Based on the learning outcomes of Class IV students at SDN 18 Batang Gasan in social studies subjects it was found that student learning outcomes in social studies subjects were still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in sub-social studies subjects. Explain the relationship between structure, function, and processes and disorders / diseases that can occur in the excretion system in humans and animals (fish and insects) through the method Feedback Partner in Class IV SDN 18 Batang Gasan. This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects of the study consisted of 30 students of Class IV SDN 18 Batang Gasan. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Feedback Partner Method (Feedback) can improve student learning outcomes in sub-social studies subjects Explain the relationship between structure, function, and processes and disorders / diseases that can occur in the excretory system in humans and animals (fish and insects) at SDN 18 Batang Gasan. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. The learning outcomes of students in the first cycle were 55.33 (Enough), increasing to 84.43 (Good) with an increase of 29.10%.

ABSTRACTBased on the results of observations that the researchers have done to the Teachers at SDN 02 Long Desert, it was found that the Teacher's Ability to Arrange Research in classroom action was still low. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of teachers to develop classroom action research through structured intensive workshops at SDN 02 Long Desert. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 7 teachers from SDN 02 Long Desert. The research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results of the study show that through a Structured Intensive Workshop can increase the Teacher's Ability to Develop Classroom Action Research. This is evidenced by the increase in the ability of teachers to compile classroom action research in cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teacher skills in the Teacher's Ability in Compiling Research in class action in the first cycle is 45.5 with the Less category and in the second cycle 84 is in the good category.

The research subjects consisted of 31 Class III students at SDN 25 Carocok Anau. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Everyone Is Teacher Here Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects at SDN 25 Carocok Anau. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle are 51.10 (Enough) increasing to 85.13 (good) with an increase of 34.03%.

Lack of writing skills to express ideas in class IV SDN 04 Tapi Selo is a problem that must be resolved, because it will have a negative impact on other learning outcomes in school. The problem in writing skills is certainly directly related to skills, listening, reading and speaking. To solve this problem, the authors made improvements by carrying out the Pragmatic Communicative approach to Indonesian language learning, which is a language approach with the context of the meaning of expressions that must be understood by others and in accordance with the situation and conditions of language. The study was conducted in three cycles, from August 24, 2018 to September 22, 2018. The results of the study have shown that the pragmatic communicative approach to learning Indonesian has improved the skills of students, to write their ideas in writing reaching 50%.

The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in sub-science subjects. Describe the coordination and sensory systems in humans and their relationship to health through the Time Token Cooperative Learning Model in Class II SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan Tanah Datar District. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 22 students in Class II SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning Model Time Token Type can improve student learning outcomes in sub science subjects Identifying changes that occur in animal growth (in size) and plants (from seeds to plants). In SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 52.84 (enough) to increase to 84.26 (Good) with an increase of 32.42%.

Based on the ability to write class VIII.D MTsN Pitalah in Sub-English Language Subjects Reveal the meaning in functional written text and simple short monologue in the form of narrative and recount to interact with the surrounding environment it was found that the ability to write students in English subjects is still low. The average ability to write students is still under the KKM. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to increase the ability to write students in English subjects through a Portfolio learning model in Class VIII.D MTsN, Tanah Datar District. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 28 students of Class VIII.D MTsN Pitalah. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been stated, it can be concluded that the Portfolio learning model can increase the ability to write students in English subjects at MTsN Pitalah. The ability to write students from cycle I to cycle II. The ability to write students in the first cycle is 59.62 (Less), increasing to 83.82 (good) with an increase of 24.21.

In carrying out learning the teacher must design and conduct learning efficiently, creatively, appear attractive and authoritative as an actor in front of the class, and the results must meet quality standards. Problems faced by teachers can be in the form of problems in class, or individual problems of students. Problems in class can be discussed internally and externally from students. Internal factors include: learning motivation, intelligence, habits and self-confidence. To improve student motivation, the teacher can create a pleasant learning atmosphere. One of them is by giving home assignments and discussions. The homework assignment and discussion are expected to grow students' motivation and activities and can create a pleasant classroom atmosphere in the process of chemical learning. For that research carried out directly in the practice of learning, where certain actions are carried out based on the problems in the field that must be addressed immediately. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo with a sample of class X MIA 3 academic year 2018/2019. Action research consists of two cycles where each cycle consists of 4 meetings. The data analysis technique in this study was to look at student learning activities in the teaching and learning process, the results of observation were analyzed by determining the percentage of each activity. From the results of this study it was found that the increase in student activity by giving home assignments and discussions was more effective and time-saving.

The interest in learning is one of the important factors for students' success in learning. However, interest in learning fourth grade students of SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan in mathematics subjects was found to be still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about increasing students' interest in learning in mathematics through the Index Card Type Active Learning Strategy Match in Class IV SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 23 fourth grade students of SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. The research data was collected using a test sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Active Learning Strategy Type Index Card Match can increase students' interest in learning in mathematics subjects in Class IV SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. The interest in student learning in the first cycle was 69.67 increasing to 84.36.

Based on the learning outcomes of Class V students of SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan in thematic learning with the theme of Events in Life it was found that many student learning outcomes in Thematic Learning were still incomplete. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about improving student learning outcomes in Thematic Learning with the Theme of Events in Life through the Instant Assessment Learning model with the Media Choose Number in Class V of SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The subject of the study consisted of 25 students of Class V SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. The research data was collected using a test sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the learning model of Instant Assessment Learning Model using media choose number can improve student learning outcomes in Thematic Learning with the Theme of Events in Life in Class V SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 72.90 increased to 83.87 with an increase of 10.97%.

Internal communication flow that took place at the Retired Women's Fashion Forum TNI - POLRI (FKPPI) was not as bright as the achievements he had achieved. There are still obstacles in the process of information exchange between FKPPI chairmen and FKPPI members, one of them is lack of communication between FKPPI chairman and all members of FKPPI and vice versa among FKPPI members who are still lacking to communicate each other, giving information to each other. Commitment should be a binder in giving more impetus to the success of the organization not appropriately applied by the FKPPI board plus many inactive administrators make barriers in achieving and festive success. All and every member should be able to actively engage and cooperate in various decision-making. Through the same goals and values of organization with the purpose of members will create a commitment to achieve a better goal of the organization. This research uses qualitative approach with data collection technique through observation by doing direct observation. Population studied in this research is All Member of Communication Forum of Putri Putri Purnawirawan TNI - POLRI (FKPPI) In Karimun Regency either inactive or active still amount to 33 people according to organizational structure of management. Researchers take a predetermined sample in accordance with the technique used is Purposive sampling is to choose a sample based on the goal. Total samples taken are 10 informants who are active in the management of FKPPI. The upward pattern of communication within the Karimun District FKPPI is generally open, in which each member is given the freedom to express his opinions in the form of: ideas, suggestions, criticism or whatever else to the boss, as long as what they say can help in progress an organization. Downward communication pattern in FKPPI of Karimun Regency should run between members with its chairman. All that can happen because the communication between members is quite intimate and close to each other. Good relationships to build and enhance good solidarity relationships with each other. Communication barriers felt by employees in FKPPI Karimun District is sometimes the case in the management of FKPPI is a communication barrier that often happens is the lack of interest members to plan the program.
