Abstract

This paper conducts qualitative research on literature related to describing a form of ethics, rights and obligations of on-line transportation business (GoJek) seen from the perspective of sharia sharing economy business in Indonesia. GoJek, an on-line technology-based transportation service company that uses human and motorcycle modes of transportation, in its business scope has a role that has a major influence on the economy in Indonesia today. GoJek is an economic actor that has a function as a producer that produces services for an information technology-based transportation mode that applies an on-line model in its services. Meanwhile, the government through the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) is an economic actor that functions as a regulator in terms of authorization related to policies that regulate the overall operational scope of all modes of transportation in Indonesia. The rapid development of information technology has changed the shape of the economic system from the conventional one to the form of a sharing economy system. This change also touches on the existence of GoJek's business as an economic actor that functions as a producer, as well as the Ministry of Transportation as a representative of the government which is an economic actor and functions as a regulator of transportation modes in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in the business and economic world, the Islamic economic system is increasingly being sought and applied throughout the world, this can also affect the business conditions of GoJek, including the Ministry of Transportation in responding to its role related to the perspective of the sharia sharing economy. This study finds that there is a form of ethics, rights and obligations of on-line transportation business actors (GoJek) and the role of the government as an economic actor in the perspective of sharing economy sharia.

Abstract

This study is a measurement of microeconomic variables using non performing financing (NPF) and operating costs (BOPO) and macroeconomic variables using inflation and exchange rates on performance using the profitability ratio (ROA) at Islamic commercial banks during the covid-19 period. This study is a quantitative design study with the object of research being Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling with a total of 3 Islamic Commercial Banks. IBM Statistical SPSS version 23 program is the analytical method used in this study. The results of this study conclude that microeconomic variables that use NPF and BOPO affect the performance of Islamic Commercial Banks during the covid 19 pandemic. Meanwhile, macroeconomic variables with inflation and exchange rates have different results, where inflation has an effect on performance, but the exchange rate has no effect on the performance of Islamic Commercial Banks during the covid 19 pandemic. This study focuses on measurement using the financial ratio method. This research also makes a new contribution to the phenomenon of Islamic commercial banks during the covid 19 pandemic. This research can also be input and an overview of strategies that can be taken by related parties so that they can improve positive performance, especially in dealing with extraordinary conditions such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research discusses TikTok Shop marketing practices in terms of Islamic business ethics. Business ethics is the foundation of today's business because buyers and sellers do not meet face to face. The foundation of Islamic business ethics is applied in the TikTok Shop marketing strategy, emphasizing the principles of honesty, responsibility, no fraud, keeping promises, and generous service. The implication is that mutual trust is built between buyers, sellers and the TikTok online shop. This research method uses a qualitative method using a literature review study approach. Data sources come from scientific journals that are relevant to the research topic, accessed through various academic database sources (Google Scholar, Publish or Perish, Open Knowledge Maps, Moraref), official journal websites, and institutional repositories. In the results of his research, TikTok Shop marketing can make a positive contribution in safeguarding assets by providing a trading platform that is transparent, fair and in accordance with Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Jarinabi Mart Islamic Boarding School Cooperative (Kopontren) in improving the economy of the Jarinabi Rano Islamic Boarding School. Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that also have the potential to develop the economy in their environment. The Jarinabi Mart Islamic Boarding School Cooperative was established as an effort to strengthen the economy of Islamic boarding schools and empower students and the surrounding community. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Respondents in this study were the management of the Jarinabi Mart Islamic Boarding School Cooperative, Islamic boarding school managers, and students. The results showed that the Jarinabi Mart Islamic Boarding School Cooperative had a significant role in improving the economy of the Jarinabi Rano Islamic Boarding School. This cooperative provides various consumption products to its members, including students and the surrounding community. Abstract

Halal tourism is believed to be one of the factors that influence the satisfaction of Muslim tourists, but the satisfaction of Muslim tourists also depends on the level of religiosity they have. The high or low level of religiosity of a tourist will also have an impact on behavioral intentions towards loyalty related to customer satisfaction. studies on the impact of religiosity are still very limited, therefore religiosity is used as a moderating variable to find answers to the influence of halal tourism on Muslim tourist satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach that aims to determine the relationship between variables, the analysis tool uses SEM analysis with the AMOS application. Based on Hypothesis Test Halal tourism has a positive and significant impact on tourist satisfaction. This can be seen from the CR value of 6.276> 1.96 and P value 1.96 with a P value of 0.004

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Religiusitas, Pengalaman kerja, dan Penguasaan Teknologi Informasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaen Pasaman Provinisi Sumatera Barat. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi dimana selama dua tahun berturut Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah dan Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pasaman memiliki nilai kinerja yang rendah sehingga berdampak terhadap dua intansi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 98 sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Nonprobability Sampling Jenuh yang memiliki kriteria Seluruh ASN di Badan Penaggulangan Bencana Daerah dan Dinas Perhubungan. Pengujian instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas dan analisis regresi linier berganda yang terdiri dari uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F) dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Religiusitas berpengaruh signifikansi 0,0140,050; (3) Penguasaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh signifikansi 0,001

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach to answer the strategies used in empowering disadvantaged rural communities, strategies used to manage tourism productive alms-based and strategies for empowering disadvantaged rural communities through alms-based tourism from the maqāṣid al-sharī'ah perspective. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategies implemented in empowering disadvantaged rural communities in Sambik Bangkol village are by motivating, discution, providing training, providing business capital and finally business assistance. The strategies carried out in the management of productive alms-based tourism are strengthening local movements, collaborating with BAZNAS and the tourism office, procuring study visits to tourist villages, and fostering human resources.While empowering disadvantaged rural communities through productive alms-based tourism, the maqāṣid al-sharī'ah perspective is able to fulfill the four aspects contained in maqāṣid al-sharī'ah, including maintaining religion (ḥifẓ addīn) by maintaining fardhu prayers, paying ZIS and also holding tahlil filled with Maqashid Syariah

Abstract

This study aims to review the problematic existence and resolution of Islamic venture capital companies in Indonesia. Nowadays, along with the rapid development of the Islamic financial industry, venture capital companies are also developing with the existence of Islamic venture capital companies that apply sharia principles. Islamic venture capital companies have a market share of Muslim entrepreneurs who want to do financing in accordance with Islamic provisions. However, in practice, the Islamic venture capital industry still encounters several obstacles that require new resolutions to overcome them. This study is a literature survey. This research identifies several issues plaguing the venture capital sector. The success of the venture capital sector is still highly reliant on external factors; the Islamic venture capital sector, for example, has a business model that frequently incorporates the notion of profit sharing. The Islamic venture capital sector is risky because of poor literacy and few human resources. So that the resolutions that can be done include: Support for literacy, support for long-term access and support for establishing a deposit insurance agency (LPS).

Abstract

According to Yusuf Qardhawi, the concept of wages is that wages are determined based on an agreement between both parties. The wages given must be commensurate with the work and the workers' needs so that they can live a decent life in society. The aim of this research is to identify the relevance of the wage concept offered by Yusuf Qardhawi to the implementation of wages for Jasku Pamekasan online motorcycle taxi drivers. This research uses qualitative research, where the data is obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The data obtained is used as material that is relevant to Yusuf Qhardawi's thinking. The results of this research explain that Jasku owners apply the concept of wages from Yusuf Qardhawi's perspective, namely the concept of fair and honest wages. Jasku's wage system uses a profit sharing system. The owner of Jasku announces the wage system in advance before work begins. The more diligent and active they are in their work, the more wages they will get.

Abstract

Scholars have different opinions regarding MLM business schemes, some forbid and some for conditional permissibility. As for the juhur of contemporary scholars, many of them forbid it. However, the DSN-MUI through Fatwa Number 75 of 2009 allows MLM business schemes on condition that the implementation of a contract is in accordance with sharia principles. Therefore, this study will analyze the implementation of the contract in the MLM business scheme. This research includes sharia economic law research using a descriptive method of literature with a normative juridical approach using secondary data in the form of DSN-MUI Fatwas. This type of research is qualitative research with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study reveal that based on the substance of the DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 75 of 2009, MLM business schemes can use several contracts, namely murabaha, wakalah bi al-ujrah, ju'alah, ijarah and other contracts determined by DSN-MUI according to sharia principles, one of them is the Samsarah contract. However, the contract that is widely used in MLM business schemes is the ju'alah contract. Meanwhile, if you look at the MLM business scheme, which contains elements of intermediary services, services for selling products and recruiting new members which are part of the achievements that must be completed, then the appropriate contract is a hybrid contract between a samsarah contract and a ju'alah contract.
