Abstract

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) also known as Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is an important matter that must be considered by all parties while in the work environment. Several companies or agencies have implemented an HSE management system, both manually and digitally. Unfortunately, however, accidents continue to occur, so support and encouragement from all parties is still needed to improve the HSE management system. The purpose of this research is to design an application that can help users such as HSE officers or companies/agencies in HSE management. The method used is Waterfall. The results obtained were the successful creation of a HSE management application in digital format that named "K3 Agent" with an Android-based user interface. In testing the use of the application was successfully run and can be used to assist work such as making analyses, reports, guidelines and other requirements related to HSE.

Abstract

In order to give a seamless transaction, particularly during COVID-19 pandemic, private and public bank institution in Indonesia released digital banking application that is easier to use by smartphone. Nonetheless, there are several complaints from the customer regarding the dissatisfying experience of using digital banking apps. Hence, this research aims to analyze the effect of usability in user experience on customer satisfaction based on 4 variables namely Usefulness, Ease-of-Use, Ease-of-Learning as independent variables, and Satisfaction as a dependent variable on the USE Questionnaire. These variables can be used as references to usability enhancement for digital banking apps to give quality services to customers and be able to compete with competitors. Behavioral Science Research (BSR) is the approach used in this research using the quantitative method. The statistical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research shows that 1 out of 4 research hypotheses is rejected (Hypothesis 3) proving that there is no effect of the Ease-of-Learning variable on the Satisfaction variable. However, the value of the t-calculated of Ease-of-Learning variable is 2,478 nearly approach the value of t-table 2,600 showing that this variable is almost capable to give the effect of the Satisfaction variable.

Abstract

Floods occur when the volume of water exceeds the capacity of containment or the normal flow of water channels, such as rivers, lakes, canals, or drainage systems. In 2021 and 2022, there were 88 flood disasters in Semarang. Factors influencing the occurrence of flood disasters include rainfall, land slope, and the vegetation cover index (NDVI). The main objective of this research is to identify and classify areas in Semarang that are susceptible to flooding by mapping them based on rainfall, vegetation index, and land slope. The classified statuses are flood-prone areas and non-flood-prone areas. A spatial assessment of areas prone to flooding based on GIS is performed using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) classification algorithm with the R programming language to accomplish this objective. Optimal k testing using the 10-fold cross-validation method reveals that the highest accuracy of the system is achieved with the K-NN method at k=7, reaching 86%. The findings from this study suggest that eight sub-district areas within Semarang are susceptible to flooding, whereas 167 areas in Semarang do not exhibit susceptibility to floods. The potential areas prone to flooding are represented by making a Semarang flood susceptibility map using Quantum GIS software.

Abstract

An application-based transportation system connected to an internet connection that is widely discussed by the public is an online motorcycle taxi. One of the leading online motorcycle taxi companies in Indonesia is Gojek and In-Driver. Each customer has a different level of satisfaction with the services provided by Gojek and In-Driver Indonesia, so there are always pros and cons in the form of suggestions and complaints. Judging from the existing problems, a solution is needed in the form of analyzing the suggestions and complaints received by the company. The problem of classifying a sentiment sentence into certain classes can be solved by the Multinomial Naive Bayes Classifier method. The data used amounted to 1000 data and the data used were the first 500 data and the second 500 tweet data as a comparison value. The results of the gojek data calculation resulted in an accuracy value of 73%, precision of 72%, recall of 100%, and f1-score of 84%. The results of the indriver data calculation obtained an accuracy value of 85.71% accuracy, precision of 85.185%, recall of 95.833%, and f1-score of 90.196%. This proves that the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm is more suitable for use on a smaller amount of data.

Abstract

This research focuses on monitoring and controlling a tortilla chip-making machine using the MQTT protocol. Tortilla chips are a popular snack made from corn tortillas that are cut into triangles and fried or baked. The study utilizes the Internet of Things concept, where sensors are integrated into the machine to enable data exchange and communication through networks. The MQTT protocol is chosen due to its lightweight nature, making it suitable for resource-constrained devices and efficient in IoT applications. The research involves using ESP32 as the microcontroller and various sensors, such as ZMPT101b, ACS712, Tachometer, and HC-SR04. The data collected from the sensors is transmitted to a Thingspeak channel via MQTT, allowing real-time monitoring and control of the machine. The results show that the MQTT protocol effectively facilitates communication of the tortilla chip cutting machine, with satisfactory delay and data integrity. The tortilla chip cutting test was successful, producing triangular-shaped chips. Overall, the research concludes that the implementation of the MQTT protocol in the IoT-based tortilla chip-making machine is effective and reliable. The results of this study indicate that the average delay in data communication is 2.8 seconds, and the integrity testing revealed a 3% error in the accuracy of the sensor data.

Abstract

During a pandemic like now, ways to improve the quality of learning activities really require the application of technology and learning tools to support the process of teaching and learning activities. Technological developments make it easier to access existing learning tools. Today's learning tools must be accessible to many people and without any limitations of space and time. The application will be made as attractive and interactive as possible for its users. The application is designed to be mobile based and uses the Android operating system. Application development is supported by Google Android. The designed learning mobile device application includes syllabus, RPS, open materials and other supports. Abstract

In the current era of globalization, with the development of information technology which is growing rapidly, it becomes a necessity for a government. Information Technology is an electronic device that functions to process data, store information, and send and process data. Sophisticated technology can have data that is relevant, accurate, and timely so that it can be used in various fields of the world of digitalization. The application of information technology in government has an important role, where for each use it requires the existence of a supporting technology to facilitate digital-based work. One of the government agencies is using the Healthy City Information Window Information System (JELITA), namely the Salatiga City Health Office, a government agency engaged in the Health sector that adopts an Information System to create a healthy district or city. The research was conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) analysis with a qualitative approach method, directly conducting interviews with Salatiga City Health Service Employees in the Public Health Sector. The results of this research are that the JELITA Information System plays an important role in assisting work activities in ranking healthy cities, namely adding important documents that are done online or digitally without having to do it manually.

Abstract

This study focuses on the level of patient satisfaction at the Rumbai Maternity Clinic. Quality of service is the main key that influences patient trust and satisfaction with this health facility. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze patient satisfaction with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method using fuzzy logic. This study will identify service attributes that are considered important by patients and evaluate the extent to which patient expectations have been met at the clinic. Attributes studied include cleanliness of facilities, courtesy of medical staff, availability of medicines, quality of medical services, information conveyed to patients, and others. The (IPA) method will help measure the level of importance and performance of each service attribute based on patient perceptions. Fuzzy logic is used to overcome the complexity and subjectivity of assessing patient satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to provide a comprehensive picture of patient perceptions and satisfaction at the Rumbai Maternity Clinic. Clinical management can use the results of this study to identify service improvement priorities and increase patient satisfaction. The scientific contribution of this research lies in combining the IPA method and fuzzy logic in the analysis of patient satisfaction. Thus, this research has the potential to help improve the quality of health services at the Rumbai Maternity Clinic and can be applied as a guide for developing similar methods in other health facilities.

Abstract

Hyperemesis gravidarum is a disease that causes excessive nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. Due to dehydration, this disease can interfere with daily work and get worse. Medical personnel generally recognize hyperemesis gravidarum as one type of disease. In fact, hyperemesis gravidarum is divided into 3 levels, namely grade I or general hyperemesis gravidarum, grade II hyperemesis gravidarum and grade III. This shows that information about hyperemesis gravidarum has yet to be widely known by some medical personnel. If this is left untreated, these two conditions can cause deep vein thrombosis in pregnant women. This study aims to apply the Case-Based Reasoning and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) methods to produce accurate information on the diagnosis of hyperemesis gravidarum levels in pregnant women based on symptom management in cases of an old diagnosis. The study used medical record data for hyperemesis gravidarum sufferers in 2018-2019, totalling 228 data. The calculation results of the Case-Based Reasoning method with the K-Nearest Neighbor using the confusion matrix produce an accuracy value of 74%, a precision value of 55% and a recall value of 57%, which indicates that this method is good enough to diagnose levels in patients with hyperemesis gravidarum.

Abstract

Obesitas remaja di Indonesia sedang meningkat, karena kebiasaan makan yang buruk dan gaya hidup yang kurang gerak. Obesitas meningkatkan risiko masalah kesehatan yang serius seperti penyakit jantung, stroke, diabetes, dan lain-lain yang memerlukan tindakan segera. Obesitas berkembang ketika jumlah kalori yang dikonsumsi melebihi jumlah kalori yang dibakar. Obesitas telah menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang sangat besar di seluruh dunia. Menurut Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia, sekitar 1,9 miliar orang berusia 18 tahun ke atas mengalami kelebihan berat badan, dengan 600 juta orang mengalami obesitas. Menurut Survei Kesehatan dan Morbiditas Nasional, wanita 29,6% lebih mungkin mengalami obesitas dibandingkan pria, dibandingkan dengan 25% pria. Dataset rekam medis gagal jantung akan ditangani dalam dua tahap percobaan berdasarkan validasi. Empat algoritma klasifikasi yang berbeda, termasuk Random Forest, K-Nearest Neighbor, Decision Tree, dan Naive Bayes, akan dicoba pada langkah pertama. Untuk Testing, metode Cross Validation yang menggunakan Random Forest mengungguli empat algoritma lainnya dalam Testing algoritma. Setelah Testing, metode algoritma Random Forest menghasilkan nilai akurasi tertinggi, dan dievaluasi kembali menggunakan Split Validation dan rasio split yang bervariasi dengan Forward Selection sebagai fitu seleksi. Hanya Testing yang menggunakan metode Forward Selection mengungguli Testing yang menggunakan algoritma Random Forest.
