Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the results of observations and supervision conducted by the author, it shows that teachers in SDN 03 Simpang do not yet have the ability and skills that are good at carrying out their duties, especially in terms of using learning media. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve the ability of teachers to use learning media by conducting individual guidance-based mentoring at SDN 03 Simpang. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 3 class teachers at SDN 03 Simpang. The research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using averages. The results of the study show that mentoring activities based on individual guidance can improve the ability of teachers to design, determine and use learning media. This is evidenced based on preliminary data on the ability of teachers before the implementation of individual guidance-based mentoring activities is still in the poor category. Then after the individual guidance-based mentoring activities, the teacher's ability increased which was seen from the improvement of the quality of the learning media made by the teacher and the increase in the teacher's ability to use the media in the class to 79.67 (good) in the first cycle to 87.33 (very good).

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the results of observations and supervision carried out by the author, the teacher's pedagogical competence in preparing lesson plans is still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about the Improvement of Teacher's pedagogic competencies in Developing Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) Through In House Training (IHT) at Tarab River 1 Junior High School. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subject consisted of 4 teachers who taught at Tarab River 1 Junior High School. The research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the In House Training (IHT) can improve the pedagogical competence of the teacher in preparing lesson plans. This is evidenced by the value of the initial teacher competency before the program is 74. Then after IHT activities there is an increase in the first cycle is 78.70 (good) and after that increases in cycle II to 87.56 (Very good).

Abstract

ABSTRACTTPS (Think-Pair-Share) or (Thinking-Pairing-Sharing) is a type of cooperative learning that is designed to influence the patterns of interaction of students. TPS requires students to help each other in small groups (2-6 members) and are more detailed by cooperative rewards, rather than individual rewards (Ibrahim et al: 2000: 3). Problems to be studied in this study are: Is it through the use of learning models cooperative type of polling station can improve Indonesian language learning outcomes of Class III students at SDN 35 Kampung Sawah? The purpose of this action research is to find out the improvement of Indonesian language learning outcomes through the use of TPS cooperative learning models in student IV.B SDN 35 Kampung Sawah. This uses two rounds of classroom action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The target of this study was Class III students of SDN 35 Kampung Sawah. The data obtained are quantitative and qualitative data. From the results of the analysis of each cycle, namely pre cycle (48.72%), cycle I (76.92%), cycle II (97.44%) .The conclusion of this study is the TPS cooperative learning model has a positive influence , which can improve student learning outcomes as indicated by the average answers of students stating that students are interested and interested in the TPS cooperative learning model so that they become motivated to learn.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the learning outcomes of class VII.A students of Tarab River Junior High School 2 in the Science subject of Leaf Bone Sub-Structure it was found that student learning outcomes in science subjects were still low. The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects through a Portfolio learning model in Class VII.A SMPN 2 Sungai Tarab District Tanah Datar. This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 20 students of Class VII.A SMPN 2 in Tarab River. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Portfolio learning model can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects at Tarab River 2 Junior High School. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 59.62 (Less) increased to 83.82 (good) with an increase of 24.21.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe problems that occurred at SDN 18 Kampung Pansur were from 3 teachers who taught in grades 1,2 and 3, only about 35% were of good quality in applying thematic learning approaches, the rest were 65% who taught grades 1,2 and 3 including in qualifications the value is lacking in applying thematic learning approaches. For this reason, with school action research through academic supervision, there can be at least some solutions / efforts to improve the ability of teachers to implement thematic learning approaches at SDN 18 in Kampung Pansur. With research procedures (PTS), namely through planning, action, observation and reflection in cycle 1, there is a significant increase in the cycle 2 action. Based on the results of the implementation of the study shows that the implementation of the first cycle obtains a change in the increase in significant results in the second cycle. of the 3 teachers in grades 1,2, and 3 who previously qualified for less in applying the thematic learning approach, now 29% have qualified enough and 30% have good grades. This means that through this study there is an increase of around 30% overall .

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on observations on the competencies of the Guided School Teachers in compiling the Classroom Action Research Proposal, it was found a phenomenon that the teacher's ability to prepare classroom action research was still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about improving the ability of teachers to develop Classroom Action Research Proposals through the CLCK coaching model (Examples, Training, Control, Independent Work) Based on Intensive Mentoring in Foster Schools. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects of the study consisted of 5 built school teachers. The research data was collected using an observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the model of Intensive Mentoring based CLCK can improve the ability of teachers in compiling Classroom Action Research Proposals in Foster Schools. Analysis of the quality of PTK proposals made by the teacher shows that the teacher's ability to prepare a Class Action Research Proposal increases from cycle I to cycle II. The teacher's ability to prepare a Class Action Research Proposal in the first cycle is 71.50 (sufficient) to increase to 93.00 (good) in cycle II.

The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics through the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) Type Cooperative Learning Model in Class VII.E 4 Lintau Public High School Buo Tanah Datar District. This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The subject of the study consisted of 21 students of Class VII.E of SMP 4 Lintau Buo. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Cooperative Think-Pair-Share (TPS) Type Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics at Lintau Buo 4 Middle School. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 54.53 (sufficient), increasing to 83.93 (good) with an increase of 29.40%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the learning outcomes of Class IV students of SDN 12 Sungai Limau in science subjects it was found that student learning outcomes in science subjects were still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects through the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model in Class IV SDN 12 Sungai Limau. This research is a classroom action research. The procedure of research in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects of the study consisted of 33 students in Class IV of SDN 12 Sungai Limau. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning Model Type Jigsaw can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects at SD N 09 Pasaman. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 46.42 (Less) increased to 84.33 (good) with an increase of 37.91%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the learning activities of Class I students of SDN 45 Pulau Karam in PKN subjects it was found that student learning activities in PKN subjects were still very low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about Increasing Student Learning Activities in PKN subjects through cooperative learning models Think Talk Write in Class I SDN 45 Pulau Karam, West Pasaman District. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 30 Class I students at SDN 45 Karam Island. The research data was collected using an observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion presented in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that it can be concluded that the type of cooperative learning learning model Think Talk Write can improve student learning activities in PKN subjects at SDN 45 Karam Island. Student learning activities in the first cycle were 71.73 (sufficient) to increase to 82.23 (good) with an increase of 10.5.
