Abstract

Fiqh as the frame of life of Muslims to always walk in the rails of truth in the name of religion is a product ijtihad. As a product, there must be a manhaj or methodology and a set of rules used to construct it. For some Islamic law scholars, the rules governing the process of reasoning and the formulation of fiqh (istinbath al-ahkam) are often satisfied in the standard rules of usul fiqh and qawaid fiqh. Rarely there is a deeper scrutinize from which the rules contained in usul and qawaid fiqh are derived. Yet as a rule, there are certainly the basics that serve as guidelines for the preparation. Ushul fiqih and qawaid fiqih are built on the basis named ushuliyah rules and fiqhiyyah rules. Through the literature review, this paper examines the origins of the preparation of the rules that today have been recognized as the methodology of istimbath al-ahkam. So that Muslims understand how a legal product fiqih is processed from base to end. In addition, a qualified understanding of the construction of the birth of a methodology will lead to the birth of fiqh as a more academically recognized endowed product of idealistic academics.

Abstract

This article discusses how the new wajab of Islamic education at the time of the reform order, after decades of being in the government of the old order and the new order as if the government did not give opportunities for Islamic Education to take part freely. In writing this paper using literature review approach where data and data sources obtained from several libraries. The result is that the country needs an endless reformation, not a democratic euphoria, of all the elements of society, especially through education. Because with education all will be revitalized, education reform, especially Islamic education until now seems not to get serious attention, from the government itself, but there is no term late in doing something.

Abstract

The guardian is one of the most important elements in marriage. The existence of a guardian becomes a decisive one in the case of legitimacy of his / her marriage. In the view of some people, perhaps a person's trustworthiness is considered too great, given the right of a guardian who can force his child to be married off without should seek approval from the child. With the pretext of freedom to choose their own spouse, so many people judge that the right of guardians in modern times needs to be reviewed and some even think it is unfit to apply.This short article trying to parse the view by exposing the opinions of the scholars about the right and position of the guardian in marriage.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school Sirojul Ulum as one of the Islamic educational institutions established to create peace and provide a wider insight into the horizon of thought, scholarship and experience for Muslims. This institution is a manifestation and implementation of the aspirations and hopes of Kediri Muslims to create an educational institution that is able to print leader of the people, especially the Kediri Muslims qualified. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The study design was a descriptive qualitative. The data were analyzed, using data reduction, data presentation, and data verification either inductive, deductive and comparative. The results showed that the Modern Islamic Boarding School Sirojul Ulum Pare has instilled multicultural education to the students. This is illustrated by the religious values are imparted to the students such as brotherhood (fraternity), cooperation, struggle that are all taught equality of human rights.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the improvement of the quality of education of PTKIS through academic services. Academic services can be interpreted as an effort made by universities to provide convenience to meet the needs of students related to academic activities. Academic service system consists of at least: academic system, administration system, and information system. The quality of academic services is based on the performance of faculty and administrative staff. The results of this paper show that managing an educational institution required a quality academic service system, which is able to satisfy service users (students). This research method is qualitative with the study of literature that examines theories that exist in the library, the theory is related to the improvement of the quality of College and academic services. The results of this study indicate that the academic service at STAI Hasanudddin Pare is still low under the expected service, but in general academic service standard minimum set. The results of this study are used to improve the factors that can improve the quality of education at STAI Hasanuddin Pare Kediri

Abstract

Business is a highly recommended activity in the teachings of Islam. Lately we encounter phenomena that occur in society such as behavior that deviates from religious teachings, decline in business ethics. Growing symptoms of lack of a sense of solidarity, social responsibility and the level of honesty, mutual suspicion, it is hard to believe in an entrepreneur if it is related for the first time. Less ethical things are often done in the form of cutting rival relationships. If a person has a loyal subscription, then by his opponent is rivaled by offering goods at a cheaper price, sometimes even at a loss. This will result in deadly rivals and self-defeating and totally unethical. Once the importance of trading activities, it is necessary to be studied more deeply about the activities in the trade whether it is in accordance with the guidance of the Prophet good ethics that ultimately gave birth to the work ethic of Islami. One important study in Islam is the issue of business ethics. Ethics is seen as commensurate with morality, morals, and adab (in Arabic). The work ethos is closely related to hard work, diligence, loyalty, communication, decision-making, attitude, behavior, dedication, and high discipline. While the work ethics is closely related to work ethics that pay attention to aspects of morals, ethics, justice, and integrity in creating added value organization. The relation of business ethics and work ethic is very significant because business based on good ethics will give birth to work ethic or good business behavior such as doing lawful and honest business which will be blessed by Allah.

Abstract

Building an image of a college requires marketing terms that have an important role for the survival of universities, because today there are no organizations, both business and non-business organizations that can be separated from marketing.Marketing begins with internal marketing, namely communicating to staff about things that happen in the institution, so that staff have the opportunity to give feedback ideas. If this internal customer is run properly, it will be able to boost the wider external marketing. Marketing conducted by universities is oriented to customer satisfaction in this case students, to attract the interest of college students need to pay attention to several categories of how prospective students see universities that will be their choice, including; (1) universities that are more pretisius (2) problems of place or location of campus (3) superior private universities in one part only (4) universities that do not discriminate student admissions in any department (5) universities are not only dominated by upper economic circles, but also by the lower middle class. (6) the dissemination of brochures, banners, throughout the university segment must be intensified.Building a positive image of higher education begins with improving conditions: (a) internal factors, namely curriculum factors, concentration of education, teaching staff, as well as graduate prospects, differentiation becomes an important element to place a product different from the others so that it becomes its own brand. (b) external factors such as the factor of regional autonomy, and the high cost of education, this factor influences the decline in the number of students. (c) As well as fostering cooperative relations between educational institutions and communities, the Board of Trustees, the Education Council, school committees, and educational foundations.

Abstract

The study describes the implementation of home visit to develop Islamic teaching at SDIT al-Azhar Kediri. This is qualitative research. The findings are as follows. Firstly, the implementation of home visit at SDIT al-Azhar Kediri consist of planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating. Secondly, the result of home visit at SDIT al-Azhar Kediri are to develop Islamic teaching in aspect of knowledge, religious, and attitude. Thirdly, the obstacles of the implementation of home visit can be seen from the quality of time, the location of house, and the capacity of teacher.

Abstract

This research is purpose to increase the actity andeconomy result study of grade XI IPS 1 Semester 1. Through by the method of snowball throwing learning in the economy lesson in SMA Negeri 8 academic year 2015/2016. By using the metod of snowball throwing hopefully students can reach the purpose of the activity and the economy lesson. The kind of this research is classroom action wich was conducted in two cycles. First cycle consist of twice meeting and the second cycle consist of once time meeting. Every cycle consist of four stages that is planning implementation, action, observation and reflection. The subject of research is the students of XI IPS 1 Semester 1 of SMA Negeri 8 Kediri with total number of students 22. The success indicator of this research if 76% students active in this and increase the result study in every cycles by post test and if 76% can reach minimum criteria of mastery learning (KKM) that is 76. The result study show by using snowball throwing method in XI IPS 1 semester 1, the students activities learning in eaeach indicator increase 19,17% from first cycle 60% to 79,17% in second cycle. The increase of completeness students result increase from first cycle with total number of students 11 (74%) to 16 students (84%) that can reach minimum criteria of mastery learning (KKM) in second cycle

Abstract

The teacher plays a very important role both in planning and implementing the curriculum. He is a planner, implementer and curriculum developer for his class. Even if he does not trigger himself, concepts about curriculum, the teacher is a translator of the coming curriculum. The curriculum is a set of plans in the formal education process that will deliver in achieving the desired educational goals. In connection with the development of the curriculum, the role of the teacher in its development greatly influences the learning process that will be carried out both central and decentralized, both of which require the implementation and development of the teacher's role.
