Good or bad of a learning process is influenced by several factors, one of which is the quality of the teacher in teaching. This study aims to analyze the effect of teacher quality on the ability of teachers to vary learning. This research is a quantitative study with an experimental research approach. The sample of this study were Islamic Religious Education teachers. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. This study uses a questionnaire and observation sheet as data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the quality of teachers on the ability to vary learning with a significance level 0.005. The better the quality of the teacher, the better his ability to provide variations in teaching

The development of technology is currently very rapid, influencing almost all aspects of life. With these technological developments, millennial parents must be able to adjust how to internalize Islamic values in children in the family environment. This study aims to analyze the role of millennial parents in internalizing Islamic values for early childhood in the digital era as it is today. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative research. The informants of this study were millennial parents who had ten children aged 4-6 years. Determination of informants is done by purposive random sampling technique. The data of this study were collected by means of virtual interviews. The data obtained were then analyzed by data triangulation techniques. The results showed that the role of millennial parents in internalizing children's Islamic values in the digital era was the Maghrib Mengaji program, optimizing the youtube kids application, using Islamic storybooks, singing Islamic songs, and optimizing animation videos for learning to pray. These five roles help internalize the Islamic values of early childhood in the digital era.

This study aims to explore the effect of media Augmented reality pictorial storybook on the anxiety of elementary school students in mathematics learning. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type of research. The experimental design used was a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample of this study was 60 students of fifth grade elementary school which were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. The data were collected by using a mathematical anxiety questionnaire which was analyzed by means of a comparison technique, score trend test, and t-test. The results showed that the use of Augmented reality pictorial storybooks can reduce students' anxiety levels in mathematics learning. This can be seen from the average value of the pretest and posttest in the experimental class which showed a more significant decrease in anxiety towards mathematics learning (47.73%) than the decrease in anxiety in the control class (4.73%). The t-test results show that the significance value is 0.00 (<0.05), which means that Augmented reality pictorial storybooks have a significant effect on students' anxiety in mathematics learning.

This study aims to analyze the effectivity of interactive multimedia with the theocentric approach on the analytical thinking skills of elementary school students in science learning. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling with 67 students. The data were collected through analytical thinking skills tests given before and after science learning. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential statistics analysis by comparing the increase in the average results of the test and t-test. The research results show that the increase of the average value of students' analytical thinking skills in the experimental class is higher, which is an increase of 44.74% compared to the control class which only increases by 17.20%. The results of the t-test also show that there is a significant effect between interactive multimedia with theocentric approach on students' analytical thinking skills with a significance value of 0.00 (<0.05). Therefore, interactive multimedia with the theocentric approach is effectively used to improve the analytical thinking skills of elementary school students in science learning.

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred forced the learning process to be carried out online or online learning. This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of teachers and students who carry out the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The subjects of this research were class teachers and grade IV elementary school students. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling. Data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. The data obtained in this study were qualitative data which were analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The results showed that teachers and students got several opportunities and challenges implementing the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The opportunities for elementary school teachers and students are (1) Technology ability, (2) more accessible learning, (3) expanding learning references. Meanwhile, the challenges faced by elementary school teachers and students in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic were (1) difficulty achieving learning objectives, (2) network disruption, (3) high cost.

This study aims to discuss the learning and intruction which is an activity conducted by teachers and students. Learning is the process of changing a behavior and knowledge. Learning process becomes one system in intruction. The intruction system consists of several components that interact with each other, that is: teachers, students, learning objectives, materials, media, methods, and evaluation. The intruction can not be done well without any interaction between the learning components, then all components of learning must cooperate to make a efficient learning

The first education that every child gets is family education. Mother is the figure in the family who has the most role in providing education. Islamic values must begin to be embedded in a person since he was a child, especially for those who live in Muslim minority areas. This is because these Islamic values can be eroded by environmental influences. This study aims to analyze the role of women in maintaining the Islamic values of children in the Muslim minority area of Labuan Rasoki. This topic is important because women play a big role in maintaining the Islamic values of children in the non-Muslim majority community. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Data collection techniques are interviews and observations. The data obtained were analyzed by triangulation technique. The results showed that there were 3 roles that a mother takes in maintaining the Islamic values of their children, namely through non-formal education at Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA), informal education in the family environment; and formal education in public and private schools. Housewives are among the women who continue to fortify their children's Islamic values through educational assistance, so that Islamic values persist in their children even though they live in Muslim minority areas.
