Abstract

The performance of professional teachers should be owned by every educator because through these conditions can be obtained education that can form a quality human. One of the things that should be done by teachers to have professional performance must be able to prepare a Classroom Action Research Proposal (PTK). The main purpose of TOD is to improve and improve the professional services of teachers. Abstract

This study departs from the problem of learning difficulties that leads to low learning outcomes. Solutions offered are students and teachers knowing the location of learning difficulties to find out the factors that cause it and then find an appropriate alternative. This research uses quantitative and qualitative approach. Quantitative data resulting from the results of diagnostic tests and qualitative data questionnaires results through in-depth observation and interviews. Checking the validity of data using source triangulation techniques. The results showed the percentage of student difficulties in clearing keyword with the total difficulty 96,30%. Cause students have difficulty using foreign term / terminology, lesson time and teaching methods of teachers. Efforts that have been made to overcome difficulties students to ask friends, browse and ask the teacher. Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors causing children to drop out ofschool and Know the impact of children who dropped out of school andto Know the right steps to overcome the problem of school dropouts inthe Village District Karangagung Palang. Data collection methods usedare interviews and retrieve data from relevant parties. Methods Dataanalysis was done by grouping the results of interview factors of drop outchildren to three factors, namely economic factors, environmental factors,personal factors. Abstract

This study aims to determine the causes of student interest in economic subjects on the class XI economy cross-interest in SMAN 1 Lawang and to determine whether the main factor in making students interested in economic subjects. The research method used is qualitative research with phenomenology approach. Data collection is done by interview and documentation. Judging from teacher or teacher factor is high. It can be seen from the interview that the students are very interested in the way the teacher teaches a nice, relaxed and not boring. Students' interest in the subjects of economics through teaching material factors is also high. This can be seen from the interviews that the teaching materials used are very clear and easy to understand. In terms of media, interest in terms of media used by teachers is high. It can be seen from the results of interviews that the media used by teachers in conveying materials because the teacher uses the media power point and sometimes also use the video in delivering the material. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of brainstormingmethod in group investigation model in Economic subjects and improvementof activity and learning result of students of class X IPS 3 SMAN 1 Batu.Methods of data collection using observation, test questions and field notesand analyzed by qualitative descriptive technique. The result of this researchare: (1) improvement of student activity 18,71% from cycle I to cycle II, thatis 63.30% cycle I and 82.31% cycle II; (2) the improvement of studentlearning outcomes is 22.22% from cycle I to cycle II, which is marked by theincrease of 70.37% complete student in cycle I and increased to 92.59%cycle II. Implementation of brainstorming method in group investigationmodel is expected to be used as an alternative model of economical learningthat is more innovative to improve student activeness. It is also expected thatEconomics teachers should implement the implementation of this learningmodel not only on the discussion of payment system and non-cash paymentinstruments only, but for other materials that have problems and materialsrelated to the daily life of the students so that students are easier to find thelatest information needed to be used as reference material. The results of thisstudy are expected to be used by other researchers as a reference in carryingout the development of similar research. Abstract

Education in boarding schools having own way educate school tuition or of the so-called santri , santri learned about general studies and live a daily lives in the neighborhood pondok pesantren .Consumption patterns in boarding schools influenced by many factors such as knowledge basic economic, and environment boarding schools. Population in research it is a whole santriwan IIS MA Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ulum poor were 57 santriwan .Sample in this research using all population. The kind of research that is used is research eksplanasi , with technical linear regression analysis worship of idols .Variable research among other: the economics basic knowledge (X1), perception of boarding school (X2), and consumption behavior (Y). Using techniques data collection tests and survey or questionnaire. The conclusion of research is (1) basic knowledge economy influential significantly to consumption patterns santriwan IIS MA boarding schools Nurul Ulum Malang. (2) boarding schools environmental effect significantly to consumption patterns santriwan IIS MA boarding schools Nurul Ulum Malang. Abstract

Abstract

Classroom management is very important since with a good class management teacher can control the teaching and leaning process even with some distractions. So the teaching and learning process can be effective and fulfill the aims that has been planed by the teacher. This study use descriptive qualitative method. The subject in this study are 11th grade economic teacher in SMA Laboratorium UM and students in 11th IPS grade. Data collection method use in this study are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis use in this study are data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification. The result of the study show that economic teachers’ classroom management skill in 11th IPS grade on SMA Laboratorium UM is good. Teacher is already well in conditioning the class. Teacher need more communicative in creating good communication with students. In managing classroom discussions teacher need to provide games and motivation to students. Abstract

This research aims to increase the activity and student learning outcomes in Social Eleventh Graders at 2 MAN Batu by implementing Flipped Classroom and Course Review Horray (CRH) learning model based lesson study. This research consisted of two cycles. Data were collected through documentation, observation, field notes, and tests. Qualitative descriptive tehnique was employed for analyzing the data. The results of student learning activities in the first cycle was 58 and the second cycle the stucdent learning activities value increased to 72. The research result of students learning outcomes in the first cycle was 75,00% and the second cycle increased to 89,29%. DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17977/UM014v10i22017p126
