Abstract

The implementation of green supply chain management can improve operational performance as well as business performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of green supply chain management on business performance through operational performance. A survey is conducted on micro, small, and medium enterprises in the halal product industry sector. The results of this study indicate several findings which are: (1) green supply chain management has a positive effect on business performance, (2) green supply chain management has a positive effect on operational performance, (3) operational performance has a positive effect on business performance, and (4) operational performance mediates the positive effect of green supply chain management on business performance.

Abstract

Masih tingginya angka kemiskinan di Indonesia berbanding terbalik dengan potensi dana ZISWAF yang melimpah. Kemiskinan ini disebabkan oleh beberapa indikator, antara lain kurangnya pengawasan yang tepat dalam penyaluran dana sosial islam bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Oleh karena itu penulis dalam penelitian ini akan memberikan saran kebijakan atau skema program kepada BAZNAS untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan tersebut, yakni dengan membentuk dan menguatkan sinergi bersama komunitas masyarakat setempat. Program yang direncanakan dengan model crowdfunding ini bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat desa dengan pendekatan ekonomi syariah yaitu zakat, infaq dan sadaqah. Dengan adanya sinergi komunitas masyarakat dengan BAZNAS diharapkan dapat memberikan pemetaan penyaluran dana sosial yang efisien dan tepat sasaran, serta dapat menjadi skema yang kuat bagi penyaluran dan pengembangan dana sosial dan keuangan syariah yang berkelanjutan di Indonesia

Abstract

This study aimed to find out in depth the culture of Islamic work ethic in Arab Muslim traders in Pasar Ampel, Surabaya, as well as the impact of the implementation of Islamic work ethic on the success of their business. This research used qualitative methods and case studies as the strategy. Data collection was carried out by interviewing and observing research subjects directly. The study involved five traders as data sources. Qualitative explanatory was used as an analytical technique by explaining the results of interviews and direct field observations. The results of this study showed that, 1) in general, the understanding of the work ethic of Arab Muslim traders in Pasar Ampel Surabaya was in accordance with the characteristics of Islamic work ethic. However, in terms of practice or implementation, not all were in accordance with the characteristics of the Islamic work ethic, especially most of them did not have creativity, orientation to the future, and mental readiness to compete, so their efforts tended to be conservative. 2) Traders who had an understanding and practice that was in accordance with the characteristics of the Islamic work ethic experienced business success in the business they run

Abstract

The purpose of this analysis is to examine the successful entrepreneurial behavior of Ir. Sholah Al Athiyah is a businessman residing in Egypt. This study aims to fill a void in Muslim entrepreneurship literature and reveal new insights that have yet to be explored by other researchers. As the definition of entrepreneurship remains a topic of discussion, this study turns to the Al-Qur'an as a source of deeper understanding. By examining the teachings of the Al-Qur’an, this article explores Ir. Sholah Al Athiyah's attitude towards Islamic entrepreneurship. With the development of large corporations, it is essential to conduct research that references the Al-Quran and Islamic figures. This study employs a library research method and scientific articles as data sources. The results highlight several fundamental verses that relate to the attitudes of business actors when running a business. Ultimately, the concept of Islamic entrepreneurship aligns with Ir. Sholah Al Athiyah's values are that he always adheres to the teachings of the Al-Qur’an and considers Allah SWT the main investor

Abstract

This study describes a model of community empowerment by integrating MSMEs and nadzirs in using IPR waqf funds. Considering that MSMEs have a fairly central economic base and can be said to be the saviors of national economic development, support is required, especially in access to capital because internal capital is still a major problem for MSMEs to overcome. In the present. A conceptual model or framework is provided as part of the qualitative research methodology, and secondary data from systematic literature reviews, academic papers, and survey findings are utilized as data sources. IPR is considered one of the haqq maliyyah (property rights) in Islamic law that is legally protected in order to be waqf, specifically waqf in the form of moveable things other than money. The more royalties that are donated, the more money is gathered to be used as capital assistance for MSMEs so that more and more businesses can be run by the community. In addition, it can also create a healthy economic cycle, open up new jobs, lower unemployment, and speed up the economy. so that it may aid the neighborhood in meeting its everyday requirements, particularly its dharuriyah demands. For MSMEs to operate at their best, additional strategic actions must be made in addition to granting them access to financing. These actions include offering training and repair skills, business advising, enhancing product quality, markets, business networks, and technology

Abstract

At this time the halal industry in Indonesia is becoming a public concern, especially in the field of fashion. The development of fashion trends cannot be separated from the existence of increasingly trendy technology, so business actors are trying to take advantage of these technological developments as a means of ideas and innovations to create products that are appropriate for their time in order to attract the attention of consumers and be able to compete in the market. With the development of syar'i fashion trends, resulting in the increase in sharia business, many designers continue to be innovative by bringing up many designs that are in demand by the public. This study aims to determine the trend of sharia fashion in the modern era in the city of Bandung, as well as find out how far the development of sharia fashion in the modern era. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach by collecting data sourced from previous research, obtained through Google scholar and dimensions. The results of this study show that the halal industry in the fashion sector has become a trend and has a very big opportunity to develop the halal fashion sector. However, behind the great opportunities there are challenges that must be faced including: Lack of halal awareness in Indonesian society, Lack of Public Understanding of the Concept of Halal in Fashion, not many fashion MSMEs that take care of halal certification, low awareness of the Indonesian people to compete.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the lack of interest in saving at Islamic banks. This research is a type of qualitative research, by taking informants from the research area, namely Pemalang Regency. The data in this study are primary data and data collection techniques by conducting interviews, documentation and observation. The research was conducted by gathering information regarding the factors that influence the lack of interest in saving at Islamic banks. Triangulation techniques were also carried out to ensure data validity. The results of the study found the causes of the lack of public interest in saving in Islamic banks, namely consideration of the benefits obtained, salaries received through conventional banks, lack of marketing strategies carried out by Islamic banks, lack of understanding of Sharia, the influence of culture and habits, convenience, closure of one of the Islamic banks, dubious sharia compliance implemented by Islamic banks and lack of security. The results of this study are expected to contribute to Islamic banks in Indonesia in formulating their marketing strategies to attract public attention to saving at Islamic banks so as to increase the market share of Islamic banks in the future.

Abstract

Digital economic transformation is one of the agendas in the 2025-2045 National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN) or what is known as Golden Indonesia 2045. In an effort to realize a Golden Indonesia 2045, Indonesia must create smart leadership by implementing Islam, Indonesianism, and Modernity as planned by Nurcholish Madjid. The aim of this research is to explain and analyze the digital economic transformation in smart leadership to realize Golden Indonesia 2045 in Nurcholish Madjid's thinking. The research method used is a qualitative method with an analytical-descriptive research type. The results of this research are that the digital economic transformation carried out by Indonesia is a form of modernization, not a form of Westernization, but rather an openness in applying positive values for world progress in accordance with Nurcholish Madjid's thoughts. Islam, Indonesianness, and Modernity proclaimed by Nurcholish Madjid is proof that the digital economic transformation is a form of rationalization regarding Islamic principles and teachings that are open to reason and science. This is in accordance with smart leadership which includes social leaders, digital leaders, freshmen leaders, and technological leaders, that Nurcholish Madjid is open to the values of universality and knowledge. In digital economic transformation too, Nurcholish Madjid said that the Muslim Society must be optimistic and open to becoming a Modern Moslem Society to realize a Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

It cannot be denied that the economy must develop in accordance with the rapid development of the times. One of them is in the financial sector, where Islamic financial institutions are considered important and capable of overcoming the current economic crisis. The sharia banking industry in Indonesia continues to grow, one of the factors being the majority of Muslims. This situation convinced the Indonesian people of the importance of sharia in the economy and then established financial institutions to open banks with the aim of being able to provide the best to the community. In recent years, the banking industry has witnessed significant growth in demand for Islamic financial products. Of the many banking institutions that issue financial products including Hajj savings products, Bank Sumut Syariah is one of the sharia banking institutions that issues various financial products in accordance with sharia principles, one of the financial products developed by Bank Sumut Syariah is Savings Hajj. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of this research, Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Simpang Kayu Besar used geographic, demographic and behavioral segmentation. The target market applied uses Differentiated marketing with a relationship marketing approach. Furthermore, the positioning applied at Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Syariah is by placing the product in a way that builds a positive image, builds customer trust and emphasizes the superiority of the Smart Ib Makbul Savings product.
