Abstract

This research is based on the results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers with grade IV teachers at SD Negeri 07 Talawi Hilir, Talawi Subdistrict, Sawahlunto City on January 25, 2015 encountered problems, so far the teacher has not used the discovery approach in learning, teachers dominate learning more without involving student activity in learning. This study uses qualitative and quantitative approaches, with type (CAR), the study was conducted in two cycles, with the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The steps of discovery learning are: 1) orientation, 2) formulating problems, 3) formulating hypotheses, 4) testing hypotheses, 5) analyzing and presenting data in the form of reports or conclusions and, 6) applying conclusions in everyday life. This study shows an increase in student learning outcomes in social studies learning, by using the Discovery approach, this can be seen, both from the ability of teachers to design learning from 81% to 97% increase level, teacher activity from 71% has increased 96%, activity students from 50% experienced an increase to 92%. And from the completeness of student learning outcomes before using the Discovery approach is 40%, after the first cycle of the first meeting there was an increase of 50%, and in the first cycle of the second meeting there was still an increase of 65% and in the second cycle the first meeting was 75% and finally in the second cycle the second meeting showed better results, namely 85%.

Abstract

Based on the learning outcomes of Class III students of SDN 22 Tepi Selo on thematic learning with the theme of daily activities it was found that many student learning outcomes in Thematic Learning are incomplete. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about improving student learning outcomes in Thematic Learning with the Theme of Daily Activities through the Model of Instant Learning Assessment with Media Choose Number in Class III SDN 22 Tepi Selo. This research is a classroom action research. Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 31 students of Class III SDN 22 Tepi Selo. Research data were collected using a test sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been proposed, it can be concluded that the learning model of the Instant Assessment Learning Model with the media choose number can improve student learning outcomes in Thematic Learning with the Theme of Everyday Activities in Class III SDN 22 Tepi Selo. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 72.90 increased to 83.87 with an increase of 10.97%.

Abstract

Based on the learning outcomes of Grade 1 students of SDN 18 Batu Kuali. On Thematic Learning My Love Theme found that the learning outcomes of Theme 2 Math Content is still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still below the KKM. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about improving learning outcomes Theme 2 Mathematics content sub-theme 2 likes to exercise through the Billboard Ranking Method in Class 1 SDN 18 Batu Kuali Sawahlunto City. This research is a class action research. Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 15 students of Class 1 SDN 18 Batu Kuali. Research data were collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been stated, it can be concluded that the Billboard Ranking Method can improve learning outcomes Theme 2 Mathematics content sub theme 2 likes to exercise at SDN 18 Batu Kuali. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 57.41 (enough) increased to 84.17 (good) with an increase of 26.76%.

Abstract

Based on observations that researchers have conducted teachers at MIN 1 Pasaman Barat, it was found that the ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans is still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the preparation of lesson plans by the teacher. This research is a madrasa action research. Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 10 MIN 1 West Pasaman teachers. Research data were collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that monitoring and evaluation could improve the preparation of teacher's lesson plans in MIN 1 Pasaman Barat. This is evidenced by the evaluation and monitoring can improve the quality of the preparation of teacher RPP in MIN 1 Pasaman Barat from cycle I to cycle II. The average teacher's ability to improve the making of lesson plans in the first cycle is 51.39 with less categories, in the second cycle is 85.46 Good.

Abstract

Based on the learning outcomes of Class I students at SDN 09 Talawi Hilirit was found that student learning outcomes were still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still below the KKM. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about Improvement of Friends 1 Mathematics subcomputer learning outcomes explain and do the sum of the reduction in the denominator of different denominators and do the multiplication and distribution through Brainstorming Method in Class I SDN 09 Talawi Hilir Sawahunto City. This research is a class action research. Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 16 students of Class I SDN 09 Talawi Hilir. Research data were collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been stated, it can be concluded that the Brainstorming Method can improve the learning outcomes of Friends 1 The sub mathematics content explains and summarizes the reduction of different denominator fractions and performs the multiplication and division in SDN 09 Talawi Hilir. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 57.85 (enough) increased to 84.77 (good) with an increase of 26.92%.

Abstract

The lack of active and low learning outcomes of Citizenship Education in the process of formulating Pancasila as the basis of the country due to the use of learning methods by conventional teachers and are less attractive to students, making student learning outcomes low. This type of research is a class action research (class action research), research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research procedure consists of stages: planning, implementation phase, observation phase, and reflection phase. The research data were obtained by writing tests and using observation sheets. The subjects of the study were the fifth grade students of SDN 07 Tuanku Lintau, Lintau Buo Utara District, Tanah Datar Regency in the first semester of 2016/2017 academic year as many as 16 people. The results showed that the role playing method (Role Playing) could improve the learning outcomes of Citizenship Education on the material for the formulation of Pancasila as the basis of the state in class V SDN 07 Tuanku Lintau, Lintau Buo Utara District Tanah Datar District with completeness in Cycle I completeness of students 62.5% The activities of teachers in teaching the first cycle 74.5% carried out and active students the first cycle 74.95%. After being reflected on the weakness in the first cycle there was an increase in the second cycle of students completeness 84.38%, teacher activity increased to 94% and students who were active 91%. From the research analysis it can be concluded that through the role playing method (Role Playing) can improve student learning outcomes in PKN learning in class V SDN 07 Tuanku Lintau, Lintau Buo Utara District.

Abstract

Based on observations of the competence of teachers MAN 6 Pasaman Barat in compiling a class action research report found the phenomenon that the professional competence of teachers in preparing classroom action research is still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about improving teacher professional competence in preparing classroom action research reports through the CLCK coaching model (Example, Exercise, Control, Independent Work) based on MAN 6 Pasaman Barat. This research is a madrasa action research. Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 13 MAN 6 Pasaman Barat teachers. Research data were collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the mentoring model based on CLCK can improve the ability of teachers to prepare class action research reports at MAN 6 Pasaman Barat. Analysis of the quality of PTK reports made by teachers shows that the teacher's professional competence in preparing class action research reports increases from cycle I to cycle II. The teacher's professional competence in preparing the class action research report in cycle I was 77.69 (enough) increased to 84.69 (good) in cycle II with an increase of 7.00 points.

The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about the improvement of learning outcomes Theme 1 The contents of the Natural Sciences sub explained the motion equipment and its functions in animals and humans as well as how to maintain the health of human motion equipment through the Fishbowl Method in Class VSDN 09 Talawi Hilir Sawahlunto City. This research is a class action research. Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 19 students of Class V SDN 09 Talawi Hilir. Research data were collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been presented, it can be concluded that the Fishbowl Method can improve learning outcomes Theme 2 of the IPA content sub explains the locomotor and its functions in animals and humans and how to maintain the health of human locomotor in SDN 09 Talawi Hilir. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 55.13 (enough) increased to 84.22 (good) with an increase of 29.09%.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability of teachers to make learning effective through the teacher professional development program and class supervision at SD Negeri 01 Talawi Mudik in the 2017/2018 academic year. This research is classified as a school action research involving 10 teachers who need to be enhanced in their ability to effectively manage their learning. The study was conducted in three cycles and each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The specified performance indicators are: if there is an increase in the ability to effectively manage learning. From the analysis it was found that there was an increase in the ability to make effective the management of learning in the first cycle which obtained an A value of 24.24% B value of 25.76% and a C value of 50%, in the second cycle which obtained an A value of 50% a value of B of 40.91% and C value of 9.09%, while in cycle III who obtained an A value of 65.15% B value was 34.85% and C value was 0%. Thus it can be concluded that through the Professional Development program the teacher can Improve the Ability of Teachers in Making Learning Effective. Thus it can be suggested to supervisors or other researchers that through the Professional Coaching program the teacher can be used as an alternative in improving the Teacher's Ability to Effectively Learning.

Abstract

Based on student learning outcomes in Class XI IIS MAN 2 Pasaman Barat in mathematics it was found that student learning outcomes in mathematics are still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still below the KKM. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subject to Geometry Transformation (Translations) through the Numbered Head Together learning model in Class XI IIS MAN 2 Pasaman Barat Pasaman Barat Regency. This research is a classroom action research. Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 36 students of Class XI IIS MAN 2 Pasaman Barat. Research data were collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been stated, it can be concluded that the Numbered Head Together learning model can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics sub Geometry Transformation (Translations) in MAN 2 Pasaman Barat. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 59.42 (enough) increased to 84.73 (good) with an increase of 25.31%.
