Abstract

Transformational leaders can inspire and motivate their followers. This offers an approach that is different from conventional leadership approaches. Transformational leaders not only focus on supervision and control; they also pay attention to the growth potential of each employee. They strive to create clear and engaging goals and build strong team connections. This leadership style can help PT WOM Finance improve employee discipline more humanely. to understand how the performance of PT WOM Finance employees is influenced by transformational leadership. This research was conducted quantitatively with a sample of 47 employees. Validity Test, t-Test, coefficient of determination (r2), and correlation coefficient test were used as data analysis techniques. This research was conducted using SPSS, which measures the performance of employees at PT. WOM Finance Makassar is influenced by 26% by the transformational leadership variable, also known as X. The correlation test between variable X and Y is significant. The employee performance variable is explained by 26% of the determinant of variable X, transformational leadership. Other variables not examined by the researcher affect the remainder. According to the t-test of the transformational leadership variable (X), the significance value of 0.001 is less than 0.05, and the calculated value of 4.187 is greater than the t-table value of 2.011. Thus, H1 can be accepted.

Abstract

The current development of Manikin Beach as a tourist destination is almost optimal, this has an impact on increasing the level of community welfare. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of developing Manikin Beach tourism on the socio-economic life of the Tarus Village community, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for tourism development that will have an impact. on the economy of the Tarus community. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and the data sources used by researchers are primary data and secondary. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the development of Manikin Beach tourism has an impact on the economic welfare of the people of Tarus Village who are around the tourist attraction. The significant impact felt by the people of Tarus Village is the opening of business opportunities, these business opportunities consist of culinary businesses and grocery stores. The income received by the community from the results of the business they run can meet family needs, education costs and health costs. Supporting factors for tourism development in improving the economic welfare of the Tarus Village community are tourist attractions, facilities and services, ease of reaching tourist locations, hospitality offered and tourist attraction fees. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of human resources (HR) and lack of supervision from the government. Abstract

This study examines the significant impact of training on the quality of woven products at the Kelompok Usaha Kada Situru’ in Desa Balla, Kabupaten Mamasa. The population in this study consists of members working at the Kelompok Usaha Tenun Kada Situru’ in Desa Balla, Kabupaten Mamasa. The sample size in this study is 44 respondents. Sampling was done by providing written statements or questions to respondents working at Kelompok Usaha Tenun Kada Situru’ in Desa Balla, Kabupaten Mamasa, to be answered. The data analysis methods used in this study include correlation coefficient analysis (r), coefficient of determination (r²), and the t-test. The results show that the training provided significantly influences the improvement of the quality of woven products, with a positive relationship between the intensity of training and the quality of the products produced by the business group members. These findings are expected to contribute to developing more effective training programs and policies to improve the quality of woven products and support the sustainability and competitiveness of woven products in the local market. Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant influence of work motivation on employee performance at the North Toraja Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office. The population in this study were employees who worked at the North Toraja Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office. The number of samples in this study was 39 people from the entire population. Sampling was carried out by providing written statements or questions to respondents who worked at the Population and Civil Registration Service Office of North Toraja Regency so that they could be answered. The data analysis used is analysis, correlation coefficient (r), coefficient of determination (r²), and T test. The correlation coefficient test (r) results produce a value of 0.692. The coefficient of determination test results (r²) produced a 47.8 or 48% value. This shows that work motivation (X) has a 48% influence on employee performance (Y), while other factors influence the rest. From the results of the t_count and t_count tests above, it can be seen that the t_count value is 5.821, so t_count > t_table. So, this shows that work motivation (X) significantly affects employee performance (Y). Keywords: Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant influence of employee welfare on employee morale at the Sauan Sibarrung Tana Toraja Credit Union. The population in this research is employees who work at the Sauan Sibarrung Tana Toraja Credit Union. The number of samples in this study was 18 people from the entire population. Sampling was carried out by providing written statements or questions to respondents who worked at the Sauan Sibarrung Tana Toraja Credit Union so that they could be answered. The data analysis used is Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination (r2), and t test. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Impact of performance-based budgeting on Government Agencies' performance accountability in the Nagekeo-Flores Regency. The implementation of this performance-based budget utilizes four variables: budget planning (X1), budget implementation (X2), budget accountability (X3), and performance evaluation (X4). The Y variable is Performance Accountability. The study uses primary data. The population in this study consists of the budget and accounting sub-sections of the Financial and Regional Asset Management Agency of Nagekeo-Flores Regency. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the hypothesis test result in this study, the influence of budget implementation, consisting of budget planning, budget implementation, and budget accountability reporting, has a positive and significant effect, and performance evaluation has a negative and significant impact on the performance accountability of Nagekeo Regency Government agencies. Abstract

The industrial revolution requires individuals to think critically and creatively, implemented through entrepreneurship in the form of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), which have become one of the promising business potentials and opportunities. MSMEs are the largest economic actors in the Indonesian economy and play a significant role in building and growing the economy, especially in Indonesia. In facing competition, many business actors use various strategies to develop their trading businesses. One creative strategy to face competition is the strategy of digitalization development. This research aims to identify and analyze the digitalization development strategies and the priority strategies that can be used by MSMEs located in Amarasi District. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The population in this study consists of 24 MSMEs with various characteristics. The sample for this research uses purposive sampling by establishing criteria, resulting in 8 MSMEs. The analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. The outcomes of this research are: 1) Digitalization Development Strategies for MSMEs in Amarasi District, Kupang Regency 2) Publication in a National Accredited Journal Sinta. Abstract

This research examines the multidimensional analysis of understanding, awareness, love of money, and financial conditions concerning the tax compliance of MSMEs in Karanganyar Regency. This research uses micro-scale MSME objects in Karanganyar Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 27.0 to analyze the data. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study consists of 39,908 individual taxpayers of micro-scale SMEs registered with the Cooperative, Small, and Medium Enterprises Office of Karanganyar Regency. The sample in this study was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 100 MSMEs. This study uses the cluster random sampling method. The data collection techniques used in this research are questionnaires, observations, and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that tax understanding does not significantly affect the tax compliance of MSMEs in Karanganyar Regency. Meanwhile, tax awareness, love of money, and financial condition positively and significantly impact the tax compliance of SMEs in Karanganyar Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of welfare using the Zakat Vilage Index (IDZ) in the zakat village in iIloheluma Village, Anggrek District, North Gorontalo Regency. The research was conducted using quantitative method with Descriptive Quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires in the village and supported by observation and documentation. In the zakat village in Iloheluma Village, Anggrek District, North Gorontalo Regency, it was found that there was no calculation of indicators of effective distribution of zakat funds. so that this research can also provide recommendations for the village regarding the work program of the zakat village which will be developed later by the baznas. The results showed that the index value in Iloheluma Village, Anggrek District, North Gorontalo Regency has a zakat index value of 0.57, this shows that the results of this index are at 0.41 - 0.60, which in general the condition of Iloheluma Village is included in the good enough category and can be prioritized to be assisted through the zakat village work program. Abstract

Negeri Amet is one of the villages in Central Maluku Regency in Nusa Laut District. Service to the community is the main task that must be carried out by the staff of the Ameth government. In carrying out community service activities, good human resources are needed by preparing the staff of the Ameth Government to help people in need. People usually come to the office of the Ameth government to take care of population administration. The Ameth Country Management Information System was created to answer the problems that exist in Ameth Country related to population administration. In addition, this system is used to view the Ameth Country Citizen Profile Data. The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis to produce an integrated state administration information system that can be accessed in real time. The study used to support this study uses the Waterfall model with stages such as: 1. System planning, planning related to resource requirements that will be used in the study 2. System analysis is a stage regarding the proposed framework of the system to be built 3. System design, talking about the design of the system to be built 4. System implementation is a stage where the system has been created and is ready to run 5. System maintenance talks about how to maintain applications that have been built, so as to produce a reliable State Ameth Management Information System that can support the service process for the people of the state of Ameth.
