Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola dan implementasi pendistribusian dana ZISWAF dalam rangka pemulihan daerah pasca bencana erupsi gunung semeru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi serta melakukan uji validitas melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Analisa datanya melalui tiga tahap: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pelaksanaan program yang berjalan dengan baik di BAZNAS Lumajang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil yang telah dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat setelah pelaksanaan program, mulai dari tahap awal penanggulangan sampai dengan pemulihan. Disamping itu, terjalinnya kerjasama dan sinergi antara pemerintah daerah, DPRD dan Baznas dalam upaya pemulihan pasca bencana tersebut. Sehingga Program-program yang dilaksanakan bisa saling mengisi, terintegrasi dan berdampak luas kepada masyarakat

Abstract

This study aims to be mode orderly in administration, orderly in securing fixed assets, to get to the best opinion with no records of audit findings from external parties, namely the BPK. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach that occurred at ex-BPPT institutions in 2019 and 2020. This qualitative research methods uses primary data obtained from interviews, observation, documentation and secondary data obtained from documents. The results of the research are the findings from the BPK regarding the management of fixed assets in the ex-BPPT institutions had not been effective due to limited Human Resources in managing fixed assets or State Property. Implementation support with a commitment from the top leadership of the Head of BRIN as outlined in the form of policies and implementation guidelines. Lack of officers managing state property, lack of coordination internally and externally, training and outreach need to be increased, policy outreach, system improvements and the absence of standard operating procedures (SOP), and if necessary rewards for officers managing assets or state property.

Abstract

The abstract is written in English. It should contain the primary issues of study, the Understanding the elements influencing employee performance is critical since it can determine organizational success. In other words, whether or not employees perform well will significantly impact the organization's future production and profitability. This study aims to see how internal marketing affects Job satisfaction by using employee engagement as a moderating variable. Employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Ternate are the research subjects. This study is quantitative. Validity and reliability tests should be performed on the research instrument. Descriptive statistical analysis, SEM (Structural Equation Model), and PLS (Partial et al.) analysis were used to analyze the data. According to the study's findings, internal marketing has no positive or substantial effect on job satisfaction. Internal marketing has a significant and beneficial impact on employee engagement. Employee involvement has a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. Employee engagement serves as a bridge between internal marketing and Job satisfaction.

Abstract

Unemployment, economic growth, and the Human Development Index are indicators of the region's economic strength, including poverty rates in South Sulawesi. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of unemployment rate on poverty rate, the impact of economic growth on poverty rate, and the impact of the Human Development Index (HDI) on poverty rate. The study uses panel data for the period 2018-2022 and uses a quantitative approach processed using reviews. The results of this study show that unemployment rate has no significant impact on poverty rate and economic growth has no significant impact on poverty, but Human Development Index (HDI) has significant impact on poverty in South Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the characteristics of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), analyze the form of bumdes management, and analyze the strategy of strengthening Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Bone Regency.The analysis unit is a Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) with research objects of Bumdes Management, Village Government, and Village Escorts.This research is qualitative research with descriptive research type. Data is collected with interviews and observations.The data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Qualitative descriptive technique is qualitative data processing that has been obtained through simple depiction of facts/characteristics.The results of the study that village owned enterprises in Bone District have not found a character that suits local conditions.In running a business still tends to imitate what others have done.BumDes governance has not implemented the principle that should be a handle in conducting activities.The manager still does not have good human resources to innovate, so BUMDes cederung does not experience significant development.bumdes strengthening must be done with a good management approach, improving human resources, strengthening institutions, creating products based on local potential, as well as creating connectivity / business networks.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between innovation and social media in influencing the performance of halal food SMEs in North Bekasi City. This study uses a quantitative approach that is examined on halal food entrepreneurs in the city of North Bekasi. This study uses the SmartPls data analysis tool with a minimum sample of 100 halal food SMEs in the city of North Bekasi, but in practice from the questionnaires distributed as many as 145 questionnaires were received and only 115 questionnaires could be used in the study. The results of this study found that innovation had no effect on performance while social media had an effect on the performance of halal food SMEs in North Bekasi. This research focuses on the role of innovation and social media in influencing performance. The focus of research on halal food MSMEs is expected to be a new sector that is studied in many types of MSMEs. The city of North Bekasi with a large number of MSMEs and a scattered Muslim population makes the results of this study more useful for the wider community.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze business practices in terms of Islamic business ethics (Study at PT. Bandung Eco Sinergy Teknologi). This research uses non-statistical qualitative descriptive research methods. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The data obtained is then analyzed qualitatively, selecting what is important and what will be studied, describing it into words and sentences, then reducing the data, presenting the data and finally drawing conclusions. Based on the research methods and materials collected from this study, it was concluded that Business Practice Analysis, as carried out at PT. Bandung Eco Synergy Technology is viewed from Islamic Business Ethics, namely using a sharia-level direct sales system or PLBS. This is permitted, but on condition that it does not contain elements of pyramid schemes, fund raising, gharar, usury and maysir. And there are several types of contracts including sale and purchase contracts, wakalah contracts, and ju'âlah contracts which are not mutually binding. Next, related to the Analysis of PT Business Practices. Bandung Eco Sinergi Teknologi explains that the "Business Practices" criteria are reviewed with Islamic Business Ethics.

Abstract

Public interest in saving is the most basic thing for banks because it can help grow the success of banks, while customer knowledge about savings products will be a factor that influences customer interest in saving. The lack of socialization to the public or customers in introducing Islamic bank products, especially savings products, causes the public or customers to understand less about existing savings products. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of product knowledge on interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Central Lampung Cash Office in 2022. This type of research is a descriptive research type and uses a quantitative approach method with the population, namely customers who save at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Central Lampung Cash Office. This research is a study that uses descriptive research and quantitative approach methods with the population, namely customers who save at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Cash Office, Central Lampung. The sampling technique used Probability Sampling technique with Simple Random Sampling method with Slovin formula as many as 99 customers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires (questionnaires), observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of knowledge of each type of savings product has a positive effect on interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Cash Office, Central Lampung. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat sekelompok Masyarakat dalam berwakaf uang. dengan menggunakan variable religiusitas dan sikap altruistik, yang mana altruisme merupakan perasaan ingin mensejahterakan orang lain sehingga kepentingan pribadi terkadang tidak selalu penting. Perasaan orang yang selalu ingin membantu sesama harus dilihat dan dijadikan salah satu alat pemasaran di masa depan. Pendapatan menjadi moderasi religiusitas dan sikap altruistic seseorang berminat untuk wakaf uang. penelitian ini menggunakan model Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), dengan populasi seluruh Masyarakat muslim dan yang sudah memiliki kartu tanda penduduk (KTP) yang berada di kabupaten Sleman dengan jumlah sampelnya adalah 186 orang. Temuan utama penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi adanya pengaruh positif religiusitas dan altruistic terhadap minatberwakaf uang. Namun tingkat pendapatan seseorang mempengaruhi minat berwakaf uang meskipun seseorang tersebut memiliki sikap altruisme dan tingkat religiusitas. Dalam hal ini, pendapatan bukan menjadi penentu dan factor uatama seseorang melakuakn wakaf uang. Untuk itu potensi wakaf uang yang besar bukan hanya tertuju pada seseorang yang memiliki otingkat pendapatan yang tinggi, mungkin akan sebaliknya tergantuk religiusitas dan sikap altruistic dari masing-masing individu.

Abstract

In this case it refers to the village government in an effort to implement SAP by investing in government performance. The investment made greatly influences the image of the community's environmental assessment of the performance of the village government, which then becomes a benchmark for considering the achievement of this leadership. This study aims to find out how the implementation is carried out by the Ulumahuam Village Government, because there are some uniqueness or differences that occur in the Village Government in general where the hypothesis includes the level of concern, wisdom, creativity and innovation possessed by the Ulumahuam Village Government. This research methodology is quantitative with a qualitative descriptive approach, where the focus of this research is to explore the specific problems of research subjects from all aspects of personality related to the object of research, this research is also often called casuistic research. The results showed that the significance value (0.817) > 0.05 means that there is no effect of the application of government accounting standards by investment on government performance or in other words it can be concluded that the application of SAP through investment is not in accordance with government performance.
