The use of Augmented Reality can increase the activities of students to blend into a natural learning environment no longer abstract. It was merging virtual objects and fundamental interactions anytime and anywhere, which can present 3D objects, which are the most important features of Augmented Reality, resulting in a learning experience different from before. The main purpose of this study is to focus on teachers' views related to material needs and the supporting factors in the acceptance of Augmented Reality, especially in science learning in elementary schools. This study took a sample of teachers in 20 public elementary schools in Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia, with a total population of 200 teachers with a sample of 30 teachers. The sample includes teachers who have years of teaching experience with different schools. One indicator of the quality of educational institutions is the use of information technology in teaching and learning activities. E-learning is fundamentally a teaching and learning activity using internet-based technology. This research aims to evaluate teaching and learning activities using e-learning. This study utilized the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model related to e-learning. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression using R Software to see how much effect context and Input had on the learning process and how much Context and Input had on the learning product. Based on the study results, knowledge and understanding of the Context component were of more significant concern since 63 (44.68%) of 141 cadets stated ‘poor’. The average score of knowledge and understanding of the Input component was 41, which was in score interval 33 – 42, included in the good category. Moreover, the average score of knowledge and understanding of the Process component was 82, which was in score interval 65 - 84, included in the good category. Importantly, knowledge and understanding of the Product component were of greater concern since 69 (48.94%) of 141 cadets showed poor results. The effect size of Context and Input components on the process was 0.5479 or 54.79%, while the remaining 45.21% was affected by other factors not examined in this study. The input component had a significantly greater effect on the Process component with a significance level of 0.001 than the Context component. Moreover, the effect size of Context and Input components on the Product was 0.3303 or 33.03%, while the remaining 66.97% was affected by other factors not examined in this study. The context component had a significantly greater effect on the Product with a significance level of 0.001 than the Input component.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of peer mentoring strategies on the professional development of teachers in elementary schools. This research uses a case study. There are 15 schools as research objects consisting of Private Elementary Schools, State Elementary Schools, and Islamic Elementary Schools. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documents, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out in two stages, namely (1) analysis of single or individual case data and (2) analysis of cross-case data. Checking the validity of the data in this study using the theory of Lincoln and Guba consists of 4 steps: credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study indicate that the peer mentoring system has had an impact on increasing competencies that are relevant to current needs. Professional development has been built with close partnerships with colleagues, building innovations in teaching and learning, and scheduled mentoring management. Professional development through the peer mentoring process has had an impact on increasing teacher competency qualifications including pedagogic, personality, social and professional which has been described in the Teacher and Lecturer Law no. 14 of 2005. Thus, the peer mentoring process has many impacts on innovation and creativity improvement. the quality of each teacher.

This study aims to investigate the management and learning achievement in vocational higher education using the block system learning model. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. The subjects consisted of 150 students, 6 lecturers for courses, and 6 structural officials, while the object of the research is learning management using the block system learning model. The data was collected using observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The steps in analyzing data are processing, reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study state that; 1) in the planning of the block system learning model, lecturer involvement is needed for curriculum design 2) the implementation of the block system learning model is prioritized to be implemented in one course; 3) the assessment system is in accordance with the provisions set out in the curriculum evaluation; 4) the institution provides flexibility in developing learning curriculum in accordance with the Indonesian Qualifications Framework and Indonesian National Work Competency Standards. The inhibiting factors with the block system learning model are the disruption of software and hardware facilities; 5) the achievement target of student competence is by what has been determined by the curriculum.
