Abstract

Intellectual capital has developed into an intriguing concept that is frequently debated by academics and professionals and has been shown to improve the performance of all types of businesses, including institutions. Through a systematic literature review, this research is expected to enable reflection on the critical role of intellectual capital management in establishing an organization's competitive advantage in higher education and the essential part of knowledge management and socialization opportunities in the development of social thinking in higher education institutions and organizations. Ten articles published in national and international journals were selected to analyze thematically as the research data. The findings report that intellectual capital management lays the groundwork for strategic planning and the commercial success of modern educational institutions. Rethinking processes and fostering knowledge formation, particularly concerning their impact on functional strategies, is critical for academic administrators to increase their competitive advantage, the strength of internal organizational structures, and the effectiveness of educational programs.

Abstract

SIM Accreditation Cloud is a media accreditation simulation facility that is used by the Study Program and BPM in implementing and monitoring the feasibility of the study program whether it is in accordance with the standards that should be in creating a quality culture. In the face of the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (PERMENDIKBUD) No. 5 of 2020 and the regulation of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BANPT) No. 1 of 2020, related to the mechanism for extending the accreditation of universities and study programs that already use the Higher Education Accreditation Instrument (IAPT 3.0) and Study Program Accreditation Instrument (IAPS 4.0), so We need a system that can help Lancang Kuning University in the preparation and implementation of accreditation assessment simulations for both universities and study programs in order to be able to adjust the implementation and preparation of the mechanism for extending the validity period of accreditation for colleges and study programs. However, the fact is that until now there has been no study program that has proposed an extension of the accreditation period using the Study Program accreditation instrument. Lancang Kuning University has 21 Study Programs consisting of 9 Faculties, in implementing an internal quality assurance system, Lancang Kuning University has a Quality Assurance Agency in charge of managing a quality culture, but in the implementation of accreditation with IAPS 4.0 this has not been effective, this is proven to be absent from the study program. who are ready to apply with IAPS 4.0, because there are still obstacles in the preparation of accreditation instruments, while the need for accreditation ratings is very much needed by study programs so that they are able to compete and realize the vision and mission of the study program.

Abstract

Badan Penjaminan Mutu of Universitas Lancang Kuning (BPM UNILAK) is an agency that is tasked with organizing an internal quality assurance system (SPMI) and an external quality assurance system (SPME) or what is also known as accreditation, but in managing documents related to SPMI data and accreditation not yet There are information technology-based media that can be utilized in the implementation of these activities, while BPM UNILAK has implemented information technology in daily activities so that there are problems with delays in data presentation, missing data, this, of course, affects the performance of the Quality Assurance Agency and is inefficient in presenting information that is needed at any time and the importance of this activity is very high in building a quality culture at Universitas Lancang Kuning. To answer these problems, it is necessary to have an information technology-based document filing system that can process data more quickly, precisely and integrated to make it better in presenting the information. The methods used in this study include system requirements analysis, system design, implementation and testing and system maintenance. With the use of information technology in the application of computerized-based applications for archiving and presenting accreditation data needs, it is hoped that it can help the academic community more quickly and accurately in processing accreditation instrument data. It is hoped that with the development of archiving applications and the presentation of accreditation instruments by completing the System Development Lyfe Cycle (SDLC) method in the problem analysis stage, the applications built can improve the quality of filling accreditation instruments in data processing that are well integrated and can be used at any time by the community. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berguna untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan danbudaya kerja dalam membentuk komitmen kerja organisasi. Penelitian dilakukanpada karyawan awak perahu PT. Jembatan Nusantara Grup Cabang Muda Bengkalisjumlah responden 75 orang dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah denganmenggunakan Path Analysis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan analisis yang telahdilakukan, penulis membuat beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut; 1). Menyatakanbahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada budaya kerja.Pelaksanaan kepemimpinan yang baik akan membuat budaya organisasi, semakinbaik. 2). Menyatakan bahwa budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapkomitmen, budaya organisasi yang lebih kondusif akan meningkatkan komitmenkaryawan. 3). Menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the effect of distribution of justice,procedural justice, and interactical juastice to organizational trust. Population in this researchis all lecturer at high school of economics. The sample collection of 104 people. Dataprocessing is done by structural equation modeling analysis using WarpPLS 5.0 software. Theresults showed that organizational justice had positive effect on organizational trust. Abstract

Mengelola sumber daya manusia di dalam perusahaan berarti mengelola pegawai agar dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening terhadap karyawan PT. Champion Kurnia Djaja Technologies. Analisis jalur (path analysis) digunakan untuk menguji model yang dihipotesiskan secara statistik dengan bantuan SPSS-19, serta untuk menentukan sejauh mana model yang diajukan tersebut konsisten dengan data sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Champion Kurnia Djaja Technologies. Kepuasan kerja mampu bertindak sebagai variabel intervening untuk memediasi hubungan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara, untuk hubungan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening tidak sebesar pengaruh langsungnya.

Abstract

Referring to the theory of social exchange, this study examined the direct and indirect relationship between ethical leadership and knowledge hiding behavior through the mechanisms of moral identity. This study uses a quantitative method using 64 respondents permanent lecturers in education institution of Persada Bunda. The results show that ethical leadership is negatively associated with knowledge hiding behavior either directly or through the mechanisms of moral identity. It also shows that ethical leadership has a positive relationship with moral identity, while moral identity has a negative relationship with knowledge hiding behavior. The findings also outline the moral identity mediate the influence of ethical leadership on knowledge hiding behavior. It also explained that ethical leaders with high personality, honesty, morality. and high reliability and understand their impact on employees, can be role models in behavior and form employee moral self-construction such as moral identity.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah ingin melihat bagaimana sikap masyarakat Riau terhadap pemilihan kartu kredit yang di keluarkan oleh perbankan syariah maupun konvensional. Hal ini sangat penting, mengingat bahwa dari sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia khususnya masyarakat Riau yang beragama islam, apakah akan berpengaruh besar terhadap pemilihan kartu kredit tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan populasi seluruh pemegang kartu kredit bank mandiri syariah dan Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI yang ada di Pekanbaru-Riau. Sampel penelitian adalah 100 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dan pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 76,4% dari responden mengetahui dan memahami dengan baik mengenai kartu kredit, 73,6% dari responden mengetahui dan memahami jenis-jenis kartu kredit yang di tawarkan perbankan syariah dan konvensional, 67,6% mengetahui dan memahami perbedaan antara kartu kredit bank syariah dengan kartu kredit bank konvensional, 66,6% faham mengenai perhitungan bunga pada penggunaan kartu kredit bank konvensional, 74,6% faham mengenai perhitungan bagi hasil (fee) pada penggunaan kartu kredit bank syariah, 75,2% mengetahui dan memahami bahwa di dalam ajaran islam bunga (riba) tidak di benarkan. Management with human talent skills should be understood regarding employee performance in private or public entity businesses and staff performance enhancement and contributing to ethical and socially responsible activities. Management with human talent abilities has gained significant importance today; hence, each firm must have adequate knowledge of this functional area.
