Abstract

This study aims to determine experiential marketing, emotional marketing and consumer psychology to customer loyalty at the Rositha Putra Bengkulu Skincare Store. The population in this study are all consumers who shop at Rositha Putra BVR Bengkulu Stores. The sample of this research is 100 consumers who shop at Toko Rositha Putra BVR Bengkulu. In this study the sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique. The method of analysis of this research is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools, multiple correlation, determination, F test and t test which are processed using IBM SPSS 20 software. From the results of the study it can be concluded that experiential marketing, emotional marketing and consumer psychology affect customer loyalty. Abstract

Air dalam kemasan (AMDK) merek Aqua menjadi minuman yang terkenal di Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan kualitas produknya yang baik sehingga merek tersebut tentunya sangat akrab dengan Masyarakat di Indonesia khusunya di Kabupaten Kampar. Keberadaan produk ini dipercaya sebagai produk ADMK yang memiliki kualitas yang baik dan berbeda dengan merk lainny. Hal ini terlihat dari adanya kepuasan konsumen dan munculnya loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa variable tambahan sebagai salah satu kontribusi dalam melihat keputusan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekuitas merek terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli air mineral merek Aqua di kabupaten kampar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyajikan data penelitian yang bersumber dari angket dan studi literatur. Responden yang dilibatkan adalah konsumen sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data dengan Regresi Linear Berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Temuan penelitian yaitu secara parsial, diketahui bahwa seluruh variabel yang diuji berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan konsumen membeli air mineral Aqua dan variabel loyalitas merek menjadi faktor yang dominan. Abstract

Modal kerja yang tersedia secara cukup tentunya menjadi hal yang penting bagi PT. P&P Bangkinang Crumb Rubber Factory Pekanbaru untuk menjalankan aktifitasnya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menganalisis Penggunaan modal kerja dalam meningkatkan rentabilitas ekonomi pada PT. P&P Bangkinang Crumb Rubber Factory Pekanbaru. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan dengan alat pengukur rasio finansial secara time series analysis. Indikator yang digunakan adalah analisa penggunaan modal kerja, rasio perputaran modal kerja (working capital turnover ratio), ratio perputaran total aktiva (total assets turnover ratio), ratio perputaran aktiva tetap (fixet assets turnover ratio) serta analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat rentabilitas ekonomi (earning power). Hasil analisa data menunjukan bahwa perputaran modal kerja yang terjadi dari tahun 1996 sampai 2000, tingkat perputaran modal kerja mengalami keadaan yang berfluktuasi. Rata-rata tingkat perputaran modal kerja (working capital turn over) selama lima tahun adalah 8,62 kali, sedangkan rata-rata penjualan yang dapat dihasilkan oleh perusahaan selama lima tahun sebesar Rp. 59.671.744.969,-. Sedangkan ratio perputaran total aktiva (total assets turnover) perusahaan sangat berfluktuasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh brand image dan biaya pendidikan terhadap keputusan memilih tempat kuliah di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Managemen (STIM) Sukma Medan. Sampel terdiri dari 88 mahasiswa dari total populasi 610 mahasiswa. Data primer dan sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan instrumen variabel yang melalui uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier ganda, uji-t, dan uji-F. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel, yaitu brand image (X1) dan biaya pendidikan (X2), memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen (STIM) Sukma Medan. Nilai koefisien regresi untuk brand image (X1) adalah 0,084, sementara nilai koefisien regresi untuk biaya pendidikan (X2) adalah 0,321. Koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,579. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa brand image dan biaya pendidikan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan memilih tempat kuliah di STIM Sukma Medan. Dengan demikian, perbaikan brand image dan peninjauan biaya pendidikan disarankan sebagai langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan keputusan memilih. This research aims to evaluate the influence of brand image and education costs on the decision to choose a place to study at the Sukma Medan College of Management Sciences (STIM). The sample consisted of 88 students from a total population of 610 students. Primary and secondary data were used in this research, with variable instruments that underwent validity and reliability tests. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression, the t-test, and the F-test. The results show that the two variables, namely brand image (X1) and education costs (X2), have a positive influence on students' decisions in choosing the Sukma Medan College of Management (STIM). The regression coefficient value for brand image (X1) is 0.084, while the regression coefficient value for education costs (X2) is 0.321. The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.579. So it can be concluded that brand image and education costs have a positive influence on the decision to choose a place to study at STIM Sukma Medan. Thus, improving brand image and reviewing educational costs are suggested as steps to improve voting decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research is motivated by problems with service quality and physical work environment conditions that affect decreased job satisfaction and impact on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pasaman Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square method with the Structural Equation Modeling equation model. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and observation. Respondents to this study were 59 employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pasaman Regency, using the total sampling method where the entire population in this study was used as the research sample. Data processing and hypothesis testing is calculated using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study found that the direct effect of service quality and physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction and physical work environment had no positive and significant effect on performance and service quality had a positive and significant effect on performance. the indirect effect of job satisfaction as a mediating variable does not have a positive and significant effect between service quality and performance as well as between the physical work environment and the performance of the Pasaman Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Employees. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Jumlah Hotel terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng, Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Jumlah Restoran/Cafe terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng, Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Jumlah Objek Wisata terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng, Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Jumlah Wisatawan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Soppeng yang berlokasi di Jalan Salotungo Kabupaten Soppeng, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Seluruh Data Statistik mengenai Sektor Wisata dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Pada Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Soppeng sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan kriteria tertentu sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Data Statistik mengenai Sektor Pariwisata Tahun 2018– 2020 Pendapatan Asli Daerah Pada Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Soppeng. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sektor pariwisata terhadap Pendapatan Sali daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Soppeng maka digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work discipline and communication on organizational commitment and job satisfaction as a mediating variable at Budaya Alam Lestari Semarang Company, the study population is all employees of Budaya Alam Lestari Semarang Company in the Central Java area. The sample of this research is 80 employees obtained through the census technique. The data obtained is processed with the SPSS application. The test results stated that work discipline and communication had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work discipline, communication, and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Testing the Sobel test states that job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work discipline on organizational commitment. In addition, job satisfaction can also mediate the effect of communication on organizational commitment. Keywords: Work Discipline, Communication, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose and core problem in this study is to determine the effect of the Police Professional Code of Ethics and Discipline of Police Members on Organizational Commitment in the Sumedang District Police Environment. The method used in this research is quantitative research methodology. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and observation techniques. The population in this study was 1146. The sampling technique used was propotionate stratifield ramdon sampling. The sample size was 296 respondents. The results of the study prove that the Police Professional Code of Ethics (X1) as measured by Organizational Commitment (Y) has a positive and significant contribution to the high and low organizational commitment of 36.8%, the Work Discipline of Police Members (X2) as measured by Organizational Commitment (Y) has a positive and significant contribution to the high and low organizational commitment of 64.6%. Simultaneously, the Police Professional Code of Ethics (X1) and Work Discipline of Police Members (X2) contributed positively and significantly to Organizational Commitment (Y) by 91.3%. The remaining 8.7% is the influence that comes from other factors. The conclusion of this study is that the Police Professional Code of Ethics and Work Discipline of Police Members affect the Organizational Commitment of the Police in the Sumedang District Police. Suggestions from this study are that in an effort to increase the organizational commitment of the Police, physical and mental coaching, psychological coaching and counseling, and guidance on narcotics by the National Narcotics Agency should be carried out, eliminating discriminatory Polri task practices, increasing community participation in overseeing the implementation of Polri duties, increasing human resource capabilities through improving the quality of investigators, increasing awareness and compliance of Polri members, procuring and managing task support facilities, and building public understanding of the main duties and functions of Police Members. Abstract

Good governance atau tata kelola kepemerintahan yang baik merupakan suatu konsep pemerintahan yang dapat mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang baik sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan mendeskripsikan implementasi good governance dalam pelayanan publik di Kantor Desa Wringinrejo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini dipilih karena Desa Wringinrejo pernah mendapatkan juara 1 lomba kelurahan tingkat kabupaten pada tahun 2016 dan juara 2 lomba desa tingkat kabupaten 2017, dari penghargaan tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti implementasi good governance dalam pelayanan pub;ik di Kantor Desa Wringinrejo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi good governance dalam pelayanan publik di Kantor Desa Wringinrejo Kecamatan Gambiran Kabupaten Banyuwangi sudah berjalan dengan baik tetapi masih belum optimal. Dari implementasi prinsip akuntabilitas, transparansi, keterbukaan, dan aturan hukum ada satu prinsip yang masih belum optimal dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu transparansi. Pada prinsip transparansi masih ada kendala yaitu belum semua prosedur pelayanan dapat diakses masyarakat pada media yang telah disediakan. Pada implementasi prinsip akuntabilitas, keterbukaan, dan aturan hukum sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan teori yang ada. Kata Kunci: Implementasi; Good Governance; Pelayanan Publik

Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors hindering the completion of follow-up actions on the recommendations of the Supreme Audit Agency (Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan, BPK) in Pasaman Regency. A quantitative approach was utilized, and data were collected through questionnaires administered to key personnel involved in the follow-up activities in 37 government departments in Pasaman Regency.The findings revealed seven factors influencing the implementation of follow-up actions on BPK's recommendations, namely Technical and Coordination Factors, Leadership Factors, Civil Servants (ASN) and Non-Civil Servants and Third Parties Factors, Human Resources (HR) and Work Environment Factors, Non-Compliance Factors, Follow-Up Monitoring Factors, and Socialization Factors. The dominant hindering factor was identified as the Socialization Factor, with an average variable score of 4.55. In light of these findings, strategies to improve performance and enhance the completion of follow-up actions on BPK's recommendations were proposed. These include continuous monitoring and the support of the Inspectorate team in addressing findings and BPK's recommendations, revising and evaluating existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the field, as well as conducting comprehensive socialization and clarification of regulations for all stakeholders involved. This research contributes valuable insights for Pasaman Regency and other local governments in strengthening their Internal Control Systems (ICS), particularly in financial management, and for the Inspectorate to optimize their role in facilitating follow-up actions. Future studies should consider expanding the theoretical framework to better comprehend the influence of identified factors in the follow-up process. The conclusion and recommendations from this study are expected to be beneficial for all stakeholders involved in completing follow-up actions on BPK's recommendations in Pasaman Regency and serve as a foundation for further research in this area.
