Abstract

Supply chain is an activity to convert raw materials into products that will be marketed to consumers. Besides, Supply Chain Management is a process for efficient integration where goods can be produced and distributed in the right quantity, time, and location between suppliers, factories, distributors, and end customers to minimize costs to provide customer satisfaction. Kampoeng Wisata Nopia Mino is production center for nopia and mino from Banyumas which was established to introducing Banyumas typical snacks and improve economy of local residents. The production of nopia mino has several problems. One is there is competition between fellow makers of nopia mino. Besides, nopia mino production during the pandemic was decreasing. With these problems, it is necessary to measure the production decline that occurred in home industry and develop a production strategy for nopia and mino. Hence, it can maximized in the development of its business. The solution is carried out using the SCOR Model method. The SCOR Model has six processes including plan, source, make, deliver, return, and enable. The results of this study stated that the highest value for large is in the return process of 34 and the lowest value is in the plan process of 11.89, while the highest value for lower is in the make process of -50.5 and the lowest value is in the plan process of -197. Based on the results of these studies, in this study recommendations are given to improve Supply Chain Management in increasing the production of nopia and mino.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 period, there were barriers to access for pregnant women to health services that could interfere with maternal health. Therefore, it is necessary to know  the achievement of maternal health service coverage in Indonesia during the Covid-19 period in 2020, especially at the provincial level so that it can help the government to determine regional priorities for the fulfillment of more adequate maternal health services. Determination of provincial priorities for the fulfillment of maternal health services can be achieved by grouping the regions according to the characteristics of maternal health services in the local province. Cluster analysis is able to group objects in the form of provinces into one cluster. The clustering methods that will be used are agglomerative hierarchical clustering and k-means clustering. The results of the clustering of the two methods will be compared with internal validation in the form of dunn index, connectivity index, ang silhouette index. The best clustering resuls are obtained by using agglomerative hierarchical clustering alghoritm using the complete linkage similarity function with the resulting five clusters. The results of the identification of cluster characteristics show that cluster 1 with 14 members is categorized as provinces with good coverage of maternal services. Cluster 2 which consists of 15 provinces is categorized as best coverage. Cluster 3 which member are NTT and Maluku is categorized as bad. Cluster 4 which member is East Kalimantan is categorized as sufficient coverage. Meanwhile cluster 5 which member are Papua and West Papua is still on concern because its categorized as worst coverage

Abstract

Nowadays, e-commerce data transactions are commonly used by companies to provide new information. The data transaction can reveal customer segmentation or groups based on the similar characteristics and behavior of each customer. Data Mining is one of technique to conduct the customer segmentation through clustering method. The study aims to applied the clustering method on e-commerce data transactions by using both K-Means and K-Medoids algorithm. The result shows that both algorithms reveal optimum of cluster result with value of k = 3. The results are also indicating the conformity with the elbow method’s results and the Davies Bouldin Index validity test which shows that the optimal number of clusters is 3. The test results show that K-Medoids has the best performance with a ration value of 0.337575 compared to K-Means 0.3380724. Hence, K-Medoids are used in data clustering as the optimal cluster. The results of customer segmentation according to the Customer Loyalty Matrix consist of core customers, new customers, and lost customers.

Abstract

One of the requirements to be a successful business is to have loyal or loyal customers. Customer Relationship Management is one of the most widely used methods in the business world to manage data and customer relationships so that customers will remain loyal to the products or services offered. Indomaret Palembang City itself has used CRM in its daily business activities. Currently, Indomaret already has many business rivals who give the same or better offers than them. Therefore, Indomaret Palembang city needs the right strategy to get customers who have high loyalty. This research was conducted to analyze the presence or absence of and how much influence the implementation of Customer Relationship Management has on the level of Customer Loyalty of Indomaret Palembang City. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach method. Data collection for this research was done by distributing questionnaires. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The results of the analysis and research that have been carried out show that there is a significant influence between the application of CRM on customer loyalty at Indomaret Palembang. This can be seen from the results of the T-Test (Partial) and the Linear Regression Analysis that has been carried out which shows the value of a significant influence between the CRM variables and customer loyalty. Therefore, from this study, it was found that the application of Customer Relationship Management can have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Indomaret Palembang.

Abstract

Online learning is now not a new thing in the world of education. However, with the change in the learning system that is carried out entirely online, of course, there is a need for adjustments so that the quality of learning is maintained. Online learning has provided convenience in the learning process because it can be done asynchronously. Understanding the learning experience of students is very important to optimize learning that focuses on learner-certified design. A good learning experience will also have an impact on student learning outcomes. Therefore, it is necessary to identify and analyze the needs of students in online learning so that the learning process becomes more optimal. The use of persona techniques can provide more detailed information to explore the needs of students in the online learning process. This research begins by identifying problems, observing target users, persona design, and persona analysis. The results of the study indicate that there are several shortcomings and obstacles faced during online learning and several things that need to be considered for online learning in the future, namely lectures to be carried out according to a predetermined schedule, providing more reference materials and more detailed explanations of material, providing learning videos for providing additional understanding related to lecture material, provide quizzes and discussion forums on e-learning at the end of each material, more intense interaction is needed to discuss learning materials, more frequent online meetings are held to provide confirmation and discussion of material and provide feedback on each assignment.

Abstract

Currently, machine learning algorithms continue to be developed to perform optimization with various methods to produce the best-performing model. In Supervised learning or classification, most of the algorithms have hyperparameters. Tuning hyperparameter is an architecture of deep learning to improve the performance of predictive models. One of the popular hyperparameter methodologies is Grid Search. Grid Search using Cross Validation provides convenience in testing each model parameter without having to do manual validation one by one. In this study, we will use a method in hyperparameter optimization, namely Grid Search. The purpose of this study is to find out the best optimization of hyperparameters against 7 machine learning classification algorithms. Validation of experimental results using the Mean Cross Validation. The experimental results show that the XGBoost model gets the best value while the Decision tree has the lowest value.

Abstract

Appropriate application of information systems and information technology can increase efficiency and effectiveness and create a competitive advantage. Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Riau Province is one of the agencies for providing integrated licensing services spread throughout the Provinces and Regencies/Cities in Indonesia. DPMPTSP is required to carry out the task of licensing services that are fast, accurate, in accordance with existing regulations and transparent costs to the entire community. Thus, it is necessary to design a strategic information system so that the implementation of IS/IT is in line with the vision and mission as well as the company's goals. This research uses the Ward and Peppard method because the method has a fairly clear and complete framework besides that it does not only focus on technology, but also focuses on the business needs of the organization. The result of this research are recommendations for future portfolio applications that can be used within the next four years.

Abstract

Olympic games are one of the most popular international sports events in the world where thousands of athletes participate in different types of sports categories. The winner has rewarded a medal (Bronze, Silver, Gold) according to the rank. An analysis can be carried out on the Olympic data to understand the changes in medalists over time. Furthermore, it helps to determine the progress of participating countries and strategies that can be used in the future. Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) is a method for analyzing and summarizing the properties of data, either in graphical or non-graphical, to get insights from the dataset being studied. The approaches can be classified as univariate, bivariate, or multivariate. EDA is widely used in various domains including sport. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the changes of Olympic Medalist data throughout the provided years in the form of univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. This analysis provides detailed, statistical, and interesting information about the changes in medal winners from time to time.

Abstract

In 2020 the Indonesian government and the world health agency (WHO) declared the Covid-19 virus a pandemic. As a result, some activities cannot be carried out offline, especially in learning activities. The government requires that learning activities be carried out online or online. The number of children who really need help to understand the learning material provided, for example, is a game which is one of the media in learning for children to make it more interesting in its delivery. With the aim of providing basic Koran education for early childhood with interactive and fun games and the application of the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm in the quiz feature that is used to randomize hijaiyah letter questions. Stages of research 1). Collecting data using library studies, namely Iqra books and related research papers. 2). Game design using story board. 3). Application of the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm. 4). Testing the Fisher-Yates algorithm, black box and question. The results obtained from 10 question and  96 respondents resulted in 89.5% concluding that the hijaiyah letter game uses the Android-based Construct 2 game engine. implementation of the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm on the quiz feature is feasible to use.

Abstract

Twitter is a social media service that is often used (popular) as a means of communication between users. Twitter's popularity makes spammers spam for personal purposes and gains. Bot spammers are user abuse on Twitter social media. Spammers spread spam repeatedly to other users. This spam is done with the aim of achieving trending topics. Spam activity is carried out by imitating the behavior patterns of real users so that they are not detected as acts of Twitter abuse. in this paper proposed a TF-IDF weighting to detect spammer accounts on Twitter based on tweets and retweet representation of tweets. The purpose of this study is to detect Bot Spammers or Humans using a classification technique using the Naive Bayes algorithm. The best experimental results in the division of 70% training data and 30% test data obtained 92% accuracy with precision and recall of 100% and 87.5%, respectively. This shows that it has successfully detected spammer accounts on Twitter.
