Abstract

Akidah Akhlak is one aspect of the scope of Islamic religious education (PAI) is very important for the life of nation, state, and religion, because Akidah Akhlak is a basic lesson that must be learned by learners, to know that behavior is very influential for his life, especially on learning manners mingle with relatives and friends. In learning morals associate with siblings and friends learners have difficulty to master the lesson, because the monotonous learning process using lecture method resulted in the concentration of learners decreased. So it takes a method that can trigger the spirit of students to be able to achieve learning objectives, and can achieve maximum learning achievement. While the purpose of this study is to find out how the application of role playing methods in improving learning achievement on learning adab hanging out with relatives and friends class VIII A Junior High school of Islamic Manba'ul Ulum Jatirejo Damarwulan Kepung Kediri.

Abstract

Ilmu, filsafat dan agama mempunyai hubungan yang terkait dan reflektif dengan manusia. Dikatakan terkait karena ketiganya tidak dapat bergerak dan berkembang apabila tidak adaa alat dan tenaga utama manusia, tiga alat daan tenaga utama manusia itu adalah : akal fikir, rasa dan keyakinan, sehingga dengan ketiga hal tersebut manusia dapat mencapai kebahagiaan dirinya. Dalam kehidupan manusia ada tiga pendekatan untuk menghampiri dan menemukan kebenaran. Ketiga pendekatan itu adalah filsafat, ilmu, dan agama. Terdapat hubungan yang erat antara ketiga sumber kebenaran ini, walaupun masing-masing berbeda dalam metodologinya (nilai epistemology), hakikatnya (nilai ontology) dan manfaat serta kegunaannya (nilai aksiologi). Filsafat merupakan hasil dari pemikiran manusia yang radikal, tajam, dan menukik terhadap setiap persoalan. Dalam mencari kebenaran pun hanya menggunakan akal semata, sehingga kebenarannya merupakan kebenaran rasionalitas yang tentunya bersifat relatif atau nisbi. Ilmu merupakan hasil dari penelitian yang dibuktikan dengan kegiatan ilmiah melalui tahap pengujian, pembuktian, dan penyesuaian degan fakta yang terjadi. Kebenarannya diperoleh melalui pandangan manusia terhadap realita, sehingga kebenarannya bersifat empiris dan masih relative atau nisbi. Sedangkan agama merupakan kebenaran yang diperoleh melalui wahyu (agama samawi) yang bersifat intuisi serta rohani. Permasalahan akan muncul jika antara perkembangan filsafat, ilmu, dan agama terdapat kesenjangan dan ketimpangan dalam praktek kehidupan manusia. Di bawah ini penulis akan mencoba mengurai akibat yang akan terjadi bila antara filsafat, ilmu, dan agama tidak berjalan seirama dan seimbang: Kontradiksi dengan sebelumnya dan ini merupakan nilai ideal yang harus dimiliki oleh manusia. Jika ketiganya kuat, maka kondisi suatu bangsa akan mencapai puncak kesejahteraan. Dengan agama manusia bisa menjadi muttaqin dan berbudi pekerti luhur, dengan filsafat manusia akan selalu mencari pemecahan masalah-masalah dan menyediakan inovasi-inovasi, sedangkan dengan ilmu manusia jadi semakin mudah dalam menghadapi perkembangan zaman ini.

Abstract

Salah satu hal yang menjadi hambatan bagi pendidikan Islam dalam berperan aktif untuk menyumbang ilmu pengetahuan bagi masyarakat adalah karena PAI dianggap sebagai materi pelajaran yang terlalu normatif. Oleh karena itu PAI sebagai ilmu pengetahuan harus mengambil jalan sendiri agar memiliki identitas jelas, memiliki ciri khas tersendiri, dan memiliki kemandirian. Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah usaha sadar untuk menyiapkan siswa agar mampu memahami (knowing), terampil melaksanakan (doing), dan mengamalkan (being) agama Islam melalui kegiatan pendidikan. Pendidikan Islam harus memiliki corak tersendiri dan tidak dibayang-bayangi oleh pendidikan umum. Oleh karena itu PAI sebagai salah satu pilar Pendidikan perlu mengadakan pembenahan kurikulum, pembenahan yang utama dan pertama bukan pada pembenahan materi/muatan pelajaran namun pada konsep dan tujuan sebagai penyemangat generasi muda untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan umum. salah satu langkah konkrit untuk menghadapi persaingan global adalah umat Islam harus mendirikan lembaga atau badan riset (penelitian) dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan umum (pengetahuan alam dan sosial). Langkah selanjutnya adalah mengadakan penerjemahan-penerjamahan teks-teks barat yang dinilai bermanfaat bagi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Setelah itu adalah membentuk sistem pendidikan Islam yang integral baik secara konsep, kurikulum, maupun kelembagaan (lembaga saling tukar menukar ilmu pengetahuan).

Abstract

Salah satu teori menarik yang juga merupakan antitesis dari konsep kapitalis tentang uang adalah komentar dari Karl Marx yang sangat berguna tentang peran revolusioner tentang uang. Menurutnya kapitalis terlalu mudah untuk mulai memandang dunia secara berbeda dan lebih sempit, hanya dari sudut pandang “ mencari uang” ketimbang “memanfaatkan barang”. Marx mengklaim bahwa kapitalis telah kehilangan tujuan dasar dari aktifitas ekonomi berupa -menghasilkan dan mempertukarkan barang- dengan memfokuskan uang sebagai awal dan akhir aktivitas mereka. Pendapat Marx yang hampir senada dengan pendapat para ahli ekonomi Islam tersebutlah yang kemudian menarik minat peneliti untuk mengkaji lebih dalam teori sirkulasi uang model Marx. Dalam tulisan termasuk penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan deskripsi. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Konsep Sirkulasi Uang Model Karl Marx Perspektif Konsep Uang Dalam Islam”. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan konsep Karl Marx tersebut berdasarkan teori ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

Our education (as one of the important elements in educating the nation's generation must be properly managed in order to improve the morals of the nation. This is because the essence of education is actually not just teaching (transfer of knowledge), but more than that is to educate to morals. Through Islamic Education, learners are expected to have these characters This paper will try to explain how the development of character-oriented Islamic Education development with several studies, namely philosophical bases, character education theories, national character development model and Islamic religious education, Implications and application of Character education model. To optimize the implementation of character education, it must get support from all parties, especially teachers and parents who have a very important role. They are a vibrant curriculum, exemplary and passionate to educate learners must exist within teachers and parents. Therefore, the educator must be characterized before forming the character of learners, so that learners can absorb and apply for what is instilled by educators.

Abstract

In Indonesia the settlement of disputes in the business world, such as in trade, banking, mining projects, infrastructure and so on is done through a litigation process that is the process of dispute resolution between the parties conducted in court. But since the passing of Law number. 30 of 1999 on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution commonly known as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), dispute resolution can be done with non-litigation path that is the dispute resolution outside the court. In the law, it is stated that alternative settlement of disputes outside the court can be done by using methods of consultation, negotiation, mediation, conciliation, or expert judgment. Alternative types of dispute resolution can be chosen by both business people and the public at large to resolve their civil disputes. ADR arises because of the demands of the business world to resolve disputes in simple, quick, and light costs. Although ADR is not considered to be a substitute for dispute resolution mechanisms through litigation, ADR is the answer of legal practitioners who have critical views of the justice system, such as the length of a litigation process in court to achieve final binding, judicial corruption, which is open to the public, the rise of case brokers, and others. Therefore, this paper will discuss Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as a non litigation dispute option.

Abstract

Religious life in Indonesia still often experience ups and downs. Religion is sometimes still becoming the issue of igniting the conflict in the midst of social life. Despite, on the other hand, Religion teaches its people to be a good person. Basically, every individual has a responsibility to maintain harmony in the neighborhood as practiced by Muslims and Christians in Durensewu. The harmony between Islam and Christianity is beneficial that the social life is far from conflict. In establishing inter-religious relationships, there are several possible things between Muslim and Christians to cooperate and harmonize which is called possible harmony. However, in some ways, it is not possible to cooperate between Muslim-Christians, called impossible harmony.

Abstract

Religious life and language have a very close relationship that affects the lives of the people. The role of language in religious studies is very important for its adherents, so that when they read religious texts or listen to their appeals they can make them understand the content and purpose of the text. For the Muslim community the Arabic language becomes a major that they must master and understand because the original sources of Islamic teachings and sciences are Arabic, so it is very important for Muslims especially their scientists to learn, understand, and master the Arabic language. Otherwise, it is difficult for us to study Islam from its original source derived from Arabic. However, this is the most special problem in Islamic societies. As a result of unwell understanding Arabic, unfortunatelly religion becomes easy to sell, religion is easily diverted, religion brought by unscrupulous person in deviation path, religion used as media for certain purposes. Arabic verbalism has happened in Muslim society in Indonesia, they make Arabic as formality, only just a form. So there is no inner or deep value inside of it. It is necessary to reform efforts in its wrong ideology, including changing the culture of verbalism in society, to put the position of Arabic language not only to memorize but used as a tool in deepening knowledge, one of the science of religion.

Abstract

Land is important in the agricultural sector. Islamic teachings suggest that if a person has land, then he must utilize and cultivate it. The cultivation of agricultural land can be done in various ways as has been taught by Islam as well as by way of self-processed by those who have or by way of lending to others to work on. In this case, Islam has a solution of agricultural land use with a system that more shows the values ​​of justice for both parties, namely by sharing profit sharing system using muzara'ah system. This system in syariah bank can be applied as one of financing in agriculture sector. However, in reality the financing of muzara'ah in syar’i banking is still very minimal because from the point of view of the banking sector itself is less attractive to invest. Therefore, this paper will discuss about muzara'ah and its application to syar’i banking.

Abstract

The point of view in this research was the ways of teachers in upgrading student’s achievement in fikih through appropriate strategies in this era especially the question skill application as means to solve student’s problem at Mashlahiyah Islamic Junior High in Krecek. This research was intent on upgrading student’s achievement through Strategy Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) application for eight students of Mashlahiyah Islamic Junior High in Krecek. Descriptive analysis was the researching method that was used in this research. The data was obtained by observation, distributing inquiries and test. This research was done by dual action cycle. The data analysis process consisted of data collection, respondent answering analysis, setting and fixing the data, setting before data, and concluding. Based on the research was done, it can be concluded that ability and the student’s achievement in Fikih about Zakat upgraded. It was shown with the less student that didn’t get perfect grade. It was pre-cycle (13 students), first cycle (7 students), and second cycle (0 student). It showed that the Giving Question an Getting answer (GQGA) application in studying process upgraded ability and the student’s achievement therefor hypothesis was acceptable.
