Abstract

The budget of School Operational Grant (Bantuan Operasional Sekolah-BOS) is gools to make free educational budget for the poor students and to make easy for another students. To implementing this program at schools with good implementing is need a manajemen based to good governance principels. It meants the schools and parents of students together with School commite participate in program implementing beginning from planning, implementing and monitoring.  The gools of this risert is to know how to managing School Operational Grant in good governance perspecrive (study cassus) at SMP Negeri 1 dan SMP Negeri 9 Tidore Kepulauan. The result of this risert is swows that manajemen of School Operational Grant at SMP Negeri 1 and SMP Negeri 9 Tidore Kepulauan are not optimal yet. To be able to get School Operational Grant manajemen with good governance perspective, it shall entangling the society in make planning, implementing and evaluation.Keywords: budget, good governance, implementation

Abstract

The working performance is quite crucial because it contains potential dimensions like efficiency, effectiveness, ability, and motivation of working as well as a good management. In doing a work, an employee ought to have high working performance. However, mostly the employees have a low performance in working. Such low performance will arouse a problem for an organization or institution. This research aims to know the working performance of the employee in Education, Youth, and Sport Department of Puncak Jaya Regency, Papua Province. The result of the research shows that the working performance is not effective enough both qualitatively and quantitatively. This is caused by some factors such as the low motivation of the leader toward his subordinates, the low responsibility and monitoring potency of a leader, the low assertiveness of working discipline, uncomfortable working environment, the lowness of human resources, and the management system which is not good enough. From this research, it can be concluded that the working performance of the employees in Education, Youth, and Sport Department of Puncak Jaya Regency is not quite effective. Abstract

Geographically, the fishing community is the people who live, grow and thrive in coastal areas, which is a transition area between land and sea. As a system, the fishing community consists of social categories that make up the social unity. They also have a system of values and symbols of culture as a reference of their everyday behavior. Like any other community who lived in the coastal and river side area, the Kamoronese, predominantly worked as fishermen. In term to fulfilling’s their livelihood needs, they are not only depends the commodities to the river’s and sea’s species but to the brackish water also. Principal livelihood in the village of Tipuka is as fishermen. Since time immemorial until now generally Kamoro and in particular Tipuka village, their very lives depend on nature. Dependence and their survival is not out of three elements, locally named sagu, sampan dan sungai (3S). Knowledge of culture thus affect the fishing community awareness Kamoro in improving the standard of living better is very less, to sell fisheries aid package provided by the PTFI for various reasons . Abstract

Quantitative analysis results Iran) this survey showed : there ore 54 officers were asked for information about the empowerment activities they had ever follow, obviously among them who earn low empowerment is 15 officers or ± 27,78 96 from entire officer. The officer who had earn empowerment by the low category are those who rarely follow coaching program. Then as much 21 officers or ± 38,89 96 who had earn empowering with moderate category, namely they sometimes follow empowerment programs. Meanwhile, as much 18 officers or ± 33,33 96 from 54 officers had earn empowerment by high category, they are often engaged empowerment activity in quantitative and qualitative, Is done directly by the headman, sub-district and the Mayor through the relevant agencies in the particular occasion. Based of the results from the description, it can be concluded that the average implementation of empowerment program has been followed by governance officer around in middle category.) Abstract

Traditional medicine is one of the treatments that has been passed down from generation to generation as a cultural heritage in the health sector to overcome various diseases. Traditional medicine utilizes existing local wisdom so that it is believed to have no side effects from the ingredients given, quite easy to find, easy to make ingredients and fairly cheap. Acupressure which is used to stimulate the nerves in the affected organ is very influential in the treatment process so that with traditional acupressure treatment the disease is handled from the outside and also inside so that the impact is felt better. The results showed that traditional acupressure treatment in Abepura not only uses traditional medicine (herb) but sometimes uses medical medicine because traditional acupressure treatment in Abepura adapts to the modern era where there is also a sense of security and trust in the community because of the perceived impact on traditional acupressure treatment and also the good behavior of the healer.Keyword : Traditional medicine, Acupressure, and Modern era

Abstract

The availability of local food Tidore during the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) has become a need that many citizens are looking for in an effort to maintain the cultural life of indigenous peoples in eastern Indonesia. Various local foods owned by Tidore nature that has food wealth such as sago, sweet potatoes, taro, cassava (kasbi) and various types of vegetables are the most reliable daily staples of the citizens.During the Covid-19 Pandemic there were symptoms that the shift in consumption of staple foods again switched from rice to sago caused by the food crisis, especially rice followed by the implementation of a policy of restricting access in and out of an area. The lack of rice imports that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic made many people switch to eating sago which culturally has been a staple food for a long time in the islands of Tidore City. This makes it an increase and becomes an alternative to staple foods during pandemics.Efforts to disinging food to overcome the problem of dependence on one basic food only. For example, by processing yam into various forms that have a special taste and long shelf life. One of the processed forms of yam in North Maluku is cassava starch (sagu kasbi) or sago cake (sagu lempeng) model derived from cassava.Keywords: Sago, food, pandemic covid-19
