Abstract

The School Activity Plan and Budget Application (ARKAS) is an information system that utilizes advances in Information Communication and Technology (ICT) to carry out the functions of the system of budgeting, implementing, administering and accountability of school operational assistance funds in primary and secondary education units nationally. This application was created to handle school financial management problems whose process is still done manually and has not been integrated with one system. With the support of integrated technology, schools can use it to manage finances and the Ministry of Education and Culture and Technology can monitor the accountability of each school. The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of ICT for school budget management. Data collection in this study through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation, data analysis and conclusions to the results. From the research, it was concluded that the average use of ICT in each region in managing school installments is still low so that the decision of the Ministry of Education and Culture in creating applications to integrate the system is very appropriate to increase the use of ICT in managing school budgets Keywords: ICT, ARKAS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi retribusi pasar terhadap peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) di Kota Parepare. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyajikan data mengenai data retribusi pasar dan data pendapatan asli daerah. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung baik kepada staf maupun kepala bagian dalam hal ini bagian pemutungan retribusi pasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sesungguhnya cara pemungutan retribusi pasar, pelaporan retribusi pasar dan bagaimana dampaknya apabila pemungutan retribusi menggunakan Rasio efektivitas PAD dan Rasio Kontribusi. Kata Kunci : Retribusi Pasar, Pendapatan Asli Daerah

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan menganalisa untuk melihat hubungan dan pengaruh antara manajemen kelas dan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar dan perbaikan lingkungan pembelajaran dalam dimensi praktik baik (best practices) manajemen kelas dan kemandirian belajar siswa. Praktik baik itu berdampak mengubah perilaku belajar siswa yang bermuara pada indeks hasil belajar sebagai kriteria pengukuran kompetensi lulusan yang bermanfaat untuk belajar seumur hidup dan pasar tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis metode survei, dan jenis rancangan penelitian korelasional yang selanjutnya menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi sederhana dan korelasi ganda. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 5 bulan yakni dari bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2023. Tempat pelaksanaan penelitian yakni pada Empat SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Lembe Selatan, Kota Bitung, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karakteristik yang berkenaan dengan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS oleh siswa kelas VIII , jumlah seluruh peserta didik 137 orang dan jumlah sampel penelitian sebesar 58 peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen kelas oleh guru berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII dalam mata pelajaran IPS. Artinya, jika terjadi peningkatan dalam manajemen kelas, maka akan terjadi peningkatan dalam hasil belajar siswa. Selanjutnya, kemandirian belajar siswa berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII dalam mata pelajaran IPS. Artinya, jika terjadi peningkatan dalam kemandirian belajar siswa, maka akan terjadi peningkatan dalam hasil belajar siswa. Kemudian, manajemen kelas dan kemandirian belajar siswa berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII dalam mata pelajaran IPS. Artinya, jika terjadi peningkatan dalam manajemen kelas dan kemandirian belajar siswa secara bersama-sama, maka akan terjadi peningkatan dalam hasil belajar siswa. Abstract

This research was conducted to see how big the influence of competence, work culture and commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research, which uses descriptive analysis methods and inferential statistics, namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS (Analysis Of Structural Moment) software, Microsoft Excel, and SPSS software. By taking a sample using a stratified/clustered random sample (proporionated random sampling), in each Regional Government Work Unit of the Selayar Islands Regency. The results of the study indicate that competence has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and employee performance. Work culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and employee performance. Employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The mediating role of job satisfaction in analyzing the effect of competence on employee performance is negative and insignificant. The mediating role of job satisfaction in analyzing the influence of culture on employee performance is positive and not significant. The mediating role of job satisfaction in analyzing the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance is positive and significant. The results of this study can also be used as input for the local government of the Selayar Islands Regency in formulating policies regarding competence, work culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction as well as employee performance in the future. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana Bank BPD DIY dan Bank Jatim menghadapi perubahan dan memberikan gambaran tentang kontribusi mereka dalam menggerakkan perekonomian daerah selama periode 2019-2022. Analisis kinerja keuangan mencakup rasio profitabilitas, rasio solvabilitas, dan rasio likuiditas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data Normality Test dan Sample T-test yang diharapkan memberikan kontribusi baru pada literatur akademis terkait perbandingan kinerja keuangan bank daerah di Indonesia. Kesimpulannya, terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam kinerja keuangan antara Bank BPD DIY dan Bank Jatim dalam beberapa variable rasio keuangan seperti DAR, Current ratio, dan BOPO selama periode 2019-2022.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of cafe atmosphere, price, and location on consumers’ decisions to visit D' Energy Cafe in the Lamsayuen Gas Station Area, Aceh Besar, both simultaneously and partially. The sample size for this research was 96 respondents and was collected through questionnaires. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis, namely F-test (simultaneous) and t-test (partial), to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable at a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). The research results show that cafe atmosphere, price, and location partially influence consumers’ decisions to visit D' Energy Cafe in the Lamsayuen Gas Station Area, Aceh Besar. Then, the cafe atmosphere, price, and location variables simultaneously influence consumers’ decisions to visit D' Energy Cafe in the Lamsayuen gas station area, Aceh Besar. In this context, price has the most dominant influence on consumers’ decisions to visit D' Energy Café in the Lamsayuen gas station area, Aceh Besar. Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of competence and compensation on the performance of employees of PT Pertamina Patraniaga Cikampek. This study used quantitative research methods using descriptive and verification methods. The sample used in this study was 165 people as employees of the distribution section of PT Pertamina Patraniaga Cikampek. using the slovin method and using a random sampling technique from a population of 280 people. The analytical technique used in this research is the technique of scale-range analysis, path analysis using the Method of Succesive Interval (MSI), the Microsoft Excel 2013 computer program and the SPSS version 25 application. There is a positive and significant partial effect of compensation variable on employee performance. And there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between the variables of competence and compensation on employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor pada kantor SAMSAT Kabupaten Maros. Metode analisis penelitian terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut, dapat di ketahui adanya pengaruh variabel independen (X) terhadap variabel dependen (Y) dapat dilihat dari hipotesis yang di lakukan oleh peneliti tersebut. Maka di dapatkan nilai signifikan 0,000 sedangkan niiai alpha yang di gunakan adalah 0,05 atau 5% berarti 0,000 < 0,05, artinya ada pengaruh antara variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X) terhadap Kepuasan wajib Pajak (Y). Hal ini menujukkan bahwa hipotesis di terima. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Wajib Pajak

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept characterized by three main dimensions: voluntary action, philanthropy, and obligation. It reflects a company's responsibility towards society, the environment, and the economy. Background Problems: The increasing importance of CSR in contemporary business environments raises questions about its evolution and application. As businesses navigate complex social, environmental, and economic landscapes, understanding the dynamics of CSR becomes crucial. This study addresses the need for an updated exploration of CSR literature to capture recent developments and insights. Novelty: This research contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing a comprehensive review of CSR literature post-2000. By utilizing the PRISMA 2009 guidelines, the study ensures a systematic and transparent approach to literature selection, offering a nuanced understanding of the various aspects of CSR. The novelty lies in synthesizing diverse perspectives on CSR, including definitions, approaches, strategies, benefits, challenges, and indicators. Research Methods: The research employs a literature review methodology, guided by the PRISMA 2009 framework. The researcher systematically searches for relevant literature on CSR using specific keywords across multiple databases. Finding/Results: The literature review reveals a wealth of information on CSR, covering diverse aspects such as its definitions, various approaches adopted by businesses, strategies for implementation, perceived benefits, existing challenges, and measurable indicators. The findings offer a panoramic view of the evolving landscape of CSR, highlighting global perspectives and trends. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study provides a holistic understanding of the concept and implementation of CSR in the global context. The synthesis of literature post-2000 sheds light on the multifaceted nature of CSR, emphasizing its voluntary, philanthropic, and obligatory dimensions. The study underscores the significance of CSR in shaping corporate behavior and contributing to societal, environmental, and economic well-being. The insights gained from this research can inform businesses, policymakers, and scholars about the current state of CSR and potential future directions. Abstract

The аims of this reseаrch аre: 1. To find out the fаctors thаt cаuse bаd credit in the Prа Kemа Sа Kitа Onekore coorperаtive. 2. To find out the efforts mаde to overcome bаd credit аt the Prа Kemа Sа Kitа Onekore coorperаtive. This type of reseаrch is descriptive reseаrch.The locаtion of this reseаrch аt jаlаn Hаyаm wuruk, Onekore Villаge, Centrаl Ende District, Ende Regency, Eаst Nusа Tenggаrа. The dаtа collection techinique in this reseаrch is by using observаtion, intervieuws, and dokumentаtion аnd literаture study. The results of the аnаlysis show thаt; fаctors thаt cаuse bаd credit аt the Prа Kemа Sа Kitа Onekore coorporаtive consist of two fаctors, nаmely internаl, Fаctors such аs ; weаk credit policy, weаk credit аnаlysis аnd weаk credit monitoring system. 2. Externаl fаctors which include: unstаble sources of income/decline in the customer’s economy, bаd fаith by debitor in cаrrying out his responsibilities, fаilure of the debtor’s business (bаnkuptcy), need fаctors, аnd debtors’ experiecing disаster. The resolution cаrried out is : 1. The cooperаtive will contаct the customer first viа telephone, the cooperаtive will visit the custumer’s house to conduct а diаlogue between the creditor аnd the debtor, 3. The cooperаtive will provide wаrning letters.
