Abstract

A good grounding or grounding system is a mechanism to protect electronic devices. This protection can be direct or indirect during lightning strikes in rainy seasons. The characteristic and condition of the soil is one of the factors that can affect the grounding value. In this research, the measurement of grounding value is conducted in different soil conditions. The conditions are the watery, clay, dry, rocky, sand and swamp soils. This research purpose is to determine the value of grounding or grounding resistance in different type of soils. The measurement methods use three point method and four electrode method by sticking the electrodes into the ground. The value of the grounding resistance displayed on the measuring instrument (Earth Resistance Tester) would be smaller if the electrodes are planted deeper with the addition of electrode rods, and the distance between the electrodes is set between 5 to 10 meters.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The culture in Indonesia is very diverse, one of which is traditional songs. However, knowledge of traditional songs is still small. Digital Games can spread knowledge about traditional songs, one of which is Central Javanese traditional songs. However, the Game that is made still has static difficulties, so the Game cannot follow the player's ability, resulting in the player feeling bored and not wanting to continue the Game. To generate dynamic difficulties, methods in artificial intelligence can be applied to Games, one of which is Fuzzy. So in this study proposed the application of dynamic difficulties using Fuzzy Logic in music Games / Rhythm Games. Fuzzy Logic is built based on mathematical values and represents uncertainty, where this logic imitates the human way of thinking. Fuzzy Logic can convert crisp input values into fuzzy sets by performing fuzzification. After the input value is converted, the input will be entered into the set of rules provided. Each rule produces a different output. After the process is complete, the output value will be converted back to the crisp output value. Based on the research conducted, it is found that Fuzzy Logic can be applied to music Games where the Game can follow the player's ability based on the given rules.

Abstract

Currently, there are many buyers who use the offline selling concept, so we often see long queues at su-permarkets. The queue is due to the length of time a chasier scans the price of each producs in the shop-ping cart. However, people always complain when doing the buying process at supermarkets. The public regretted the long queue process when making payment transaction at the cashier. This results in the length of the waiting time increasing according to the length of the queue. So, to be able to overcome this problem is to use internet of things which aims to facilitate the client in the process of purchasing a prod-uct. The internet of things device or component as an internet module is NodeMCU V2 AMINCA. The measurement method used is Quality of Service by using the assistance of the Wireshark application. Val-ue of throughput, packet loss, latency, and jitter obtained is 2229 bit/s, 0% packets, 25,284 seconds, 0,050 ms with category of zero throughput index (bad) and index four for packet loss, latency, and jitter.

Abstract

Anura is an order in the Amphibian class consisting of frogs and toads. Anura is very important in the ecosystem, especially its role as part of the food chain. Anura's main role is to maintain the balance of the ecosystem and as a bioindicator agent for changing environmental conditions such as water pollution, habitat destruction, disease and parasites, and climate change. This research applies digital image processing technology which is expected to assist in detecting types of frogs based on color and texture. This research uses 5 types of frogs, namely kongkang gading, kongkang poison, striped trees, small trees and flying trees with 20 images of each type of frog. This research uses the color feature extraction methods such Color Moment and texture extraction GLCM (Gray Level Co-occurance Matrix), then classified using K-Star. The results of the K-Star performance evaluation to classify the 5 types of frogs obtained the Accuracy (Acc) value of 0.93, Precision (Prec) of 0.94, Recall (Rec) of 0.93 and F-measure of 0.93. So that the classification results of frog species on texture and color feature extraction using the GLCM method and the Color Moment with the K-Star classification method have high performance and can work well.

Abstract

Unemployment is an economic problem that the central and regional governments must resolve comprehensively and integrated. The open unemployment rate in Pekalongan Regency in the last three years has increased. It is influenced by several factors, one of which is the population growth rate. Likewise, the labor force participation rate has increased. It shows that the increasing availability of the workforce is not accompanied by additional employment and is not proportional to population growth. This study aims to determine the level of open unemployment and labor force participation in the sub-district, whether there is a relationship and mutual influence between sub-districts in Pekalongan Regency. The method used to see the correlation between sub-districts is the spatial analysis method. The method used to analyze the correlation between regions is the Moran's Index and the Moran Scatterplot, while to prove the dependence or spatial effect between regions partially used the LISA test. The test results show the Moran Index for the open unemployment rate of 0,915 and the labor force participation rate of 0,737 with a significance level of 5%. This measurement value shows that the Moran index value is close to 1, which means autocorrelation between neighboring sub-districts on the open unemployment rate and the labor force participation rate. While the LISA test results show that there are seven spatially related H-H districts, meaning that there is a strong correlation between the observed sub-districts and the surrounding districts. The strong correlation between observation sub-districts and their surroundings can be used as a reference for making policies in overcoming open unemployment between sub-districts. The policy for handling open unemployment has become more comprehensive and integrated among sub-districts by seeing that each sub-district has a spatial correlation and affects open unemployment in the district.

Abstract

The radio frequency spectrum constitutes a limited and strategic natural resource with high economic value, so it must be managed effectively and efficiently to obtain optimal benefits by observing national and international legal principles. Radio Community Broadcasting Institution uses limited frequency allocation in three channels, namely, in the frequency channels 202 (107.7 MHz), 203 (107.8 MHz), and 204 (107.9 MHz), with limited transmit power and area coverage. The problem in this research is the frequency overlap with other community radios in an area. The issue raised is whether it is possible to establish a new community radio in the Batang Regency area by paying attention to existing radios that have licenses in districts/cities that are in the area directly adjacent to Batang Regency by considering the limited allocation of radio frequency channels community, without the occurrence of radio frequency interference with other community radios. The purpose of this research is to solve these problems. It is necessary to have a policy in determining radio frequency users to get good quality radio broadcast reception. The method used is to analyze the frequency determination technique based on the interference analysis on other community broadcasters. By using the Radio Mobile Software for frequency repetition simulation, in this research, the results show that Batang FM Community Radio does not allow to get frequency channels for community radio operations. After all, it interferes with the Service Area of ​​Soneta FM Radio in Pekalongan City because it does not meet the requirements for determining the frequency channel = Eu> NF, namely the Nuisance Field (NF) value of 109.7 dB is greater than the Minimum Usable Field strength (Eu) of 66 dB. In comparison, Limpung FM Radio gets radio frequency on channel 203 (frequency 107.8 MHz) because it meets the requirements for determining the frequency channel = Eu> NF, namely the Minimum Usable Field strength (Eu) 66 dB greater than the Nuisance Field (NF) of 55.7 dB.

Abstract

Production process in a pharmaceutical industry must follow the guidelines stated in Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP). The production process has to be stopped if the temperature and the humidity of the production room do not meet the set point and a report about the caused has to be made. This research proposed a model of a temperature and humidity automatic control system based on Node MCU ESP32 and give the information to technicians continuously. With the php MyAdmin Web Server connection, data of temperature and humidity can be stored and monitored remotely using a smartphone or a computer. A DHT 11 sensor is used to detect temperature and humidity, a Peltier fan is used to control the room temperature and a dehumidifier is used to control the air humidity. The system controls C and D production class room according to CGMP for liquid drug type in a sterile room. The C class drug production room temperature range is set from 16ËšC to 25ËšC and the air humidity range is 45% to 55%. The D class drug production room temperature range is set 20ËšC to 27ËšC and the air humidity range is 40% to 60%. From the test results, it can be seen that the system can control room temperature and humidity automatically when there are disturbances as well as recording the time when the disturbances occur to complete the data reports during the drug production process.

Abstract

Not all mushrooms are edible because some are poisonous. The edible or poisonous mushrooms can be identified by paying attention to the morphological characteristics of mushrooms, such as shape, color, and texture. There is an issue: some poisonous mushrooms have morphological features that are very similar to edible mushrooms. It can lead to the misidentification of mushrooms. This work aims to recognize edible or poisonous mushrooms using a Deep Learning approach, typically Convolutional Neural Networks. Because the training process will take a long time, Transfer Learning was applied to accelerate the learning process. Transfer learning uses an existing model as a base model in our neural network by transferring information from the related domain. There are Four base models are used, namely MobileNets, MobileNetV2, ResNet50, and VGG19. Each base model will be subjected to several experimental scenarios, such as setting the different learning rate values for pre-training and fine-tuning. The results show that the Convolutional Neural Network with transfer learning method can recognize edible or poisonous mushrooms with more than 86% accuracy. Moreover, the best accuracy result is 92.19% obtained from the base model of MobileNetsV2 with a learning rate of 0,00001 at the pre-training stage and 0,0001 at the fine-tuning stage.

Abstract

To reduce the crowds during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bogor City Government implemented an odd-even system for all vehicles in the city of Bogor at the end of the operation. Since the implementation of this policy, many opinions have been conveyed through social media. An analysis is needed to find out how effective the policy is based on public opinion. For this reason, an analysis of the sentiment application of the odd-even system for vehicles in the city of Bogor was carried out during the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the accuracy, recall, and precision and calculate the amount of emotion obtained from sentiment analysis by using several algorithms for the application and application of selection features that can provide sentiment information related to the effectiveness of the software system in Bogor City. The research stages started from the selection of data, pre-processing, implementation, validation, and evaluation. Based on this research, it can be found that the Support Vector Machine algorithm with the application of Particle Swarm Optimization shows the results of the greatest assessment on the system sentiment analysis test in the city of Bogor during the pandemic with a value of 73.07%. In total, the sentiment of implementing the odd-even system to declare in Bogor City shows an expression of the joy of 45.45%.

Abstract

The new normal era requires all activities to be online, so that people use more public services. However, at the same time the level of complaints has increased, from the many complaints that have been received, it must be known, which one is the correct complaint according to the location of the incident or is it just an act of ignorant hands. So that a special strategy is needed, by utilizing technology to determine the location of the incident accu-rately. One of the implementations of complaint handling by the whistleblower is that the reporter uses a smartphone. This is the reason the researchers raised the application of geotagging techniques to find out complete location information and geofencing methods to determine whether a location is included in the scope of an area. Several experiments have been carried out to test the accuracy of the techniques that will be applied to this e-complaint system. With an accuracy of 96%, this geofencing technique is good enough to be applied. In addition, the geotagging technique using EXIF from a digital image is considered the most suitable to be applied in this system than other geotagging techniques.
