Indonesia is one of the developing countries in the world which has quite high cases of poverty, namely 9.36% of the total population of Indonesia. Poverty in the Islamic framework is seen as a lack of access to fulfilling primary needs, for example food and shelter. Therefore, massive efforts are needed to overcome the problem of poverty. Islam has the main goal of achieving the welfare of humanity, which is assisted by state financial policies in accordance with Islamic principles. Islamic state financial policy to overcome poverty is one of them through the instrument of zakat. The zakat management system during the time of Caliph Umar bin Khattab experienced rapid development, this was demonstrated by the formation of the Baitul Mal institution which specifically handled state finances with the main aim of improving the welfare of Muslims. This research uses descriptive qualitative research to examine the contextualization of zakat fiscal policy in an effort to eradicate the problem of poverty in Indonesia which refers to the public financial system, especially fiscal policy through the Baitul Maal institution during the reign of Umar bin Khattab's caliphate.

The research aims to understand further how the concept of halal tourism villages has become a new innovation in developing tourism activities in villages based on Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) in West Nusa Tenggara province. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from interviews with experts (academics) and practitioners including the Community and Village Development Service (DPMD), the Tourism Service, the UKM Cooperative Service, the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). And literature studies related to the problems faced in developing BUMDesa-based halal tourism villages in NTB. Several sub-elements of strategies for developing halal tourism villages in West Nusa Tenggara were obtained from literature studies and discussions. These strategies will be outlined in the form of a questionnaire using the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) Matrix approach following the Internal Factor Analysis (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis (EFAS) indicators. The conclusion of this research is that the development of BUMDes-based Sharia Tourism Villages in NTB offers great potential for economic growth, cultural preservation and environmental sustainability. By actively involving the community in the entire development process, prioritizing environmental sustainability, and maintaining the authenticity of local culture and identity, Sharia Tourism Villages can create a positive impact on local communities, tourists and the surrounding environment.

Global technological developments make business competition increasingly competitive. The emergence of competitors in the same industry poses a threat to companies running their business. Ease of access to banking facilities makes it easy for consumers to differentiate the quality of bank services from other banks. For this reason, Islamic banking is competing fiercely to improve the quality of its services so that customer loyalty can be achieved. Facts have been found that customer loyalty can increase competitiveness. The role of customer loyalty is very crucial for companies, many experts examine the important contribution of customer loyalty to companies. The aim of this research is to find out whether service quality (Reliability, Guarantee, Physical Evidence, Empathy and Responsiveness) influences loyalty in Sharia Banks in the Surakarta Residency area. The research method uses quantitative primary data, multiple linear regression analysis approach and the SPSS program. From the test results, the number of respondents for this study was 75 respondents. These findings show that Reliability, Guarantee and physical evidence do not have a significant effect on Loyalty, while Empathy and Responsiveness have a significant effect on Loyalty in the former Surakarta Residency area.

This study aims to critically examine the concept of Homo Economicus which is postulated in conventional economics disciplines, in the light of the Islamic Psycho-economic perspective based on the Attasian paradigm. The research used qualitative library research descriptively with a content analysis approach. The primary data sources are the works of Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas whose contents are relevant to the object of study. The results of this study indicate that Homo Economicus is an economic agent that rises from the ideas and experiences of Western civilization and has the personality of al-nafs al-ammarah. Rationality and rational choices are based on self-interest, encapsulated in the paradigm of atomistic individualism and egoistic utilitarianism. The social ethos adopted by Homo Economicus is based on material values that bear consumerism lifestyle and antagonism among other human beings. In contrast, Islam postulates an economic agent as a religious personality who has reached the level of al-nafs al-muthmainnah, has moral and social sensitivity, and aims at the common good of every economic activity.

Financial technology emerged as a result of the rapid development of the internet and information technology, which is increasingly sensitizing the public, often known as Financial Technology. Collaboration between FinTech and banking institutions will provide benefits for both parties. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of banking and FinTech cooperation, especially with regard to blockchain technology. This study uses a quantitative approach with comparative analysis to evaluate the variation in profitability levels determined by the Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), and Net Profit Margin (NIM) ratios between before and after implementing blockchain technology at Al Hilal Bank for the period 2012 to 2023. The paired sample t-test was used to assess the data, and the results showed that there was no significant difference between ROA, ROE, and NPM after using blockchain technology. The implications of this study indicate that banks still need to make improvements and adjustments in order to remain optimally profitable while keeping up with technological developments.

The development of cooperatives in Indonesia is now on the rise but the increase is not followed by the number of members participating. While micro-Sharia financial institutions such as BMT or baitul mal and baitul tamwil are present as a sharia-based financial institution whose purpose is to help the problems of small communities. The development of the amount of performance can be measured through the performance of the enterprise through the level of customer satisfaction. The purpose of this investigation is to know the quality of the products and services of BMT Bangun Rakyat Sejahtera Yogyakarta against customer satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative research method with the analytical technique used is SPSS. This research obtains results that the quality of products and services affects customer satisfaction. This is in line with the TMQ or Total Quality Management theory on the focus of customer satisfaction by optimizing competitiveness through the quality of products and services will have an impact on business performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Sharia Financial Literacy, Income and Religiosity on in Interest saving in Islamic banks Currently there are many Islamic banks in Indonesia but most customers are more inclined to save some of their money in conventional banks than in Islamic banks which in transactions in Islamic banks are profit sharing unlike in conventional banks, namely usury which is prohibited in Islam. in this study researchers used 60 samples from 134 population. In testing researchers using SPSS 27 software tools with reliability, validity, multiple linear regression and classical assumption tests, with the results obtained, namely X1 (Islamic Financial Literacy) has a significance value of 0.030 0.05, which means that income has no significant effect on saving interest and Variable X3 (Religiousness) has a significance value of 0.000

This research aims to elaborate on the extent of the application of the riba theory in the legislation in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative study using an analytical descriptive method towards data sources in the form of books and articles related to the discussed title. This research concludes that the riba theory in sharia is not fully implemented into the legislative system in Indonesia, this is because Indonesia chooses to adopt two economic systems to run together, moreover from the two forms of riba that are prohibited, only one form of riba that is the government’s concern, namely debt riba, while barter riba does not have a position except only in fatwa and financial institution products.

This research aims to analyze buying and selling practices via Facebook Marketplace in Surabaya from a Maqashid Syariah perspective. Maqashid Syariah are sharia goals designed to achieve benefit and prevent harm for humanity, with a focus on five main aspects: protecting religion (Hifz al-Din), protecting the soul (Hifz al-Nafs), protecting reason (Hifz al- 'Aql), guarding offspring (Hifz al-Nasl), and guarding wealth (Hifz al-Mal). The research used is field research using qualitative methods. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use documentation and interviews. The data analysis used is inductive analysis, namely a data analysis method that presents specific empirical facts which are then drawn into a general explanation. The results of the research show that although the majority of products sold on Facebook Marketplace meet halal criteria and comply with sharia principles. , there are still challenges regarding user security from fraud, accuracy of product information, and secure payment mechanisms

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjawab pertanyaan tentang apakah variabel gaya hidup, religiusitas, dan teman sebaya memberikan pengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menekankan pada pengujian teori melalui pengukuran variabel penelitian dan hasil penelitian ini yaitu gambaran mengenai hubungan sebab-akibat. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui data primer dengan kuesioner dan didukung data sekunder wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya hidup, religiusitas, dan teman sebaya secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05. Adapun variabel gaya hidup memberikan pengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa nilai signifikansi 0.037 < 0.05. Variabel religiusitas memberikan pengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05. Variabel teman sebaya memberikan pengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, yang mana perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa dipengaruhi variabel gaya hidup, religiusitas dan teman sebaya. Peneliti memberikan saran dalam melakukan kegiatan konsumsi hendaknya kita memperhatikan faktor-faktor perilaku konsumsi sehingga kita dapat melakukan konsumsi sesuai kebutuhan tidak berlebihan dan rasional.
