<![CDATA[This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 04 Padang Ganting in Mathematics with the subject of integer count operations, Smallest Multiples Alliances (KPK) and Scattered Fellowship Factors using the TGT Cooperative Learning Model. This research is a collaborative classroom action research. The subjects in this study were grade IV students at SD Negeri 04 Padang Ganting with a total of 18 students. This research took place in two cycles. Cycle 1 consists of 4 meetings and cycle 2 consists of 2 meetings. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and objective tests. The instrument used was the observation sheet and objective test questions. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative. Indicators of success are determined if if the class average increases from pre-action, cycle I and cycle II. The results showed that student mathematics learning outcomes have increased. This is indicated by an increase in the grade average value, which is when the pre-action 6.8 increases to 7.22 in the first cycle of meeting I, in the second meeting increased to 7.38 then increased again in the second cycle of meetings I7, 55 and in the second cycle the second meeting became 8.0. Besides that, from the observation data obtained before the students were given action, they were seen to be less active in learning activities, learning activities were more dominated by teachers. After being given action students look active both during the question and answer activity and during group activities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve student learning activities in science subjects through the Application of the Group Work Model SDN 35 Pincuran VII, Tanah Datar District. This research belongs to CAR that takes place in two cycles each cycle consisting of two meetings. Besides that, each meeting consists of four stages, from planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The action was carried out in class V where students consisted of 25 people. Researchers in the study are assisted by an observer, who is the observer. The research data were analyzed with a percentage formula that describes the data as they are. The results of the study include: Learning Science in class V SDN 35 SDN Pincuran VII using the Use of Group Work Models Based on the results of classroom action research that has been carried out, the conclusion is that 1) The highest learning activity of students in the first and second cycles of the indicators answering questions and Concludes. 2) The lowest student learning activities in the first and second cycles are in the indicators of asking and collaborating activities. 3) Student activities in Mathematics learning from the first to the second cycle have increased through group work models in Class V SDN 35 Pincuran VII.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on observations that researchers have conducted teachers at MAN 1 Pasaman Barat, it was found that the ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans is still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the preparation of lesson plans by the teacher. This research is a madrasa action research. Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 4 MAN 1 Pasaman Barat teachers. Research data were collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that monitoring and evaluation could improve the preparation of teacher's lesson plans in MAN 1 Pasaman Barat. This is evidenced by the evaluation and monitoring can improve the quality of the preparation of teacher RPP in MAN 1 Pasaman Barat from cycle I to cycle II. The average teacher's ability to improve the making of lesson plans in the first cycle is 51.39 with less categories, in the second cycle is 85.46 Good.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on Student Learning Outcomes of Class IV SDN 08 Kumbayau in PKN subjects it was found that Student Learning Outcomes in PKN subjects were still very low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about Improving Student Learning Outcomes in PKN subjects through the cooperative learning model type Student Facilitator and Explaining in Class IV SDN 08 Kumbayau. This research is a class action research. Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 18 students of Class IV SDN 08 Kumbayau. Research data were collected using Observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages.Based on the results of research and discussion that have been presented in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that it can be concluded that the model of demonstration learning can improve student learning outcomes in PKN subjects in Class IV SDN 08 Kumbayau. Student Learning Outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 68.89 (enough) increased to 77.78 (good) with an increase of 8.89 (good).]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the learning outcomes of Class I students of SDN 01 Talawi Mudik Theme 5 Mathematics Content it was found that the learning outcomes of Theme 5 Mathematics Content students were still incomplete. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about improving student learning outcomes Theme 5 Mathematics content through the Learning Model Instant Assessment with Media Choose Number in Class I SDN 01 Talawi Mudik. This research is a Classroom Action Research. Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 30 students of Class I SDN 01 Talawi Mudik. Research data were collected using a test sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been presented, it can be concluded that the learning model of Instant Assessment Learning Model with the media choose number can improve student learning outcomes Theme 5 Mathematics content in Class I SDN 01 Talawi Mudik. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 67.67% increased to 78.67 with an increase of 11%.]]>

<![CDATA[BKR policy is to form and develop BKR, improve BKR quality, increase commitment with stakeholders and partners in BKR management, improve BKR services that are integrated with PIK RM activities and provision and improvement of HR competencies. Meanwhile, the strategy taken is to carry out advocacy on the growth and development of BKR, promote and socialize BKR, provide budget support for BKR's work both from APBN, APBD funds and from other funding sources, carry out training and orientation for HR BKR managers and develop substance materials. BKR is in accordance with the needs of teenage families. The operational strategies for BKR are: (1) BKR groups synergize with PIK KRR, (2) so that parents encourage their teenagers to participate in PIK KRR activities, (3) Form as many BKRs as possible so that each village can make a pilot. The establishment of BKR in the Kampung KB Tanah Ombak village was commemorated by the formation of the KB Village in 2015, in Kampung KB Tanah Ombak had 1 reading garden Tanah Ombak which existed before the formation of Kampung KB. <![CDATA[Based on observations and supervision conducted by the author, it shows that library staff at SMAN 2 Luhak Nan Duo do not have good skills and abilities in library management activities especially in terms of technical services. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve the ability of library staff in carrying out technical services through the CLCK development model (Example, Training, Control, Independent Work) at SMAN 2 Luhak Nan Duo.This research is a school action research. Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 2 library employees at SMAN 2 Luhak Nan Duo. Research data were collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using averages.The results showed that the implementation of CLCK training (Example, Exercise, Control, Independent Work) could improve the ability of teachers to carry out technical services. This is evidenced based on preliminary data on the ability of employees before the implementation of the CLCK program, the average ability of employees is still in the poor category. Then after developing the CLCK model, the ability of employees increased to 79.28 (good) in the first cycle and after that increased in the second cycle to 88.7 (very good).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine: 1) The influence of work climate on job satisfaction of Solok City Regional Secretariat employees, 2) The influence of leadership style on job satisfaction of Solok City Regional Secretariat employees 3) The influence of work climate on employee morale of Solok City Secretariat employees, 4) Effect leadership style on the work spirit of Solok City Regional Secretariat employees, and 5) The effect of job satisfaction on the work spirit of Solok City Regional Secretariat employees.The results of the study revealed that there is a direct influence of Work Climate on job satisfaction of employees of the Solok City Regional Secretariat which consists of the direct influence of Work Climate on satisfaction, the indirect effect of Work Climate on employee job satisfaction through work morale, indirect effect of Work Climate on employee job satisfaction through the Leadership Style. Leadership Style on job satisfaction of Solok City Regional Secretariat employees, which consists of the direct influence of Leadership Style on job satisfaction, and indirect influence of Leadership Style on job satisfaction of Solok City Secretariat employees.the direct influence of the Leadership Style on job satisfaction. The results are greater when compared to the direct effect of Work Climate on employee job satisfaction. the direct influence of work morale variables on job satisfaction of Solok City Secretariat employees.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on observations of the competencies of teachers at Pasaman 1 Vocational School in preparing Classroom Action Research Proposals, it was found that the teacher's ability to compile classroom action research was still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about improving the ability of teachers in preparing Class Action Research Proposals through the CLCK development model (Example, Exercise, Control, Independent Work) Based on Intensive Assistance Based at SMK 1 Pasaman. This research is a school action research. Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 5 teachers of Pasaman 1 SMKN. Research data were collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the CLCK development model based on Intensive Assistance can improve the ability of teachers in preparing Classroom Action Research Proposals at SMK 1 Pasaman. Analysis of the quality of PTK proposals made by teachers shows that the teacher's ability to prepare the Classroom Action Research Proposal increases from cycle I to cycle II. The ability of teachers in compiling Classroom Action Research Proposals in cycle I was 71.50 (sufficient) increased to 93.00 (good) in cycle II]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the learning outcomes obtained by students in Class IV SDN 13 Tanjung Bonai in PJOK learning it was found that the learning outcomes of students in PJOK learning were still very low and many were under the KKM. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes Non locomotor Motion through the application of learning methods through the application of the Drill Method in Class IV SDN 13 Tanjung Bonai, Sawahlunto City. This research is a classroom action research. Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 10 students of Class IV SDN 13 Tanjung Bonai. Research data were collected using tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the Drill Method can improve student learning outcomes in learning PJOK at SDN 13 Tanjung Bonai. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II have increased. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 68.67 (enough) increased to 75.59 (good) with an increase of 6.92.]]>
