Abstract

The Hospital is a health care institution that conducts complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. Drug inventory management is one thing that is very important for the survival of hospitals, management of the supply of medical equipment that is not optimal including medicines will have an impact on medical services as well as economically, because 70% of hospital revenue comes from drugs. In this study we propose data mining with a focus on contributions to the comparison of the K-Means and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms for disease classification, then the classification results are carried out mapping the correlation of diseases with drugs using Apriori, based on the results of testing the K-Means algorithm more accurately compared KNN in the Apriori method to find the relationship of disease with drugs based on the value of support, trust, support value, trust is expected to be a reference for drug purchase recommendations so that there is no excess or emptiness of the drug.

Abstract

Penelitian didasari oleh keberhasilan proses migrasi dari sistem monolitik ke dalam arsitektur microservice pada beberapa penelitian sebelumnya melalui metode identifikasi kandidat microservice. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan identifikasi microservice pada sistem informasi Dana Pensiun Lembaga Keuangan (DPLK) melalui 6 (enam) tahapan migrasi yang dimulai dari analisa setiap subsistem monolitik terhadap fungsi bisnis dan tabel database. Sistem DPLK dikembangkan dengan arsitektur monolitik dan memiliki beberapa modul sistem, diantaranya sistem pendaftaran nasabah, sistem pengelolaan investasi, sistem pengelolaan bisnis, sistem pelaporan, dlsb. Banyaknya tanggung jawab yang perlu dikelola dalam sistem DPLK menyebabkan sistem akan sulit untuk beradaptasi terhadap perubahan kebutuhan. Kompleksitas inilah yang akan dipecah dalam beberapa service melalui pendekatan microservices. Sehingga diharapkan dengan mengembangkan model arsitektur microservices ini, sistem informasi DPLK dapat lebih adaptif (adaptability) terhadap perubahan kebutuhan (requirement changes) sistem untuk kedepannya.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaaan, pegawai merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam hal tersebut terutama dalam penempatan pegawai baru. Prosedur penempatan pegawai baru tersebut dalam hal ini dilakukan dengan Fuzzy Logic. Parameter input yang digunakan yaitu Tes IQ, Tes Psikotes dan Tes Akademik. Untuk mengekspresikan preferensi pengambil keputusan pada alternatif yang paling diinginkan, dapat dilakukan dengan transformasi format preferensi Utility Vectors to Fuzzy Preference Relation. Selanjutnya memilih metode SAW untuk menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, yang dilanjutkan dengan proses perangkingan untuk menyeleksi alternatif terbaik, dalam hal ini adalah alternatif yang cocok untuk menentukan posisi kerja karyawan yang sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Dengan metode ini diharapkan penilaian akan lebih tepat dan akurat karena didasarkan pada nilai kriteria dan bobot yang telah ditentukan .

Abstract

Surakarta Batik is a traditional cloth in Indonesia that has been designated as an intangible cultural heritage by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The Surakarta Batik Pattern has characteristics and has a story in each style. The method used affects the accuracy of each pattern in the Surakarta batik image. Image data used for training data are 100 image data with a size of 256 x 256 pixels, with test image data used as many as 20 image data. Improving the quality of the image using contrast stretching, the output is processed to separate objects with the background using adaptive thresholding. The obtained object is added by the canny process and calculated using the Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix to obtain the characteristics of each image. The characteristics used are four variables (energy, contrast, homogeneity, and correlation). The resulting variable is used as input to the classification using backpropagation. The test results obtained an accuracy rate of 95%, with an error rate of 0.05%.

Abstract

The research aims to provide information for the wider community about bulimia nervosa that often afflicts the community especially teenagers. Bulimia nervosa is one type of psychiatric disorder that is habitual that has ingrained from the community itself. No people understand the symptoms or indications of eating disorder in adolescents, and not infrequently among sufferers not doing direct treatment or looking for a direct solution to this disorder. To communicate with doctors also have constraints with time and confusion about what is to be conveyed. Expert system is a solution, this system is able to provide information to researchers about eating disorders in adolescents and provide solutions like a doctor or nutrition expert. It was built using by hybrid method which combines certainty factors and forward chaining.

Abstract

Website Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) memberikan kemudahan bagi orang tua dan calon peserta didik baru dalam mengetahui informasi mengenai pelaksanaan seleksi penerimaan peserta didik baru, melakukan pendaftaran serta melakukan pemantauan hasil seleksi karena dapat dengan mudah diakses melalui gadget atau perangkat lain yang terkoneksi dengan internet. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kualitas dari website PPDB berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna pada SMKN 57 Jakarta. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kepuasan pengguna website PPDB menggunakan metode webqual yang terdiri dari 3 variabel yaitu kualitas kegunaan (usability), kualitas informasi (information quality), dan kualitas interaksi (interaction quality). Data yang digunakan dalah data primer, yaitu dengan menyebar kuesioner menggunakan skala likert dengan 20 pernyataan kepada 95 responden. Data yang diperoleh dan diolah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 16. Berdasarkan variabel webqual, hasil analisis menyatakan kualitas kegunaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna, sedangkan kualitas informasi dan kualitas interaksi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

Freight forwarding services are increasingly developing and each delivery service provider competes to provide the best service, resulting in competition in terms of price and delivery time, in order to attract the attention of users of shipping services. The number of service providers with various types of packages offered by freight forwarding services, making users difficult in determining the right service provider. One way to overcome this problem is by the existence of a method that can provide recommendations as consideration for making appropriate decisions. This study aims to create a decision support system for the selection of goods delivery services by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method that can solve problems by comparing between shipping services. The results of this study are in the form of conclusion calculations that can be taken into consideration for decision making in choosing the most widely chosen freight forwarding services for students and getting the best results in decision making. The results of calculations using the Simple Additive Weighting method, the highest value based on time criteria is JNE YES with a value of 0.73, based on price criteria is a vehicle with a value of 0.68, based on the weight criteria is JNE YES with a value of 0.75, while based on the volume criteria the highest value is a vehicle with a value of 0.70 .

Abstract

Dalam melakukan pemilihan beasiswa sering dilakukan secara objektif dan banyaknya mahasiswa yang mendaftar, sehingga akan sulit menentukan mahasiswa yang berhak untuk menerima beasiswa. Untuk mengatasi kelemahan ini maka diperlukan suatu sistem pengelolaan beasiswa berbasis komputer agar dapat mempersingkat pengelolaan beasiswa. Jenis sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola beasiswa adalah sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan ada 2 dua yaitu Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Untuk membuat sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan perangkat lunak Visual Basic .Net 2008 dan menggunakan database Sql Server 2005. Pengujian sistem akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode black box testing dan white box testing. Sistem pendukung keputusan untuk proses penerimaan beasiswa yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan untuk memberikan alternatif keputusan bagi pimpinan sebagai pertimbangan dalam penyeleksian kandidat penerima beasiswa. Penelitian ini juga dapat mengetahui dan mendalami tentang metode yang digunakan.

Abstract

Subang State Polytechnic is one of tertiary institution which was established in 2014. As a new tertiary institution this institution certainly competes with other tertiary institutions in obtaining prospective students. Currently, Subang State Polytechnic determines some schools to be visited for socialization activities for New Student Admissions based on the large number of students in the schools at Subang district. However, it does not prove that it has influenced the students to enroll in Subang State Polytechnic. This research highlights the issues involved in each school including the number of graduates, graduates who continue to colleges, graduates who continue to Subang State Polytechnic, average score of school’s national examination, average report card grades, number of counseling guidance teachers, number of college socialization, and the distance from the school to Subang State Polytechnic. As a result, there are 40 schools that are selected to determine as the potential schools do a socialization. The grouping schools use the Fuzzy C Means method and determe the number of groups or clusters use Modified Partition Coeffcient (MPC). The results of the MPC calculation revealed that there are 3 clusters, each cluster has a cluster center and members. In cluster I, there are 9 schools, cluster II has 16 schools, and cluster III consists of 15 schools. The results of the clustering assisted the New Student Admissions committees in determining the potential schools to do a socialization activities and it was a major step towards the success of the New Student Admissions at Subang State Polytechnic.

Abstract

Salah satu unsur yang menjadi penilaian akreditasi sebuah program studi adalah ketepatan waktu lulusan mahasiswa. Adanya mahasiswa yang tidak aktif tentu akan mempengaruhi ketepatan waktu kelulusan. Prediksi keaktifan mahasiswa diperlukan untuk mencegah siswa yang berpotensi tidak aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan algoritma machine learning SVM dan Decision Tree dalam melakukan prediksi keaktifan mahasiswa. Proses prediksi dilakukan dengan langkah; pengumpulan data, pre-prosesing data, pembentukan model, perbandingan model, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa algoritma SVM memiliki keakuratan lebih baik dari algoritma Decision Tree dalam memprediksi keaktifan mahasiswa. Algoritma SVM memiliki tingkat akurasi 95% dan algoritma Decision Tree memiliki tingkat akurasi 93%.
