Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pemuda dan olahraga provinsi kalimantan timur. Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, the challenges in building an effective human resources (HR) team are increasingly complex, especially in terms of communication. This article discusses how effective communication is a key factor in forming and developing a productive HR team that is adaptive to technological change. Communication is not only a means of exchanging information, but also as a tool to build trust, collaboration, and a positive work culture. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review to identify relevant and effective communication strategies in a digital work environment. The results of the discussion showed that the use of communication technology, communicative leadership, and information disclosure greatly contributed to team performance. Therefore, organizations need to design an adaptive and inclusive internal communication strategy to face HR challenges in the digital era. Abstract

This study examines the influence of work stress and work motivation on employee productivity at Coffe Comunitas in Tenggarong. The background of this study stems from the importance of human resources in supporting organizational productivity, particularly in service industries such as cafes, which rely heavily on service quality. The issues examined are: Do work-related stress and work motivation affect employee productivity at Coffe Comunitas? This study is unique because it focuses on the local micro-business sector, which has not been extensively researched, especially in the context of work-related stress and motivation. The method used is quantitative research with a total sample of 30 employees using a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression through SPSS. The results of the study indicate that work stress has a negative and significant effect on productivity, while work motivation has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, both variables influence productivity by 76.4%. The conclusion of this study is the importance of management in reducing work stress and increasing motivation to support employee productivity. The implication is that companies need to create a supportive work environment and provide appropriate rewards for employees. Keywords: Work Stress, Work Motivation, Employee Productivity

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the difference between average stock returns and trade volume activity before and after the announcement of Trump's export tariff policy. This research was conducted with a time of 10 days, namely 5 days each before and after the announcement date. The population of this study is industrial and textile sector companies listed in LQ-45 as many as 5 companies. The sample selection method used is the purposive sampling technique with certain criteria. The data testing techniques used were descriptive analysis, normality test, and paired sample t-test. The results of this study are that there is no significant difference in average stock returns and trade volume activity before and after the announcement of Trump's export tariff policy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis niat adopsi QRIS pada Generasi Z di Kota Denpasar dengan menggunakan model TAM sebagai landasan teori yang mencakup Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Risk (PR), serta peran moderasi Trust. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dari 120 responden dan diolah dengan SEM-PLS (SmartPLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa PEOU berkolerasi positif signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use (β=0,290; p=0,000), sementara PR berpengaruh negatif signifikan (β=–0,147; p=0,045). Sebaliknya, PU tidak berkolerasi signifikan terhadap niat penggunaan (β=0,089; p=0,131). Uji moderasi mengindikasikan Trust memperlemah pengaruh PU terhadap niat (β interaksi=–0,191; p=0,004) dan menekan efek negatif PR (β interaksi=–0,181; p=0,010), tetapi tidak memoderasi hubungan PEOU dengan niat (β interaksi=–0,111; p=0,107). Model menjelaskan 37,3% variansi niat penggunaan. Temuan menegaskan bahwa persepsi kemudahan merupakan pendorong utama adopsi, sementara risiko yang dirasakan menurunkan minat, dan Trust berfungsi sebagai bantalan psikologis yang mengurangi dampak risiko sekaligus menggeser ketergantungan pada manfaat fungsional. Implikasi praktis menekankan pentingnya penyederhanaan antarmuka dan proses transaksi, penguatan fitur keamanan serta komunikasi keandalan sistem untuk meningkatkan niat penggunaan QRIS di kalangan pengguna muda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of boycott behavior on consumer purchasing interest in PT Unilever Tbk products. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 71 respondents of Economics Study Program students, Bangka Belitung University. The research tools used are descriptive tabulation analysis and simple linear regression analysis using the data processing application, Stata 17. The results of the two analyses used show that boycott behavior affects consumer purchasing interest. The majority of respondents stated that social and ethical issues were the main reasons they boycotted, although product quality and reputation were still important considerations in purchasing decisions. These results suggest that consumers are increasingly considering moral values in their consumption activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of public services which consists of 3 dimensions of service quality as variables, namely responsiveness, reliability, and empathy to community satisfaction. This research approach uses a quantitative approach through primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to people who have done management at the Capil Office of Muara Badak District with a sample of 100 people based on the minimum number of respondents for the Community Satisfaction Index. Sample data collection was done by accidental sampling technique. Based on the results of the analysis, it found from the results of research on factors that affect the satisfaction of the estuary rhino community, conclusions can be drawn from the three factors studied, namely Responsiveness, Reliability, and Empathy, all of these variables have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at the District Capil Office of Muara Badak, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengimplementasikan peningkatan kualitas mutu dalam proses produksi guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas pada UMKM Yuan Cake di Karawang. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan sumber daya manusia serta ketidakefisienan proses produksi yang berdampak pada keterbatasan pemenuhan pesanan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan GKM (Gugus Kendali Mutu), efisiensi proses produksi meningkat melalui perbaikan mesin, pengelolaan SDM, dan standarisasi proses. Selain itu, penggunaan metode peramalan penjualan dan manajemen rantai pasok mendukung efisiensi operasional UMKM. Keywords: UMKM, kualitas mutu, produktivitas, efisiensi, GKM.

Abstract

Penyakit jantung merupakan penyakit yang tidak akan menular, penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) disebabkan karena adanya kelainan pada pembuluh darah koroner jantung menyebabkan aliran darah yang membawa oksigen serta nutrisi ke otot terganggu. Dalam penelitian ini data epidemiologi penyakit jantung koroner diambil dari catatan rekam medik di klinik utama jantung hasna medika bandung pada periode 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode consecutive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 350 pasien penyakit jantung, data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 27 dengan uji chi-square, dan Fisher’s Exact. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengetahui pengaruh Experiential Marketing, Kualitas Produk, Promosi, dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada UMKM Agus Keramik Brebes. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan uji analisis regresi linear berganda, melibatkan 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan dari Agus Keramik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan jika Experiential Marketing, Kualitas Produk, dan Promosi secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Secara simultan Experiential Marketing, Kualitas Produk, Promosi dan Harga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Experiential Marketing terbukti lebih dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan jika peningkatan Experiential Marketing, kualitas produk, dan promosi yang efisien dapat memperbaiki Keputusan Pembelian.
