Abstract

Muslims believe that the whole movement of his life step should be within the framework of the religious syari’ah. There can be no speech, movement, and even empty thinking from the rule of Islamic law or fiqh. In the midst of dynamic human life movements, of course, fiqih as a living truth rail should not be believed to be absolute. From this perspective, there is often an ambiguity of the status of fiqh in the midst of Muslims. On the one hand fiqh as shari'ah law is recognized as a universal and eternal divine message. On the other hand, fiqh is the product of intellectual work of Mujtahid. The formulation of jurisprudence is bound by methodology, scope and time, so fiqh should not be considered rigid and sustainable in the ages. In the end, two opposing currents emerge in Islamic legal thought. The first stream was pioneered by a traditionalist thinker group that holds a conservative legal footing. While the second stream pioneered Muslim thinkers who are educated in Europe and have a liberal style. The differences between the two groups stem from how to understand the Qur'anic texts as the primary reference of Islamic law. It was at this moment that a Muslim thinker named Fazlur Rahman with his neomodernism emerged. He tried to find the intersection between the two poles of thought through his monumental theory, double movement.

Abstract

Education has role to provide human resources to have high intelctual, spiritual, and having good morals. However, the education has not succeeded as general. There many youths and tenagers misbehave such as interfere general tranquility such as: drunkenness, irregular racing, and adultery. This shows how weak their spiritual and morals. In othersides, non formal education, such as tasawuf is able to create human to be faith and have good morals. The kinds of tasawuf education are Syari’ah, Thariqah, Haqiqah and Ma’rifat.meanwhile tasawuf material is practicing wirid, praying and fasting, which aims to integrate body and soul, feeling the meaning of cleanliness heart and the whole character and then achieving the ma'rifat. In tasawuf education, the murshid or teacher teaching, guiding, and training his disciples in order to achieve the intended purpose, namely purification of soul (tazkiyah al-nafs), cleansing of heart (tasfiyah al-qalb) and self-approach to Allah (taqarrub to Allah). The tasawuf education methods which are not found in general education are Muhasabah, Talqin, Mujahadah, and Khalwat. Therefore, tasawuf education causes human spiritual characteristic, such as the ability to transcend, sanctify daily experience, and use spiritual potentials to solve problems, ability to be seen in various virtues, and cultivate good morals towards Allah, himself, fellow, environment and nation.

Abstract

The purpose of the study were: 1) To clarify the application of a contextual approach to the problem based on the subjects of Mathematics Unit of time, the unit of length and unit weight class IV-A State Elementary School Tunggangri Kalidawir Tulungagung. 2) To describe the improvement of student achievement through the implementation of a contextual approach to the problem based on the subjects of math class IV-A State Elementary School Tunggangri Kalidawir Tulungagung. Research results show that the application of problem-based contextual approach can improve learning achievement in Mathematics. This is evidenced by an increase in student achievement from the first cycle to the second cycle is the average value of learning outcomes at the end of the first cycle test was 68.79 (68.97%) were located on the criteria quite well, whereas at the end of the test cycle II was 81.93 (86.21%) and is at a good criteria. This shows an increase of 13.14. From these data it appears that the application of problem-based approach to improve the performance of contextual learning materials Mathematics units of time, length and weight class IV-A in the State Government Elementary School Tunggangri Kalidawir Tulungagung Academic Year 2013/2014.

Abstract

Research Problem is How existensi library in the improving interest reading of the studen about education religion of Islam in SLTPN 2 Plosoklaten? The purpose of research: (1)To know clearly how existensi library in SLTPN 2 Plosoklaten. (2) To know what the effortdone the library into inproving Interest Reading of The Student About Education Religion Of Islam in SLTPN 2 Plosoklaten Kediri. (3) To know what the factor which to supporting and the adding library into Improving Interest Reading of The Student About Education Religion Of Islam in SLTPN 2 Plosoklaten. The procedure of research: The method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative approach. The collecting of data use observation, interviews and documentation. The source of from words and actions of the respondents. The analyst data using technik deductive. Output of this research : (1) Existensi the library of SLTPN 2 Plosoklaten, this mouth the library silent the visitor, because lak of the staff of library, the books collection is not complete, and the doceration of room is not interesting. The increase of interest reading until 15 % from year a go to now. (2) The efforts of library into inproving Interest Reading of The Student About Education Religion Of Islam in SLTPN 2 Plosoklaten on the big line are giving the best service to the visitor, to adding the books collection every year, to introduct that there library, to arranging the room to more interest.(3)the factor is supporting into inproving Interest Reading of The Student About Education Religion Of Islam in SLTPN 2 Plosoklaten are there is exixtence of fund to add the books collection althaought limited, there cooperation from teacher and headmaster, while the factor of resisitor are limited of fund owner, awareness to read is minim, influence the friendship is hight. The implication of this research that the library every support ang to help into inproving Interest Reading of The Student About Education Religion Of Islam in SLTPN 2 Plosoklaten Kediri.

Abstract

Conflict is something that can’t be avoided in life. So it is with organizational life. Conflict management including a process-oriented approach that leads to a form of communication. Conflict management is not only a theory but also needs to be applied and applied maximally so it becomes functional. There are three conflict management strategies that are 1) losing-losing conflict management strategies, 2) win-lose conflict management strategies, and 3) win-win conflict management strategies.

Abstract

Islamic education has a major contribution in fortifying students' morale in everyday life. Education simply means the process of changing the attitude and behavior of a person or group in an effort to mature human beings through the efforts of teaching and training. Therefore, the success of an education implementation will be largely determined by the learning. For that, learning PAI Affective domain is very utgen in shaping Islamic ethics, researchers focus on students in SMA Negeri 8 Kediri. The research method used qualitative approach with descriptive research type and case study. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 8 Kediri. The data source is people, place, and paper. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study revealed that: 1) Efforts of teachers in improving Islamic ethics in SMA Negeri 8 Kediri, namely: religious habituation. application of Islamic uniform. creates a religious atmosphere. advice or motivation and punishment. approach and good communication to students. Islamic education teachers should be good role models for students. build good relationships with parents. 2) Factors that support, namely, awareness and willingness of students. The sense of responsibility of teachers of Islamic religious education in schools. A conducive school environment. Interactions of students in everyday life. Supportive infrastructure. The inhibiting factors include, the background of the less supportive students, the community environment (Student Association). The lack of a sense of solidarity between religious teachers and teachers in the field of public studies and the increasingly sophisticated influence of technology.

Abstract

Targhib wa Tarhib is a term in Al-Qur'an which means favors and threats. It aims to stimulate people to always do good. If associated with learning, Targhib wa Tarhib means reward and punishment. These two methods are very effective, given to the students with certain conditions. Prizes are awarded to outstanding students but the prizes are not excessive. Meanwhile, punishment is given to the students aimed to give a deterrent effect in order not to repeat the same mistakes. Punishment is not allowed to be violent but must be educational. Therefore, the Messenger of Allah gave an example by giving a rebuke directly. This article describes the effectiveness of targhib (reward) and tarhib (punishment) methods in learning according to the Qur'an. In this study, the author uses library research that is collecting materials by reading books, field, magazines and others in the form of literature. The research applied descriptive qualitative research method. The interpretation approach of mawdluu'i is the interpretation based on the theme by collecting verses which have a common direction

Abstract

A new wave in the terrorist movement in the modern era is marked by so incessant by Cyberterorisme. The Power of terrorism shifted to cyberspace to influence, recruit, plan, build communication even launched a campaign of cyberspace. This article seeks to analyze how the actual cyber-terrorism has a tremendous impact on the existence and the diversion of resources to the movements of radical groups in Indonesia. Given the power of the radical movement that led to the terror today has disintegrated and is no longer intact as a massive organized movement, then the virtual world be a promising alternative for building strength back.

Abstract

'Urf is one of the methods of ijtihad to establish a law of problems which does not contain its provisions in the Qur'an or hadith. The legal construct built by the 'urf is considering the local aspect of wisdom, since the neglect of the 'urf tends to ignore the welfare of society that is the object of the law itself. The benchmark of Islamic jurisprudence in Indonesia uses legal formulation in the Compilation of Islamic Law as its reference. In other words, Compilation of Islamic Law is the legal jurisprudence of Indonesia. This paper examines how the role of 'urf in the formulation of the articles of Compilation of Islamic Law and how the contribution of 'urf in the development of Islamic law in Indonesia. This study is a literature research with normative juridical approach, ie reviewing the articles of Compilation of Islamic Law as data analyzed. The analysis uses the us} u @ l al-fiqh theory of 'urf, to know the extent of the role of' urf in those chapters. The results of the study found that 'urf became one of the foundations of the formulation of the articles of Compilation of Islamic Law. Of the 229 Articles of Compilation of Islamic Law, there are 33 articles that accommodate Indonesian customs. The articles govern marriage, property, bilateral inheritance, peace agreements in inheritance, inheritance, collective inheritance, joint property inheritance, and wills . In addition to the formulation of those articles, the Compilation of Islamic Law requires judges to always explore the principles of the living law in society through the provisions of the closing in Article 229.

Abstract

In education, student misbehavior is a phenomenon that is always interesting to discuss. Hence the need for directional guidance for students as the next generation, so that they can meet the expectations of the aspired. Islamic Education teacher was instrumental to overcome various problems of juvenile delinquency that occurred in students, so that the young generation in the future better and not easily fall into actions that harm himself. The study, the researchers did was kind of qualitative descriptive study. This approach in the implementation of the research do occur naturally, it is, in normal situations that are not manipulated circumstances and conditions, emphasizing on description naturally. Besides, the authors collected data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The stages of research include: orientation, data collection phase (field), the data collection phase. Data analysis includes qualitative descriptive analysis technique, so that the results of this research produces more data written or oral from people's behavior and observed.
