performance and contribution to job satisfaction on employee performance 81.5%. While the contribution of discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance amounted to 89.3%. When viewed the effect on the regression equation is Y = 19.988 + 0.595 X1 + 0.287 X2 Based on the results of these studies, the researchers concluded that there is a significant effect of discipline and job satisfaction together on employee performance. So the authors suggest to the parties concerned to enforce discipline and pay attention to employee compensation, so that employee performance is better or significantly increased. This does not mean that other factors, such as work motivation, educational opportunities, career system, promotion, work discipline, infrastructure, climate and work culture, security and protection of work that are not examined are ignored.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and supervision carried out by the author, the teacher's pedagogic competence in preparing lesson plans is still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about improving the pedagogical competencies of productive teachers in preparing Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) through In House Training (IHT) at SD Negeri 21 Padang Laweh. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 6 productive teachers who taught at SD Negeri 21 Padang Laweh. The research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the In House Training (IHT) can improve the pedagogical competence of the teacher in preparing lesson plans. This is evidenced by the value of the initial teacher competency before the program is 74. Then after IHT activities there is an increase in the first cycle is 78.70 (good) and after that increases in the second cycle to 87.56 (Very good).

Abstract

The low student learning outcomes in thematic learning in class V on theme 7 of the 2013 curriculum is due to teacher learning methods that are less effective with dominant lectures. To overcome this problem the teacher uses a guided inquiry learning model in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning in class V on theme 7. This type of research is class action research, the research procedure consists of: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stage. The research data was obtained with the results of the written test and using teacher and student observation sheets. The research subjects were first grade students of SDN 24 Sumpur Kudus, Sumpur Kudus Subdistrict, Sinjunjung Regency, in the second semester of the year 2017/2018 as many as 21 people. The results showed that the guided inquiry learning model could improve 2013 curriculum thematic learning outcomes in class V on theme 7 with completeness in the knowledge aspect of cycle I 72%, the value of social attitudes in the first cycle had good criteria and the value of skills aspects in the first cycle had good skills. The implementation of teacher activities in teaching with the guided inquiry learning model cycle I 83% was carried out and the activity of students in learning 77%. After being reflected, there was an increase in the second cycle with the completeness value of knowledge aspects 93%, aspects of social attitudes were very good and the aspects of skills were very good. In observing teacher activity it increased to 98% and student activity increased to 95% of active students. From the research analysis it can be concluded that the guided inquiry learning model can improve the 2013 curriculum thematic learning outcomes in class V on theme 7 of SDN 24 Sumpur Kudus, Sumpur Kudus District, Sinjunjung District.

Abstract

Pkn subjects are subjects that include material that leads to the formation of personality values of students, Based on research experience in the field of student learning outcomes in Citizenship Education subjects are relatively low compared to other subjects, such as in social studies subjects, researchers Seeing the involvement and understanding of students in understanding the material shows that students respond well, because the media needed related to the material is on the walls of the class but is still limited. The method used in this study is the buzz group type discussion method. In the learning process the buzz group type discussion method is carried out in the middle of learning. The discussion method of buzz group type is carried out with discussion rules that have been made, group formation and design according to the formation that has been used, guiding the course of discussion, completing discussion topics in accordance with the material already discussed, reading the results of the discussion represented by the group leader, concluding the discussion results and students with teacher guidance conclude the material that has been studied as a whole. Based on the learning outcomes of VD class students in the first cycle obtained an average score of 69 which was completed as many as 11 students or 55% while in the second cycle there was an increase with an average value of 83.5 and students who completed as many as 17 students or 85%. From the description above, it can be concluded, that the learning outcomes of Civics Class VD at SD Negeri 01 Limo Kaum using the buzz group type of discussion method increased.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study was the performance of the Sijunjung District Office of Manpower and Transmigration Staff, the research variables were organizational commitment, job satisfaction and employee performance. This study aims to reveal (1) the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, (2) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (3) the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction together on employee performance. Based on observations and studies of experience, the researchers found that the performance of the staff of the Sijunjung District Office of Manpower and Transmigration was still relatively low. Then the data were analyzed using correlation and regression techniques with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 13.00 computer program. The results of the analysis show that there is a contribution of organizational commitment to employee performance 78.2% and contribution to job satisfaction on employee performance 58%. While the contribution of organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance is 74.2%. If you look at the effect on the regression equation Y = 22,499 + 0,590 X1 + 0,212 X2. Based on the results of these studies, the researchers concluded that there was a significant effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction together on employee performance. So the authors suggest to the parties concerned to agree and keep the commitments that have been made with employees, so that employee performance is better or significantly improved.

Abstract

Social Sciences subject is one of the main subjects given at all levels of the school because it is related to daily life. This condition also occurs in grade II students of SDN 35 Pincuran VII, Tanah Datar Regency, with 21 students still lacking social sense. In this case students need to be confronted with real (concrete) reality. From the observations of the improvement of Social Science learning material "The Position and Role of Family Members" through the discussion method carried out in two stages, namely cycle I and cycle II, it can finally be concluded that the implementation of the learning process carried out by a teacher using the discussion method is interesting student interest which can ultimately increase learning achievement. Abstract

Based on the learning outcomes of Class X.IIS.3 students MAN 2 Pasaman Barat in Indonesian subjects it was found that Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes are still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about improving Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes through the Active Learning Strategy of Flip Chart Types in Class X.IIS.3 Students MAN 2 Pasaman Barat. This research is a classroom action research. Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 36 students of Class X.IIS.3 MAN 2 Pasaman Barat. Research data were collected using a test sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been proposed, it can be concluded that the Active Learning Strategy of Flip Chart Type can improve Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes in Class X.IIS.3 Students MAN 2 Pasaman Barat. Student learning activities in the first cycle was 69.67 increased to 84.36.

Abstract

This study aims to improve teacher performance in carrying out learning activities through academic supervision at SDN 05 Sungai JambuKec. Pariangan Tanah Datar District. The School Action Research Study (PTS) is considered relevant in order to improve teacher performance in carrying out learning activities to improve the quality of education. This study uses an observation method and an assessment instrument that contains 30 items implementing learning activities used during the observation activities. The results of the assessment are then analyzed and used as material for action planning in the next cycle, in order to draw conclusions. School Action Research Findings (PTS) after analysis shows that based on preliminary observations on SDN 05 Sungai Jambu, ParianganSubdistrict, Tanah Datar, the average value is 50%. After carrying out the first cycle an average value of 73% was obtained. While the implementation of the second cycle obtained an average value of 89%. Implications of the results of School Action Research (PTS) through academic supervision can improve teacher performance in carrying out learning activities at SDN 05 Sungai Jambu, Pariangan District, TanahDatar District.
