This study aimed to discover the learning difficulties experienced by the guidance and counseling students on group counseling practicum. This study was categorized as a descriptive study involving 286 students of seven Universities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta as the sample of the study. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique of this study was a learning difficulties in group counseling practicum questionnaire by open and closed-ended questions. The data of this study were analyzed by using simple descriptive analysis by calculating the percentage and the categorization of the questionnaire score. The result of the study showed that the most contributing factor to the the studentsâ learning difficulties on the group counseling practicum was the aspect of the lecturer teaching method by 53.31%. Besides, the result of the open-ended questionnaire showed that lack of group counseling basic skill mastery is one of the difficulties they experience during the group counseling service at the school. It contributes 38.46%. It showed that the practicum teaching methods need improvement to optimize the students ability in practicing group counseling in school. This study becomes the basic consideration of the needs of learning model for group counseling practicum for the students of guidance and counseling in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Pemberian layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling telah memasuki era digitalisasi atau dapat terkoneksi dalam satu genggaman. Istilah ini sering kita sebut dengan era disruptif atau revolusi industri 4.0. Terjadinya implementasi teknologi di berbagai sektor termasuk pendidikan memiliki dampak langsung maupun tidak langsung bagi peserta didik dalam proses pemenuhan tugas perkembangan karirnya. Sinergitas implementasi teknologi dan pemenuhan tugas perkembangan dalam hal ini kematangan karir yaitu pengembangan aplikasi permainan simulasi, untuk itu agar efektif dan tepat sasaran diperlukan data penguat berdasarkan kebutuhan peserta didik dalam mematangkan karir mereka sesuai tahapan tugas perkembangannya. Dengan kata lain, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menggali kebutuhan peserta didik tentang kematangan karir melalui bantuan media yaitu aplikasi permainan simulasi. Peserta didik yang dijadikan subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik di SMK Veteran Sukoharjo.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei dengan menggunakan alat pengumpulan data yaitu angket kebutuhan aplikasi permainan simulasi. Random sampling dipilih dalam menentukan sampel penelitian karena penelitian ini tidak mengklasifikasikan sampel berdasarkan aspek tertentu hanya saja dibatasi pada domisili sampel.Hasil daripada penelitian ini diketahui peserta didik mayoritas telah mendapatkan layanan karir yang diberikan guru BK secara klasikal, kelengkapan informasi mayoritas tergategori cukup, dan telah mengimplementasikan media online dalam memberikan materi. Kemudahan penyerapan informasi oleh peserta didik apabila pengemasan menggunakan aplikasi pada smartphone masing-masing lebih-lebih dalam bentuk permainan. Aplikasi yang diinginkan oleh peserta didik memiliki karakteristik seperti memiliki tampilan 2 dimensi, berkarakter kartun, interaktif, berwarna soft/pastel, dan memiliki konsep reward and punishment. Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut maka akan dikembangkan aplikasi mengacu pada temuan data untuk dapat diteruskan pada penelitian selanjutnya.

This study aims to determine the anti-bullying awareness of high school students in Yogyakarta City. This research is a phenomenological type of qualitative research. The data in this study were collected through interview instrument guidelines and observation guidelines. The subjects in this study were 25 students from six different schools in Yogyakarta City. The study used data analysis by Miles and Huberman. The results of the study show that anti-bullying awareness among high school students in Yogyakarta City is good. This is evidenced by: 1) well-known definitions of bullying, forms of bullying, and the impact of bullying, both victims and perpetrators; 2) broad insight based on the experience of being a victim of bullying, seeing bullying behavior directly or indirectly, and initiatives to help victims of bullying; 3) no desire to bully friends; 4) the ability to make friends by keeping feelings for each other and still upholding the prevailing norms. The results of the study can be used as a reference for guidance and counseling teachers or counselors to design guidance and counseling services about bullying to prevent bullying in high school students in Yogyakarta City.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of socioeconomic status on career planning in the Bonai tribe community in the Village of Ulak Patian, Kecamatan Kep fulfillment. This study uses a quantitative approach. The study population was the entire Bonai tribe population in Ulak Patian village, and the sample taken was the population who were taking the junior high school to tertiary education, totaling 55 people. Simple regression analysis technique. The instruments used were a socioeconomic status questionnaire and a career planning questionnaire. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on the socioeconomic status of career planning in the Bonai. Bonai people are advised to improve their socioeconomic status to determine better career planning alternatives. This study provides recommendations for research on career planning development in the Bonai tribal community.

Negative emotions remains common among some kindergarteners in general since it may impact their anxiety and stress. This study aimed to describe various elicitors for negative emotions among young children, their coping strategies, and the parents’ response to them in the gender perspective. The data were collected through questionnaires containing statements about coping strategies of their children developed using the Lazarus and Folkman theories and findings by Chalmers, Frydenberg, and Deans. The study involved 102 parents of children aged 4-6 years in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The findings show that elicitors for negative emotions among boys are dominated by physical bullying by peers, while in girls, they are dominated by unfulfilled wishes. Meanwhile, coping uses among boys are dominated by assertive behavior, while in girls, they share their concerns with others. Regarding the response in dealing with children’s negative emotions, the parents give them a gadget, such as smartphone, for both boys and girls. The study implies that more educational parenting model is needed to educate parents in handling negative emotions through coping skills and indiscriminating behavior.

The aim of this study was to determine whether the guidance for implementing group guidance with the Socratic method to increase anti-bullying awareness of high school students meets the requirements from the material and media aspects. This research is a research and development (RnD) type which refers to the Borg development model. The data was collected using a material and media feasibility assessment sheet in the form of a scale. Assessment of the feasibility of the guide involves 2 expert lecturers. Scale data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the guidebook for implementing group guidance with the Socratic method to increase anti-bullying awareness of high school students is declared very feasible both in the material and media aspects. Through these results it can be concluded that the guidebook for implementing group guidance with the Socratic method to increase anti-bullying awareness of high school students is ready to be tested on school counselor as users so that later development products are suitable for use as an alternative media for prevention bullying.

The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of individual counseling to improve the students’ self-concept with the "Rational Emotive Behavior" technique. This research was single subject experimental design with quantitative study. The population were students in class X in Marketing at SMK N 1 Depok and had a negative self-concept. The purposive sampling were used. Data collection was done used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used Wilcoxon test with a significance level of 5%, and the result analysis showed improvement of students’ self concept score. The Wilcoxon test evidenced by the Zcount value of -2.201 and showed the level of significance was less than 0,05 (p = 0.028

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan pembelajaran tematik pada sekolah dasar negeri di Kabupaten Seram Bagian Timur yaitu SDN 1, 2 dan 3 Bula khususnya pada kelas III. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang mengungkapkan fenomena yang terjadi secara apa adanya dan berusaha memaparkan data terkait bagaimana pemahaman pengelola sekolah terhadap penerapan pembelajaran tematik. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, setiap guru kelas sudah memiliki perangkat pembelajaran berupa silabus dan RPP tematik. Pelaksanaan, secara perencanaan guru sudah memiliki perangkat pembelajaran tematik, tetapi pada aspek pelaksanaan tidak secara tematik/per mata pelajaran. Penilaian, proses penilaian meliputi ulangan harian (UH) 1 s/d 3 disusul dengan ulangan tengah semester (UTS) dan ulangan akhir semester (UAS). Dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran tematik ini juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya guru pada setiap sekolah belum dibekali pelatihan terkait pengelolaan pembelajaran tematik, minim sarana pembelajaran dan jumlah siswa pada setiap kelas diatas 30 orang siswa sehinggan guru sulit dalam melakukan pengelolaan kelas.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan pembelajaran tematik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta se-Kabupaten Klaten; (2) hubungan antara tingkat pendapatan dengan kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta se-Kabupaten Klaten; (3) hubungan antara stres kerja dan tingkat pendapatan dengan kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan se-Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar skala dan lembar angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tidak terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja guru SMK Swasta se-Kabupaten Klaten Program Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,215; (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara tingkat pendapatan dengan kinerja guru SMK Swasta se-Kabupaten Klaten Program Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,276; (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara stres kerja dan tingkat pendapatan dengan kinerja guru SMK Swasta se-Kabupaten Klaten Program Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,345.
