The development of information technology in Indonesia is very fast including the internet turned out to have a great impact on the whole life. The development of technology that makes many people use this technology to make buy and sell transactions. It is not strange considering the growing number of Internet users can be the potential to be entered by business people anywhere and anytime.Technology, the Internet, and prostitution are three things that are intertwined. Advances in communication and Internet technology allow one to quickly get to the information. Prostitution also does not blind technology and participates in the development of the era so that prostitution becomes increasingly diverse and sophisticated. These two apps are often used by the (prostituted online) Michat and also the Facebook.In finding customers using Facebook relies heavily on the Group Admins who act as pimp, Michat is very easy to find a customer because in search of friends or customers can use the location feature.A commercial Sex worker transaction place that uses social media in search of customers such as at boarding house and hotels. The development of technology in particular social media chats as one technology has influenced and then changed the interaction pattern between sex workers and prospective consumers. The use of necessary media for prostitution is one of culture lag or cultural deterioration, because it makes use of technology is not as it should be. The increasement internet development causes the changes that influences the societyâ€™s life, mainly for the big cities society, such as Manado, North Sulawesi Province, one of the changes is the shopping place especially for the students. They go shopping to the conventional shop and online shop either. It makes the conventional markets promote their goods through the online shops. The changes of consumers mainly the students causes one of the supporting changes. They no longer consumes the goods and services at the conventional market but using online shops. Unfortunately, the students go shopping not because of their needs but only for their desire and lifestyle so it causes the consumerism life style which is known as wasteful. This research uses the qualitative method with the descriptive approach that useful for giving the the facts and datas about the students shopping online activity, then the datas will be critically analyzed by the theory of society's consume by Jean Baudrillard and the theory of needs by Abraham Maslow therefore the deeper analization about the purpose of students online shopping activity will be created. Based on the researches result, it is found that there are three categories of the students online shopping activity: 1. Based on their needs 2. Get influenced by other things such as: promotions of discounts, cashback, giveaway, bonus, or the certain gifts from the seller or the advertisements in electronics media or the social media, the recommendation from others also, and 3. The problem of poverty in Indonesia is a social problem that is continually being studied. Indonesia is one of the developing countries because it has various poverty problems such as low income levels, people have difficulty meeting basic needs, education, health, etc, so to overcome the problem of poverty, the role of government is also very necessary. To minimize the problem of social welfare, especially poverty that continues to grow from day to day, the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Social Affairs issued the Family Hope Program (PKH). The Hope Family Program is a policy program formulated by the Government to address the problem of poverty in Indonesia. In other words, the Family of Hope Program is a program of giving cash to Very Poor Families (CBOs) based on the terms and conditions set by carrying out its obligations.Based on research results obtained that the impact of PKH assistance on the poor is twofold namely, positive and negative impacts. For the positive impact of reducing the burden on Very Poor Households (RTSM).to be able to help participating families to pay for education costs and to increase participation in examinations in health and social welfare to ensure nutrition for the elderly and disabled. Rambu Soloâ€™ is a traditional ceremony of the death of the Toraja people who aims to respect and deliver the spirits of the deceased to the spirit realm. At first the festive party was only carried out by the nobility, but now it has begun to shift, who is rich is what the party is festive. This study is entitled â€The Impact of Changes Social status towards Rambu Solo ceremony in Tondon Mamullu Village, Makale District, Tana Toraja District", with the problem formulation of how the implementation of the Rambu Solo Ceremony based on customary rules and how influence of changes Social Status to the Rambu Solo Ceremony' in Tondon Mamullu village, Makale District, Tana Toraja District. The purpose of this study is to researching more deeply the implementation of the Rambu Solo Ceremony based on customary rules and how influence of changes Social Status to the Rambu Solo Ceremony' in Tondon Mamullu village, Makale District, Tana Toraja District. Based on the research results obtained that the implementation of the Rambu Solo Ceremony 'the Toraja community not working run as it should and has experienced changes or shifted in the implementation. The implementation of the Rambu Soloâ€™ ceremonythe Toraja public, specifically the community of Tondon Mamullu Village has been background by several things, namely Economic Status, Education, Employment, Self-Esteem / Prestige, and Prestige / Pride. Basically everyone has the right to live prosperous living and inner, dwelling, gaining a healthy living environment and deserve health care. Healthcare services such as hospitals, clinics, health centers and others are comprehensive health services ranging from preventive, curative, promotive, and rehabilitative should be able to provide healthcare services without looking at the social status of the community.The Geographical conditions of the Alama district are far from the facilities of a good infrastructure. To be able to reach modern health facilities in the district city of Timika must use planes. Based on this condition, a lot of preventive and curative health life occurs based on traditional medicine system, and the treatment is there and has been utilized in local area of Amungme before they get acquainted with the modern medicine system. The traditional medicine is also referred to as alternative medicine, generally owned by the society according to their cultural patterns in the form of their original knowledge.Traditional medicine is referred to as a culture in local wisdom that exists in the Amungme peoples and according to their diversity of healthy perception and pain. Then the phenomenon of traditional medicine exists and lives in the form of knowledge, beliefs, values, norms as culture of the people with the culture of the community; And the phenomenon is in the community is confronted by the system of modern medicine medicine introduced by the Government to the citizens.People of Amungme have a source of traditional medicine such as shamans/smart people or with the term Amungme society called Moweme, Tawunamor mame and Inkupin each have the ability to heal pain with traditional treatment systems that are inherited hereditary by the ancestors of the Amungme tribes.Keywords: health, traditional, perception

Education is fundamental in human life. Education can be an indicator of the level of social life in society. Education awareness affects one's education level, the higher the education the higher the social status obtained in society.This study aims to determine the study of sociology about the level of education awareness in the labuan village of KapuanKapelak, the district of southiproudi district of the sea proud of the importance of education awareness. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, data sources obtained from primary data and secondary data from research study locations. Gender equality and justice is one of the goals of the eight global goals of the world countries committed in the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Equality and Justice of Gender (KKG) has become a very important issue and has become the commitment of the nations in the world including Indonesia so that the entire country become bound and must carry out the commitments. Therefore women empowerment programs have become the agenda of the nation and require the support of all parties. Therefore women empowerment programs have become the agenda of the nation and require the support of all parties. The regularity of women reflects the inequality between men and women in Indonesia, this can be seen from the picture of the condition of women in Indonesia. One of the role of gender is the consciousness of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) which has not been so maximal in carrying out the work so that in determining the positions of certain women's position is still minimal compared to the males, the strong patriarchal culture certainly weakens the position of women, this is due to ASN awareness of gender conscious programs have not been implemented in theirTherefore, the gender role for ASN is to improve public services as closely as possible without gender discriminate. Gender equality in human resource management, especially for ASN, is the system and recruitment of ASN candidates need to be made changes.Keywords: gender, women, state civil apparatus

The development of science and technology gave birth to a variety of new discoveries, both in the field of science and technology. One of the results of new discoveries in the field of technology is the presence of online games. Online Games are electronic and visual based games, online games are also played using electronic visual media. The online game is very closely related to the attitude and morals and language used. Online games are an alternative choice for students when they are bored and tired of studying. But without realizing it, online games turned out to have an impact on players both positive, negative impacts and motivation to learn in college.This study aims to find out more about how the impact of online games on learning motivation in students who are in the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. This study uses qualitative research methods and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used as an analysis tool for this research is Max Weber's social action.From the results of this study it was found that the game or game becomes very influential, when only used unilaterally. This means that it is not balanced by valuable activities, so it only has a negative impact, typically by students. Students have high competence in education, but if the game defeats the main activity, then this of course has an adverse effect on motivation to learn.Keywords: Impact; Online game; Motivation to learn
