Abstract

Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 95 of 2018 told that the implementation of SPBE is recommended to create clean, effective, transparent and accountable government governance as well as quality and trustworthy public services. This research use the systematic literature review (SLR) method by reviewed the implementation of COBIT best practices in various government organization in Indonesia in the last 5 years. This was done by analyzed each selected study and it can be concluded that there were 27 scientific journal studies and 3 conference studies. Analysis of 30 studies resulted in several groupings of studies, those are based on study objectives, frequently found focus areas, and frequently used domains. Based on the grouping of selected studies, it can be seen that there are 2 different objectives in using COBIT in government agencies, 1) the objective of measuring the level of maturity and capability of IT governance and 2) the objective of designing an IT governance system. The domains most frequently found in the selected studies are APO and DSS. Apart from that, this research also found a focus area that is often found, namely IT services and there are recommendations for further research based on being able to evaluate and design IT governance in the COBIT domain which is often found based on the focus area.

Abstract

At PT. Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk., the growth of polyester production industries is anticipated to enable the production of high-quality fiber in response to client demand. One of the divisions in charge of reviewing client complaints about thread sample issues is client Technical Service. In order to analyze the sample complaints, a lengthy procedure of reviewing the history of consumer purchases of yarn samples in a summary of the customer complaint list book was undertaken. In order to handle the process of processing customer complaints regarding thread samples by implementing the Laravel Framework, an application is required. The Laravel framework is an open source platform that aids in the speedy, reliable, and simple development of applications. Lean Software Development (LSD), which is based on the Agile Development model, is complicated in how Laravel handles coding on the Hypertext Preprocessor. the process that includes phases for needs analysis, design, system implementation, and testing. Blackbox is used to test application functionalities before User approval Testing (UAT) is done to gauge user approval of new apps. The Laravel Framework's UAT test results, which were attained by 85% in the building of consumer thread example complaint applications, can assist businesses in managing customer complaint data and adhering to business requirements.

Abstract

CV Gudcare Indonesia Corp is a company that operates in the fragrance or perfume sector and oversees 2 brands within it. CV Gudcare Indonesia has an information system that is used to carry out stock management. The evaluation was carried out to ensure that the use of information system CV Gudcare Indonesia Corp was running effectively and in line with organizational goals and was able to fulfill the company's vision and mission. Using the COBIT 5 framework subdomains APO10 and APO11, which is useful for measuring the capability level of the performance of the stock management website and knowing how far the process is going. The results of the evaluation that have been carried out show that the capability level gap value produced in the APO10 process is 2, with the Managed Suppliers process at Level 1 (Performed). Meanwhile, in the APO11 domain, the resulting capability level gap value was found to be 2, with the Managed Quality process being at Level 1 (Performed). In future research, more process domains can be added in both the Governance and Management areas, so that evaluations can be carried out more comprehensively.

The purpose of this research is to achieve alignment between the business goals and the use of technology at PT. XYZ. Abstract

Indonesia can be a country of justice based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Everything related to government has been regulated in the Law. Indonesia itself has gone through three phases of government since proclaiming Independence on August 17, 1945. These three phases, specifically, the old order, the new order, and the reformation, still have an impact today. This is different from the previous two phases, where all choices were centered on the government. In this study, the method used in classifying the 2024 general election commission is Support Vector Machine (SVM). The SVM method is one of the advantages that can be implemented relatively easily, because the process of determining the support vector can be formulated in the confusion matrix. Sentiment analysis and opinion mining are fields of study that analyze a person's opinion, a person's sentiment, a person's evaluation, but in its implementation there are many things that are considered by voters that this election is not in accordance with existing rules. Starting from the aroma of fraud voiced by netizens, the non-neutrality of law enforcers against one of the candidates for the presidential and vice presidential pairs, and the implementation that is not JURDIL or Honest and Fair. Everything is widely voiced through social media, one of which is twitter. It is known that of the 2084 data obtained from tweets about the KPU, 29.5% are positive sentiments and 70.5% are negative sentiments. The results of sentiment classification about KPU using the Support Vector Machine algorithm that matches the actual data amounted to 307 data out of a total of 418 test data The accuracy value of the sentiment classification about KPU using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm obtained is 73%.

Abstract

The popularity of blockchain continues to increase as technology develops, especially in the context of Ethereum as one of the leading blockchain platforms. However, this increase was also followed by many cases of fraud, especially in the form of tokens. In blockchain technology, tokens often refer to cryptocurrencies or digital currencies used as a means of exchange related to a particular project or platform. This research designs and builds an application system that can detect scam crypto tokens on the Ethereum blockchain, specifically for the ERC-20 (Ethereum Request for Comments 20) token type, which was proposed by Fabian Vogelsteller in November 2015, is a token standard that implements APIs for tokens. in Smart Contracts. Making a scam detection application implements the deep learning method with the Deep Neural Network (DNN) algorithm and evaluates performance using two test scenarios by dividing the dataset into three ratios of training data and test data. The output of the application is JSON-RPC which is integrated with the website. In testing the DNN model, using 80% training data and 20% test data, the DNN algorithm provides an accuracy of 0.997558%. Furthermore, system testing was carried out involving various scenarios to verify its functionality, including input validation, data extraction, DNN prediction, and display of prediction results, which gave good results from the system created. The application has succeeded in identifying scam tokens with high accuracy. , increasing user security in crypto transactions.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect in forming the potential of the young generation where the use of mobile platforms has become an integral part of everyday life. Over time, gadgets have become an access to learning besides books. Therefore, the increasingly complex development of the technological world encourages individuals to be able to apply technology in all their activities. Mathematics learning at elementary school level is often faced with challenges to make the learning process more fun and interactive. A common problem among students in Indonesia is that mathematics is considered a difficult subject. Monotonous learning reduces students' interest in learning. Therefore, designing learning games for elementary school students, especially in mathematics learning, can be an innovative solution to improve the quality and attractiveness of learning with interactive learning media. This research aims to create a game that allows students to learn more effectively which focuses on game development using the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) development model. This research produces a translation game from mathematics book learning material with the theme "Counting Numbers Up to 10,000" using the Unity 3D game engine which functions well and the application of the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) method also functions well.

Abstract

Varisty Mug Souvenir is a small business entity that provides services to make custom souvenir mugs according to customer requests. Souvenir mugs are the main product produced by Varisty Mug Souvenir. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Varisty Mug Souvenir's main shop was forced to close, this resulted in disruption of transactions between customers and owners and Varisty Mug Souvenir's sales decreased. aims to increase its sales and simplify the business transaction process by designing a web-based mug sales application with the feature of creating mug design mockups. The mug design mockup creation feature on the application will help customers visualize and make design decisions when placing an order. The development of a web-based mug sales web application will use the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and use the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The creation of the mug design mockup feature uses ImageMagick technology for the feature of generating mug design mockups that apply image distortion. The use of ImageMagick is done by running the command script on the command-line. In the application, customers can place an order for a custom mug by previewing the mug mockup of the desired design. In addition, the admin part of the application allows the admin to process and store data.

Abstract

One of the activities of the cooperative is to offer loans to customers and make loans based on several requirements that must be met by applicants who wish to borrow. So far, in determining the provision of cooperative loans to mislina cooperatives, it is considered that they are not careful and selective in providing loans which has an impact on increasing the ratio of loans in arrears. The process of granting loans to mislina cooperatives is still done manually and without doing calculations with special calculation methods that can help do rankings. The research objective was to apply the ROC and MFEP combination methods in designing a decision support system for mislina cooperative loan assessments. The method used is a decision support system using a combination of ROC and MFEP methods. Based on the results of implementing a combination of ROC and MFEP, the results of the system being built can make it easier to determine the provision of pimjama loans to Mislina cooperatives so that they are more effective and efficient. The results of the ROC and MFEP combination tests resulted in a decision that the highest alternative was sayem with a final total value of 2.85.

Abstract

This research explores the evaluation of IT governance capability in managing operational contracts under PSAK 72 within PT. XYZ's Government Service Division (DGS). The study adopts the COBIT 2019 framework and the Gallegos method, focusing on three selected domains: EDM03, APO14, and DSS06. Interviews and questionnaires were used to assess current capability levels and identify areas for improvement. Results indicate that EDM03 and APO14 currently stand at level 2, while DSS06 is at level 4, falling short of their respective targets. Operational challenges in the LGS segment, such as missing contract data, affect PSAK 72 compliance and employee incentives. The study proposes recommendations to enhance documentation practices and IT risk evaluation. The usage of COBIT 2019's design factors provides a clearer focus on problem areas, making implementation more straightforward compared to COBIT 5. Addressing these challenges will optimize IT usage and ensure adherence to PSAK 72 requirements.
