AbstrakBased on the observations that have been researchers did teachers in kindergarten West Pasaman, it was found that the ability of teachers to prepare RPPH still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the preparation of RPPH In kindergarten Barat.Penelitian Pasaman of a school action research. The procedure in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. The study consisted of two cycles of the four meetings. Subjects consisted of 40 kindergarten teachers West Pasaman which consists of 11 schools. Data were collected by using observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that the Monitoring and Evaluation Can Improve teacher preparation RPPH In kindergarten Pasaman of Barat.Hal is evidenced by the evavaluasi and monitoring may Improving the quality of teacher preparation RPPH In kindergarten West Pasaman from the first cycle to the second cycle. The average teacher's ability to improve manufacturing of RPPH in the first cycle was 50.97 with less category, the second cycle is 74.35 with the category Fairly and the third cycle is 83.35 Good.Keywords: Monitoring and Evaluation, Preparation RPPH

The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the efforts to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics sub Perform Operation Count lalui Problem Solving Methods in the Class II SDN 12 Valley Crossing West Pasaman.This research is a class act. The procedure in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. The study consisted of two cycles of the four meetings. Subject of the study consisted of 27 students of Class II SDN 12 Valley Crossing. Data were collected by using observation sheet and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages.Based on the results of research and discussion that has been raised, it can be concluded that the method of problem solving can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics sub Perform Operation Count mixture at SDN 12 Valley Crossing. Learning outcomes of students from the first cycle to the second cycle. The results of students in the first cycle was 57.11 (Enough) increased to 83.33 (good) with an increase of 26.22%.

AbstractThe problems to be examined in this study is: Does the Audio Visual Media And Small GroupDiscussion can improve learning outcomes Geography class A / B STKIP PGRI Padang? The purpose of this action research was to determine the learning outcome geography through the Audio Visual Media And Small Group Discussion on Student class A/B STKIP PGRI Padang This study uses classroom action research as much as two rounds. Each round consists of four phases: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Goal of this study is the Student class A/B STKIP PGRI Padang. The data obtained are kualitatif.Dari quantitative data and analysis results can be seen that through the Audio Visual Media And Small Group Discussion had a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes characterized by increased mastery learning students in each cycle, ie pre-cycle (52.63%), the first cycle (73.68%), the second cycle (86.84%).Keywords: Audio Visual Media And Small Group Discussion, learning outcomes, PoliticalGeography.

The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in subjects Sociology sub Mendeskripiskan values and norms in society through Learning Model Cooperative Script in class X SMA N 1 Pasaman IPS.4 West Pasaman.This research is a class act. The procedure in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. The study consisted of two cycles of the four meetings. Subjects consisted of 32 learners IPS.4 Class X SMAN 1 Pasaman. Data were collected by using observation sheet and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages.Based on the results of research and discussion that has been raised, it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning Model SCRIPT can improve student learning outcomes in subjects Sociology sub Mendeskripiskan values and norms in masyarakatdi SMA N 1 Pasaman. Learning outcomes of students from the first cycle to the second cycle. The results of students in the first cycle was 48.41 (less) increased to 84.53 (Good) with an increase of 36.12%.

Abstract The problems to be examined in this study is: Does the use of information mapping strategies to improve learning outcomes Civics fifth grade students of SDN 07 / III River Abu? The purpose of this action research was to determine students' learning outcome Civics using information mapping strategies in class V SDN 07 / III River Abu. This study uses classroom action research as much as two rounds. Each round consists of four phases: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Goal of this study was to determine students' learning outcome Civics using information mapping strategies in class V SDN 07 / III River Abu. The data obtained are quantitative and qualitative data. From the analysis it can be seen that through the use of information mapping strategies have a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes Civics characterized by increased mastery learning students in each cycle, the first cycle (63.50%), the second cycle (78.50%).Keywords: Strategy mapping information, learning outcomes, PKn.

Data were analyzed using percentages.Based on the results of research and discussion that has been raised, it can be concluded that the Expository method can improve student learning outcomes in subjects Sociology sub Analyzing the impact of social change on people's lives in SMA N 1 Kinali. Learning outcomes of students from the first cycle to the second cycle. AbstractBased on observations that researchers had done to teachers at SDN 19 Transverse Valley, it was found that the low level of professionalism of teachers in teacher performance. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the efforts of supervisors in leadership capability for effective learning. This research is a school action. The procedure in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. The study consisted of two cycles of the four meetings. Subjects consisted of 10 teachers at SDN 19 Valley Crossing. Data were collected by using observation sheet. Data were analyzed using persentase. Hasil research shows that improving the professionalism of teachers in learning through effective leadership companion activities (mentoring) in SDN 19 Valley West Pasaman Melintang. Activity mentored teacher mentoring and assessment is given every day can increase the professionalism of teachers it can be seen from the results of the first cycle to the second cycle increased value is the average teacher in siklu 1 is 65.04 with less category sedangankan in cycle 2 of 86, 04.dengan category very well.Keywords: Increasing Professionalism, Effective Learning

Learning outcomes of students from the first cycle to the second cycle. The results of students in the first cycle was 51.25 (Enough) increased to 84.28 (Good) with an increase of 33.03%.

Abstract Based on observations that have researchers do To teachers at SMK N 1 Mount Tuleh, it was found that the learning ability of teachers remains low. The purpose of this study was to Improve Learning Ability teacher diSMK N 1 Mount Tuleh. This research is a school action. The procedure in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. The study consisted of two cycles of the four meetings. Subject of the study consisted of three teachers from SMK N 1 Mount Tuleh. Data were collected by using observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that the panel discussion at the Consultative Group Subject teachers can improve learning ability of teachers at SMK N 1 Mount Tuleh. This is evidenced by the increase in the learning capability of teachers from the first cycle to the second cycle. On average ability learning ability of teachers in the first cycle was 40.33 with less category and the second cycle is 83.33 with both categories. Learning outcomes of students from the first cycle to the second cycle. The results of students in the first cycle was 52.48 (Enough) increased to 83.83 (Good) with an increase of 31.35%.
