These results show that using the Nampe Model results in better and more effective results than the indoctrination model and the open model with a significance of 0.000 0.05. While the use of the indoctrination model and the open model almost have no difference because the significance is 0.570 0.05. Abstract

There are several symptoms experienced by students who have low academic self-efficacy, namely quickly giving up when working on difficult exam questions, only understanding some subject matter which they think is easy and not sure if their test scores pass in subjects they do not master. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of group counseling approach to rational emotive behavior therapy with psychodrama techniques to improve academic self-efficacy in class XI MA Madania Bantul Yogyakarta students. This study uses quantitative research methods using experimental types, this experimental research design uses a quasi-experimental research pattern with a nonequivalent control group design. The design of this study consisted of two sample groups selected by purposive sampling technique, namely the experimental group and the control group, each group consisting of 10 students. The data collection technique used is the Likert scale with the aim of measuring students' academic self-efficacy. The result of this research using independent t test is that the t-count value is greater than the t-table value (23.526 1.734). Based on the results of this test, there is a significant difference in values between the experimental and control groups. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that psychodrama techniques are effective for increasing academic self-efficacy in class XI students of Madrasah Aliyah.Madania Bantul Yogyakarta.

There are regulations from the Regional Governments of Indramayu and Kuningan Regencies to require SD/MI students to attend the first madrasa program. Furthermore, this study examines the process of establishing and sustaining regional regulations (Perda). This research is a case study with a multi-case design. Therefore, a qualitative approach is appropriate in conducting this research. In-depth interviews, participant observation, and documents were used to collect data. In addition, data reduction, data display, and verification are used in the data analysis process. To ensure the validity of the data analysis, the researcher rechecked the data through credibility, transferability, dependability, and suitability. The results showed that (1) Perda no. 2 of 2003 comes from the government's religious politics to minimize social ills. Meanwhile, the existence of Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2008 was influenced by social engineering as a consequence of the formulation of the first madrasa law and was later funded by the government (2) Top-down and bottom-up theory integrated with a participatory approach was applied to investigate the First Madrasah Aliyah Education Policy strategy. Participation of the community, government, and members of the parliamentary education commission get together to involve religious education and regional development. There are three steps in carrying out the implementation; the stages of formulation, legislation, implementation and control of local regulations.
