Abstract

Durian seeds can be utilized as a producer of Water Soluble Polysaccharide (WSP) that can be applied to food products because crude extract of WSP is hydrocolloid. WSP interacts with other components, directly and indirectly affect processing applications, food quality, and acceptance.Water binding, solubility, viscosity and surface activity are important properties, determining usefulness and final product quality in a food system. The absence of extraction conditions that support so that the need for improved methods to variations in temperature and long extraction. This study aim to determine the effect of temperature and long extraction that produces the highest yield value and to determine the functional properties of the WSP.  The results of this study are the highest yield values in the 50 oC temperature extraction ang long extraction 2 hours amounted to 2,26%, solubility in water of 51,61%; lightness 34,14; water holding capacity (WHC) 2339,35%;  oil holding capacity (OHC) 425,36%; emulsion power 55,77m2/g; emulsion stability 585,50 minutes, foaming power 157,39 ml/g; foaming stability 25,43%. Long extraction increase the value of WHC and OHC but discrease the value of water solubility, foaming power and lightness. Abstract

Abstrak Rumah tinggal merupakan bangunan yang dijadikan tempat tinggal selama jangkawaktu tertentu, biasanya disesuaikan dengan suatu konsep tertentu agar mendapatkan kesan berbeda pada hasil yang ditampilkannya. salah satu konsep yang dapat diterapkan adalah konsep material ekspos. material ekspos merupakan desain pada bangunan yang dipandang sebagai bagian dari pekerjaan bangunan yang belum selesai atau tanpa proses finishing. kajian ini bertujuan untuk memahami penerapan konsep ekspos pada rumah tinggal agar memiliki nilai estetika yang baik. rumah tinggal setraduta k8/8 dipilih sebagai bahan studi kasus karena mengaplikasikan banyak variasi material pada konsep eksposnya. kajian material dibatasi pada material yang terdapat pada studi kasus saja karena material tersebut umum digunakan sebagai material ekspos. kajian estetika pun dibatasi dari segi warna dan tekstur saja karena merupakan pembeda antara bangunan ekspos dengan bangunan biasa. kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan rujukan untuk mendesain bangunan rumah tinggal dengan konsep material ekspos agar memiliki nilai estetika yang baik. metoda penelitian yang digunakan adalah metoda analisis kualitatif yang terdiri dari proses pengamatan, pengumpulan data, penyaringan data, dan pengembangan teori tentang konsep material ekspos, jenis material ekspos, dan estetika. Kata Kunci: material ekspos, estetika tekstur dan warna, rumah tinggal. Abstract Residential building used as a residence for a certain period, usually tailored to a particular concept in order to get a different impression of the results of the display. One of the concepts that can be applied is the concept of material exposed. Exposed material is the design of the building is seen as part of an unfinished building work or without a finishing process. This study aims to understand the application of the concept of exposure in residences that have good aesthetic value. Setraduta residential k8 / 8 is selected as a case study for applying the many variations on the exposed material concept. The study material is limited to the material contained in the case studies just because the material is commonly used as a exposed material. Aesthetic study is limited in terms of color and texture only because it is the difference between building exposure to regular building. This study is expected to be a reference material for designing residential buildings with exposed material concepts that have good aesthetic value. The method used in this study is a qualitative analysis method which consists of a process of observation, data collection, data filtering, and material development of the theory of the concept of exposure, type of material exposure, and aesthetics. Abstract

Education is one of the efforts educators undertake to guide students towards maturity. However, this is often not accompanied by the necessary self-confidence among students, leading to negative impacts on the learning process. The objective of this research is to explore the implementation of group counseling services aimed at enhancing students' self-confidence at SMP IT Al-Hijrah. The research method employed is qualitative, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that students' self-confidence increases after receiving group counseling services. Therefore, it can be concluded that group counseling services significantly enhance students' self-confidence in the learning process, particularly at SMP IT Al-Hijrah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian maggot terhadap kelangsungan hidup dan pengaruh pemberian pakan terhadap ikan lele dumbo. Penyediaan pakan ternak yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan peternak ikan khususnya lele dan menjadi komponen terbesar dalam kegiatan usaha. Pemanfaatan pellet dan campuran maggot sebagai pakan ternak memiliki keuntungan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 perlakuan dan 2 ulangan, dengan perlakuan pemberian pakan pellet 100%(kontrol), pemberian pakan pellet 75% + 25% maggot. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan setiap seminggu sekali. Pengamatan parameter meliputi panjang lele menggunakan penggaris, bobot lele menggunakan timbangan digital, dan kelangsungan hidup lele dihitung pada angka kematian setiap harinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pellet 75% + 25% maggot lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pemberian pellet 100%. Walaupun selisih nya tidak jauh tipis dibandingkan pakan pellet. Hal ini terjadi karena pakan maggot terdapat protein yang tidak dimiliki oleh pakan pelet.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a digital module using a coder on lines and angles that is valid and practical for class VII students at SMP Negeri 30 Padang. This type of research is R&D (Research and Development) development research with a 4-D development model. The results of the digital module validation test using codular were 81.73% with a very valid category. The practicality results for digital modules using codular are 94.95% in the very practical category. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the digital module using codular material on lines and angles in class VII SMP Negeri 30 Padang is suitable for use and is in the valid and practical category.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan keberlanjutan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), terutama di sektor makanan beku yang sedang berkembang pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi kerja di UMKM frozen food. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi pemilik dan karyawan UMKM frozen food di wilayah tertentu. Temuan utama dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang inklusif dan mendukung memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan motivasi kerja karyawan UMKM. Motivasi kerja kemudian memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pengembangan kepemimpinan yang memperhatikan motivasi karyawan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja organisasi di UMKM sektor frozen food.Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dalam konteks UMKM, khususnya dalam memahami dinamika motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja yang dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan tertentu di sektor makanan beku.

Abstract

Food waste is a global issue that currently receives significant attention, and is included in the 12th Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030: sustainable consumption and production pattern. Throughout the entire food chain, the consumption stage by consumers is the largest contributor to food waste generation, accounting for approximately 35%. Food waste generation often results from food waste behavior among consumers, which can be driven by various factors such as the habit of purchasing excessive amounts of food, a lack of awareness about the importance of environmental preservation, insufficient knowledge on proper food processing and storage, and economic factors. Food waste behavior can have negative impacts on both the environment and the economy. One approach to understanding the phenomenon of food waste behavior is the Theory of Planned Behavior, particularly in the context of the intention to reduce food waste behavior among consumers. Through this literature study, the author aims to examine the intention to reduce food waste behavior based on the predictors of the Theory of Planned Behavior.

Abstract

Open Banking is a system that provides financial institution network data to users through an API (application programming interface). Open API gives API providers the right or ability to provide consumer data access to API users with consumer consent. This study aims to determine the readiness of banks in Indonesia to implement Open Banking based on Open API. The method used is a qualitative phenomenological approach by collecting various data, analyzing, and describing the results of the analysis. The results of this study indicate that Indonesia can implement Open Banking based on the Open API by conducting an assessment of countries that have implemented it such as the UK, in order to encourage digital progress in the Banking industry so as to create connectivity between banks and Payment System Service Providers (PJSP) through open Banking.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research article entitled "Preparing Operational Budgets for UMKM" explores the process of preparing operational budgets for Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). This study aims to overcome the lack of operational budgeting in MSMEs which causes inaccurate profit calculations. By collecting and analyzing company expenditure data, the research team formulates operational budgets to improve financial planning and decision making. Qualitative descriptive research methods were used, focusing on observation data, interviews and literature reviews. These findings highlight the importance of operational budgeting for the sustainability and profitability of UMKM.Penelitian yang berjudul “Menyusun Anggaran Operasional Pada UMKM” ini mengeksplorasi proses penyusunan anggaran operasional Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Kajian tersebut bertujuan untuk mengatasi kurangnya penganggaran operasional pada UMKM sehingga menyebabkan perhitungan keuntungan tidak akurat. Dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data pengeluaran perusahaan, tim peneliti merumuskan anggaran operasional untuk meningkatkan perencanaan keuangan dan pengambilan keputusan. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan, dengan fokus pada data observasi, wawancara, dan tinjauan pustaka. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya penganggaran operasional untuk keberlanjutan dan profitabilitas UMKM.Kata Kunci: penganggaran operasional, UMKM, perencanaan keuangan, penelitian kualitatif, keberlanjutan.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the economic sectors that have a strategic role in the village economy, the role of MSMEs in the economy is also influenced by various factors including village potential, infrastructure, government policies, and synergy between village MSMEs, Therefore, the Makassar Maju College of Economics created a main work program for the Socialization of "The Role of MSMEs for the Bonto Daeng Village Community" the purpose of the MSME Socialization in Bonto Daeng Village is to motivate the community to form MSMEs. The existence of MSMEs in the village can also reduce unemployment by opening up new employment opportunities, From the results of observations made in Bonto Daeng Village, the opportunity to create MSMEs is quite capable when viewed from the aspect of abundant agricultural products from the plant and fruit sectors in the village. Moreover, this village does not yet have MSMEs, so the results of the Socialization of "The Role of MSMEs for the Community of Bonto Daeng Village" were able to motivate people to create MSMEs in the village.
