Abstract

The learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Mootilango is still conventional, in other words that the teaching and learning process between students and teachers can only be carried out with the condition that there are meetings between students and teachers in the classroom. If a meeting between students and teachers does not occur or the teacher concerned is not present and learning time is limited by the school, then the learning process will automatically be hampered. One of the teaching methods that is currently developing is mobile learning. Mobile Learning can assist teachers in distributing their teaching materials without having to be in class by using the internet, this can maximize learning time in limited classes. In making software using the Waterfall method. The data collection method used in this research is literature study, observation and interviews or interviews with the topic to be taken. This application is designed using Java programming language software, namely Android Studio, for PHP and HTML programming languages using Sublime Lite software, and for data storage using MySQL, as well as tools for modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language). Based on the results of the Whitebox test on one of the processes in this system, namely on the evaluation menu with balanced Cyclometic Complexity (CC) = 4 results, this system is stated to be able to run well. While the results of testing the Blackbox system can run as expected.

Abstract

Video meeting is a broadband internet-based service for long-distance communication, both visual and audio, in one room or in different rooms at the same time. Network testing using wireshark software connects to the Telkomsel operator's 4G LTE network. QoS parameters can display network quality such as throughput, packet loss, delay and jitter. The research experiment test used two conditions with different variables in the five types of video meeting tools being compared; zoho meeting, cisco webex meeting, google meet, zoom meeting and microsoft teams. First-condition uses random variables that do not consider the value of the number of participants and camera & microphone conditions to each client. Second-condition uses a fixed variable that the number of each client is 5 participants for each application (camera & microphone is on). The first-condition results showed that only Zoom Meeting which had a QoS value classified as Poor (index 1), especially the jitter value, compared to other applications. This application has an average jitter of 151,871 ms, that compared to TIPHON standard of 125 ms to 255 ms. The second-condition obtained Very Good QoS on throughput, packet loss and delay variables in all applications. Their variable jitter in each application is Zoho Meeting (0.101 ms), Cisco Webex meeting (0.074 ms), Google Meet (0.179 ms), Zoom meeting (0.021 ms), and Microsoft Teams (0.015 ms) which only in the standard 0 ms to/ d 75 ms. However, all applications according to the TIPHON standards are still in the Good category (index 3). The overall index average of all applications shows Good QoS.Keywords: video meeting,  wireshark, quality of service, 4G LTE.

Abstract

Indragiri Hilir is one of the districts in Riau Province which is the largest coconut producer in Indonesia. Based on statistical data, total coconut production in Indragiri Hilir was recorded at around 313,396 tons in 2021, but production has decreased from year to year. It is necessary to know the amount of future coconut production, so that a solution can be found so that coconut production in Indragiri Hilir can increase again. The purpose of this research is to find out the estimation or forecasting of coconut production for the next 5 years. This is useful to know the extent of the decline in coconut production during this time, so that a solution can be found. In this study, forecasting the amount of coconut production was carried out using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method. The Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) is a model that completely ignores independent variables in making forecasts. Data analysis in this study uses the EViews application as a tool for forecasting. Based on the forecasting results that the amount of coconut production for the next 5 years (2022-2026) is decreasing. If this is allowed to continue, over time Indragiri Hilir will no longer be the largest coconut producer in Riau. The solution given is replanting of damaged and old crop land that needs to be improved. In this case, the government's role is needed in increasing plant replanting programs, especially in smallholder plantations. Keywords: forecasting, coconut, ARIMA, replanting.

Abstract

Information technology is currently growing very rapidly so that it can provide convenience to its users, one of which is the ease of accessing the internet, such as through cell phones. The rapid increase in internet users, especially through mobile phones, is caused by the hectic number of social media applications as virtual friendship applications. Apart from being a virtual friendship application, another benefit of social media is as a promotional media, one of which is the promotion of online shopping applications, so that the number of online shopping transactions in Indonesia also increases. Hydroponic and aquaponic activities at the Telkom Institute of Technology Surabaya are also developing and starting to enter the product harvest stage, so a platform is needed to sell these products. An online shopping platform was chosen, especially a mobile application, to sell ITTelkom Surabaya products so that consumers can shop anytime and anywhere. The online shopping application developed by ITtelkom Surabaya is called ITTS MART. Currently, ITTS MART is still in the prototype development stage and there is a need for usability testing using the WebQual Concept on the ITTS MART application. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the six research variables, namely Trust, Informational Fit-To-Task, Web Appearance, Entertainment, Government Policy and Transaction Capability, show a significant difference between expectations and real experience or dissatisfaction when using the ITTS MART application. Only one variable that shows the value of the difference is not significant, namely Response Time, so it can be concluded that respondents are satisfied with the time to access the page on the ITTS MART application. Keywords: Usability, WebQual, Online Shopping, Application, Food Product.

Abstract

Industrial resolutions that are increasingly developing make many transitions in all fields. The increasing use of fuel for vehicles makes Indonesia's fuel stocks run low. Electric vehicles are one type of vehicle that uses electricity. The presence of electric vehicles is expected to be a solution to save fuel oil. Another advantage of electric vehicles is that electric vehicles produce low emissions so that apart from irritating fuel stocks, air pollution will also be reduced. However, the presence of electric vehicles is still a pro and contra in society. One of the media where people express their opinions is the social media Youtube. Testing was carried out using the K-Fold Cross Validation and the Naïve Bayes algorithm. From this test, an accuracy value of 82% was obtained with the polarity of the sentiment obtained, namely negative sentiment of 82% while positive sentiment of 18%. The purpose of this study is to determine the polarity of sentiment and the accuracy value obtained. It is hoped that this research can be properly conveyed to related parties for future progressKeywords: Electric Vehicle, Nave Bayes, K-Fold Cross Validation
