Abstract

ABSTRACT: Water plays an important role in human life, animals, plants and other bodies. The water weneed is water that meets the requirements of good health, physical requirements, chemical, bacteriologicaland radioactive. Uncontaminated water is defined as water that does not contain a specific foreignsubstances in quantities exceeding the limits set so that the water can be used normally. General conditionsfaced Water District Kawangkoan North in connection with customer service that is the difficulty ininstallation or connection to a public that has been registered but has not been connected or has not receivedinstallation, as well as the distribution of water that sometimes substandard home-home customer. As forthe purpose of this study was to determine how the effectiveness of local water companies in North MinahasaDistrict Kawangkoan.The method of this research is qualitative research methods and data collection techniques in this study isthe observation / observation localized research, conduct interviews, and documentation. Abstract

Abstract: Tourism is the pre-eminent sector of local government in supporting local revenue. However, in itsdevelopment is not followed by the development of the potential of the people around the tourism object. Thisresearch was conducted in Kanonang Village, West Kawangkoan Subdistrict, Minahasa District with the objectof research on empowering the village community in supporting tourism sector of Bukit Kasih. Using thequalitative research designs, it is found that the empowerment of Kanonang Empat community in supportingthe tourism sector of Bukit Kasih has not been seen from the effort to create an atmosphere or climate thatenables the development of community's potential or power, strengthen the potential or power of the communityand protect the community through communities are weak to prevent unbalanced competition.Keywords: Empowerment, Society, Tourism

Abstract

ABSTRACT: As stipulated UU.No.32 PP.No.72 2004 and 2005 that the Village Consultative Body (BPD) is an element of governance village with village government, and function establishes the rules the village with the village head, supervise the implementation of regulations and decisions village heads, also serves and share their aspirations is intended to answer the question the extent to which performance of BPD in carrying out its functions and authority in the District of North Oba Tidore Islands.This study used qualitative methods. Informants in this study as many as 16 people were taken by purposive in four villages, the village Ampera, Galala, Gosale, and Bukit Durian, consisting of the village chief, chairman / member of BPD, chairman / LPM members and citizens. Instrument is the researcher's own research, collection using interview techniques. Data analysis with qualitative analysis techniques of Miles and Hubernann.The results showed: (1) The effectiveness of the implementation of the three functions and authority of the BPD generally been pretty good; (2) The level of efficiency of the implementation of the three functions and authority of BPD is already quite good (3) The level of responsiveness in the implementation of the functions and powers of the BPD has also been quite good; (4) The level of accountability in the implementation of the functions and authority of BPD has been quite good.Based on the results of these studies conclude that the performance of the Village Consultative Body in the District of North Oba in carrying out its functions and authority establishes the rules villages along the village chief, overseeing the implementation of regulations and rules the village head, and share their aspirations as well as society in general has been pretty good views of indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, responsiveness, and accountability.Based on the conclusion of the study, it can be put forward suggestions as follows: (1) To improve the quality of human resources performance of BPD and BPD leadership needs to be improved through training in the field of government management. (2) To improve the performance of BPD, the spirit and excitement of labor leaders and members of the BPD should be given adequate support. (3) To improve the performance of BPD BPD should be able to establish good cooperation and harmony with the Government of the Village and the Village Community Institution (LPM, and other PKK).Keywords: Performance, Village Consultative Body (BPD)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the supervision of the Sub-District Head in the administrationof village governance in the Mandolang District of Minahasa Regency. This study uses a descriptivequalitativeapproach. The research informants were the Mandolang Sub-District Head, MandolangDistrict Government Section Head, two Village Heads, two BPD chairmen, and two LPM chairmen; atotal of 10 informants. Data collection uses interview guidelines, while the analytical technique used is theanalysis of interactive models from Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of data analysis,conclusions were drawn: (1) Direct Sub-District Head oversight of village administration is carried outwell through observation, observation or direct examination of the village carried out by the Sub-DistrictHead alone or through the assignment of subordinates; (2) Sub-district Head indirect supervision iscarried out by requesting periodic written reports (every month, quarterly, and every six months)regarding village administration, and village government performance reports at the end of the fiscalyear. Indirect supervision also requests oral and explanatory reports to the village head at the sub-districtcoordination / evaluation of sub-district. Based on this research it is recommended: (1)The Sub-DistrictHead should go down to villages more often to monitor, observe or directly check the running of villageadministration. (2) The Sub-District Head should check / verify the truth of the written report by visitingthe village and having a dialogue with the BPD, LPM, and local village community leaders.Keywords: Supervision, Sub-District Head, Village Government.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Public Service is any activity in the framework of fulfillment of basic needs in accordance withthe basic rights of every citizen or resident of an item, service and administrative service provided by theservice providers related to the public interest. Examples of public services in the form of administrativeservices namely the making of Domicile Letters, Birth Certificates, and Purchase Deed Certificate, servicesin the form of services such as post office and bank. While services in the form of goods such as tax paymentsused for the construction of state infrastructure such as bridges and highways. Quality of service is acondition where created a dynamic relationship between users and service providers, good service, human.Public service is closely related to the ability, responsiveness, timeliness, and available infrastructure. If theservices provided are in accordance with the expected by service users, it can be said that service is a qualityservice. Conversely, if the services provided are not in accordance with the expectations of service users, itcan be said that the service is not qualified. Good service quality is not based on the perspective or perceptionof service providers but rather based on consumer perceptions and rules or provisions about the quality ofservice.Kata kunci: Quality, Public Service, sub-District Government

Abstract

The population in the Talaud Islands, particularly in Beo nearly 90% are Christians.All people always respect one another. They always obey and follow the rules and / or norms, customsand respect among religions. This is reflected in the activities they do every day. Judging from thepeople who so respect the rules and customs applicable in everyday life, the inclusion of theglobalization of information and communication within a community of people who live in Beo,especially for the younger generation can cause a variety of problems, especially in the socio-culturalfield.Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which the impact ofglobalization of information on social and cultural life of the younger generation. This study took placein senior high school (SMA Negeri) 1 Beo Kepulauan Talaud. Design research is a quantitative studywith a sample of 60 respondents / students.The results showed that the opinions of students at SMAN 1 Beo Talaud information aboutthe impact of globalization, the average is still in the category of "medium" or moderate, which isequal to 58.33% of the 60 respondents / students, which is categorized as "low" assessment by 11respondents or 18:33% and categorized as "high" is only 23.34%. As for the social and cultural life,the average is also in the category of "moderate" that is equal to 50%, which is categorized as "low"and categorized as "high" the same judgment that each of 15 respondents, or 25%.Based on the research results, it can be stated that the globalization of information turns outto have a significant impact on social and cultural life of the younger generation.Keywords : Information Globalization, Cultur and Social, Young Generation

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine how the performance of PT PLN in the complaint/ complaintsin the city of sorong, west papua province.This research use method approach of descriptive –qualitative. based on the theoreatical study, the performanceview from the three dimensions of organizational performance the public service namely productivity,responsiveness and accountability. The research informansin the capture of elemen of the of the official/employeePLN the city of sorong as many as 4 people, and community customers of PLN as much as 4 people. Data collectionusing interview guidelines ,while the analysis technique used is the analysis of the interactive model of Miles andhubernann.Based on the results of data analysis on apple conclusion (1) the productivity has been quite good in view of theimplementation of the set, ability carry out the service, the level of achievement, the realization of the operatingbudget, the efficiency of use of facilities/ infrastructure work, and optimilisasi utilization of potensial HUMANresources officer. (2) responsiveness has been quite good in view of programs and actions to respond to customercomplaints, but still less good in view of speed and punctuality (3) accountability is good enough in view of theopenness of the give an answer to the community/ customer about the program as well as customer satisfaction.Starting from the results of the study then can in kemukan some advice : (1) team technical services in the needto consider in more into four tim/ group to four wilayah/ a different location. ABSTRACT : The Earth and building tax is a direct tax that is withheld by the Central Government, butthe results received are intended for community interests in the area corresponding to the layout and thetax object. The existence of tendencies and a sense of reluctance from some community Districts that paytaxes in Eris views from various things relating to public awareness itself due to a weak economy thatfactor in the work of inner as farmers, the Bill that is not in accordance with the objects of taxation andthere are people who deliberately don't want to pay UN.. Therefore, this research aims to know theinfluence of the leadership of the Head of community awareness in the Earth and buildings to pay taxes.The independent variables (free) in this study was leadership of (X) is a capacity that has theability to affect or right to steer, or encourage a person to do everything which is the wisdom or acommand for a particular purpose. The dependent variable (tied) in the penenlitian this is the awarenessof UN Pay as a Variable (Y) the existence of public awareness will encourage a strong desire to improveand develop common interests in order to achieve a better life. The type of research used in this study is aresearch method of quantitative analysis with descriptive statistics, with a view to seeking influencesbetween the dependent variable and independent variable.Overall analysis of the results indicates that the leadership of the Head has a positive influence on theAwareness of society in the pay of the UN in the Sub-District of Eris.
