Abstract

Drug planning is the process of activities in the selection of types, quantities, and prices in accordance with the needs and budget for the coming procurement period in order to avoid the occurrence of excess or emptiness of drug supplies when needed by patients. Management of planning that is not optimal drug needs will have a negative impact on hospitals, both medically and economically, because 50-60% of the total budget used for treatment and medical equipment, uncertainty of drug needs due to disease population and the number of patients can change according to conditions the volume of patient diagnostic data, thus requiring an automatic way to select drug needs according to disease progression. This study aims to create a prediction model for drug needs with the ANFIS method, the data analysis framework used is sourced from drug usage / sales data at the Royal Prima Hospital 2016-2017 by building a software that implements the ANFIS method. Stages of application testing are carried out by applying the previous year's data to predict the current year, namely the 2016 data for 2017 predictions, while the 2017 data for 2018 predictions. The data source will be used to analyze the ANFIS membership function that generates parameters for the ANFIS method in training and testing data. The results of the analysis of the ANFIS parameters will be updated to produce a small error value (close to 0), based on the value of Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), then an evaluation is carried out with a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the predicted results with the existing system.

Abstract

Brebes is one of the districts in Central Java Province which is famous for its salted egg production. However, the Brebes Regency government does not have data on salted egg production centers that are publicly published and integrated with each other, either in the form of profile data, geographic map data, route data, production data, production reports, and other supporting data, such as data on salted egg producers, income produced, and the amount of production produced every month. Lack of information on salted egg production centers delivered to the general public, causing several centers of salted egg production in Brebes Regency to be less well known by the wider community. For this reason, a system that can publish the production center is a solution to the existing problems. System development method in this study uses the concept of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and for the software development process Rapid Application Development (RAD) is based on codeigniter framework as a development tool. The results of this study are Geographic Information Systems (GIS) which can provide information on salted egg production centers in Brebes regency with attractive visualization so that it can be used as a medium to display data on salty egg production centers dynamically as well as promotional media, so that they can expand their share. market, this is because the system built can display profile data, geographic map data, route data and production data that are integrated with the Brebes Regency government website.

Abstract

Salt sugar and fat intake in the human body in daily food patterns. To avoid non-communicable diseases, it is necessary to optimize food intake levels. Productive age, in this case between 15-55 years have uncontrolled eating patterns to choose fast food. If this is not monitored, it will cause various diseases. The importance of evolutionary algorithms for solving complex problems that are difficult to solve analytically can use mathematical models. The purpose of this study is to determine the composition of the ideal intake for productive generations with a minimum cost that must meet the minimum threshold for each nutritional component. Based on the mathematical model built, an analysis is carried out to find the optimal solution. Optimization is an effort or activity to get the best results with the given requirements. There are 5 main components in the Genetic Algorithm, namely Fitness, Value, Selection, Crossover, and Mutation. The results showed optimization of the intake of selected chromosomes as the best results, obtained on chromosome offSpring: 10, Fitness value: 12737.34.

Abstract

Penggunaan sensor kesetimbangan accelerometer dan sensor halangan ultrasonic padaaplikasi robot berkaki dua telah dilakukan untuk mengintegrasikan sistem kontrol gerak robot berkaki dua.Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisa keefisienan dan keakuratan sistem kesetimbangan pergerakan kakirobot dalam bermanuver untuk menghindari halangan yang ada di depannya. Dimana pergerakan kaki robot ini bekerja sesuai pembacaan dari sensor kesetimbangan accelerometer dan sensor halangan ultrasonic. Pada sistem ini, yang paling ditunjukkan yaitu bagaimana keakuratan dan keefisienan sensor kesetimbangan accelerometer dan sensor halangan ultrasonic dalam sistem pergerakan kaki robot yang dapat memposisikan derajat geraknya untuk berjalan seimbang dan menghindari halangan yang ada didepannya. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa sistem pergerakan kaki robot yang telah diintegrasikan dengan sensor kesetimbangan dan sensor halangan efisien dan efektif dalam melakukan kerjanya sebagai robot berkaki dua yang dapat berjalan/bermanuver seimbang dalam menghindari halangan.

Abstract

Perusahaan merupakan tempat dimana pekerja atau karyawan yang bekerja dibawah aturan yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan tersebut. Perusahaan tersebut nantinya akan memilih karyawan yang berprestasi dalam pekerjaannya sesuai dengan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Diadakannya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu memilih kandidat karyawan terbaik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Profile Matching, secara umum proses kerja metode Profile Matching adalah membandingkan selisih nilai antara profil posisi yang disebut dengan Gap. Metode Profile Matching menggunakan beberapa tahapan dan perumusan dalam perhitungan yang meliputi Pemetaan Gap, Pembobotan, Perhitungan dan Pengelompokan Core dan SecondaryFactor, Perhitungan Nilai Total, dan Perhitungan Penentuan Ranking.

Abstract

Ranking of a tertiary institution, both state and private universities, can be the basis of the tertiary institutions of interest to prospective new students. The better the ranking of the college, the more popular the campus. In this study the author discusses the case of campus ranking in the city of Medan where the results to be received are the best campus decision making with the method used is the MAUT (Multi Attribute Utility Theory) method. The aim is to see what results can be given by using the MAUT method in determining the best campus in the city of Medan which results in ranking the campus in Medan. Does it provide optimal results or not. But every case that is solved using the methods in artificial intelligence, in this case the MAUT method is a method of the Decision Support System, certainly provides optimal results even though the results given are not complete or complete. Therefore, the writer has a vision going forward, conducting research in this field, especially for the case of campus ranking. In this study the variables used in determining campus ranking are Institutional, Student Activities, Lecturer HR, Research and Community Service, and Innovation. These five variables in the future can be added or subtracted as needed. The results obtained are optimal ranking results but are still limited to the reference model for internal institutions.

Abstract

Dalam memproduksi suatu barang, industri memerlukan pemindahan barang – barang yang diperlukan agar dapat mengikuti prosedur pembuatan barang tersebut. Barang tersebut dipindahkan menggunakan motor penggerak yang biasanya industri memakai motor induksi. Agar kualitas produksi tidak terganggu kualitas motor penggerak harus juga diperhatikan dan ditentukan kualitasnya. Penentuan kualitas motor induksi disini digunakan fuzzy logic dengan melihat beberapa kriteria sehingga dapat ditentukan bahwa motor induksi tersebut memiliki kualitas yang baik sehingga dapat digunakan. Akan tetapi untuk mengoptimalkan kontrol motor dengan menentukan motor nomor berapa saja yang harus hidup dalam memindahkan barang dengan berat tertentu maka fuzzy logic harus digabung dengan Algoritma Genetika

Abstract

Abstract Cholesterol is a systemic disease. Many complications of its could affect other organs due to uncontrolled cholesterol / fat in the blood. One of them is coronary heart disease. One way to recognize someone having cholesterol is through the eyes. By using the Iridology method, cholesterol disease in a person's body can be detected or seen through the iris of the eye. Checking cholesterol-related conditions is usually done in a hospital or pharmacy. But the problem is that people are still lazy to check their cholesterol. Therefore, we need a software that can make it easier for people to do cholesterol checks. This device will detect cholesterol by using image processing techniques through the iris image accompanied by the Gabor Filter method. From 15 tested data, 13 iris image images were successfully identified, so that the percentage of success of this program was 86%.with 35 trained data.

Abstract

Learning machine merupakan suatu media pembelajaran yang menggunakan mesin sebagai tutor pembelajaran. Learning machine dirancang untuk pembelajaran bagi anak-anak dalam mengenal huruf abjad bahasa indonesia dan huruf hijaiyah bahasa arab baik pengucapan, pendengaran maupun penglihatan dengan knowledge based system. Anak-anak sebagai siswa dapat memilih tombol sebagai key yang disediakan untuk menampilkan huruf yang dipilih pada display dan mendengarkan pengucapan huruf tersebut melalui speaker. Learning machine dapat menampilkan huruf pada display sesuai dengan yang diucapkan siswa menggunakan voice recognition. Learning machine juga menyediakan fasilitas testing yang digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah siswa sudah menguasai huruf yang ada atau belum, yaitu dengan menampilkan huruf pada display secara random dan siswa mengucapkan huruf tersebut kemudian machine akan melakukan koreksi dengan methode pattern matching dan menampilkan hasilnya pada display berupa statement benar atau salah. Tujuan penelitian ini agar anak-anak mudah dalam mengenal huruf abjad dan huruf hijaiyah.

Abstract

One problem in computer vision that has long been sought for a solution is the classification of objects in the image in general. How to duplicate the ability of humans to understand image information, so that computers can recognize objects in the image as humans do. The feature engineering process used is generally very limited where it can only apply to certain datasets without the ability to generalize to any type of image. That is because various differences between images include differences in perspective, differences in scale, differences in lighting conditions, deformation of objects, and so on. Academics who have long struggled with this issue. The application of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method for the insertion of messages in an image with the aim of securing the proposed message produces good security, from the test results, it can be concluded as follows The Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method requires computing time to insert messages in a secret image. The model framework uses 2 (two) images with the aim of the cover image as input and the secret image where the secret image has been inserted a message so that the secret is not visible. The cover image that has been inserted a secret picture that contains the message looks not much different, but the file size of the secret picture has increased by 66%.
