Abstract

Abstract: Organization of the Government is required in order to have a good quality of work so it can be and start working professionally as well as strengthening the power of lowering public sector organizations. The ability to be competitive can only be shown through the mastery of technical work including mastery of modern technology which is currently the main requirement for being tlah each organization in order to increase productivity and competence the Organization publicly. The purpose of this research is to know the role of the head of the Organization of the Government in the construction of subdistricts in Southeast Minahasa Regency Ratahan. this method used in this research is the way is the qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is used in order to examine the conditions of natural kujungi which is its current status is a key instrument of liquid. The results showed that the role of the head of the Organization of the Government in building the village s good, them is head of s do become basic tasks and functions as leader in Ratahan. In this case the construction of the quality of work the employee s felt by his servants, ranging from the enforcement of discipline with tighter again, his goal in order to get good quality employees and professionals in and start working. The construction of the ability technically, is head of giving encouragement and continue to encourage every employee to update any ability they possess skills to more developed again. Coaching in the use of technology by providing training in operating computers and technology tools to another. However it still contained some shortcomings and constraints so that the impact on the Organization of village government that has not been the maximum.Key Words: The Role Of The Head Of The Organization Of The Government,

Abstract

Service and satisfaction are two things that cannot be separated, because with satisfaction,the relevant parties can correct each other until the services provided are better or worse. It is very influencedby every officer in providing services, in other words, services that can be satisfying are services carried outbased on applicable provisions and can understand what is being asked by the community from thedepartment of service itself. Patient satisfaction is a major challenge in the provision of health servicestoday. In general, plenary health services are health services that include promotive (health improvement),preventive (prevention), curative (treatment), and rehabilitative (recovery). (Law No. 44 of 2009 concerningHospitals). In Law No. 25 of 2009 concerning public services, in Article 18 it is explained that the communityhas the right to obtain quality services in accordance with the principles and objectives of the service.Keywords: Satisfaction, Service, and Hospitalization

Abstract

This research focuses on the problem of implementing public service policies in the Bolaang Mongondow District Population and Civil Registration Office in the manufacture of e-KTP. This research is intended to find out how the implementation of this public service policy has been carried out in the Bolaang Mongondow District Population and Civil Registration Office in the manufacture of e-KTP. And to help the writer understand how the implementation of this public service policy is applied within the scope of regional government, especially the Office of Population and Civil Registration. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods in the Population and Civil Registration Service, the research informants consisted of program implementers (the Local Government of Bolaang Mongondow Regency and Implementing operators) as well as the community obligatory e-KTP. The results showed that the cause of the lack of maximum implementation of public service policies in the Population and Civil Registration Service, especially in the field of e-KTP manufacture, namely facilities and infrastructure in the process of making e-KTP, as well as bad networks. Based on the research findings then; there needs to be a government policy to pay more attention to the needs that are most needed in the Population and Civil Registration Service so that the process of making this e-KTP can run well in accordance with existing procedures. As for the form of good commitment from employees to carry out their duties in subdivision of regional government programs in the field of Population and Civil Registration; there is support from stakeholders and all community components to support the Dinas program to create an orderly society in population administration.Keywords: Policy Implementation, Public Service, Population Administration.

Although the role of the Governmentis experiencing many changes in the Government's task is to give shortmaids the best to thecommunity. The purpose of this study is: to know how the performance of the Government inimproving public services in kelurahan Tingkulu Sub Wanea ManadoThe type of research used in this research is qualitative research. qualitative research is the kindof research that producesinventions that cannot be reached (obtained) byusing statistical procedures or other ways of quantifying (the measurement). Sampling in thisresearch that became an informant and is determined based on Purposive Samplingtechnique,namely the determination of the sample by consideration or particular criteria, so the numberof informants thatthere are as many as 10 people.The results showed Tingkulu village government performance in improving public services is still lesswell seen from theperformance indicators used are: (1) productivity, Accountability (2), (3) the qualityof service, Responsiveness (4), (5)corporate responsibility.Keywords: performance, public services

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to explain the impact of government policy in improving living standard of people in the NainIslands of North Minahasa Regency, in order to improve the welfare of the people. This research uses descriptive methodof qualitative approach, and data collection technique done by observation, interview technique and documentation.Number of informants is 12 (twelve) persons. This research focuses on government policy in the field of entrepreneurship.The analytical techniques used are qualitative analysis models of interactive models from Miles and Huberman. The resultsshowed that the Impact of Government Policy In Improving the Living Standard of People in the Nain Islands NorthMinahasa Regency especially in the field of entrepreneur has not give a significant impact on the community in Nain Island.This is mainly, because the aid programs that are given still pay attention to the relationship of friendship and the nonfunctioningof inter-governmental coordination with the community, the government also does not play an active role inoverseeing the implementation of the community program and the lack of public interest in contributing in the field ofentrepreneurship by the limitations in skillsKeyword : Impact of the Policy, Living Standard, The Peoples

Sambul, M.SiThe rise of competition that exist in every business currently pushing for every business to improve the quality of services provided to consumers so that they feel satisfied. So also in the banking industry. Banking industry have hand in glove related/ relevan to its consumers, because relation between client and banking represent one unity. Both of the components requiring each other. If a costumer is satisfied then they will be loyal to the bank. The relation between costumer satisfaction and costumer loyalty is what seemed to have become a pattern of relation which.In this research, variable satisfaction of costumer used to measure costumer loyality. Object in this research is Bank Sulut Cabang Utama Manado costumer. Quantitative Analysis in this research is done with, normality test, multiple regression analyse, and test multiple partial regression coefficient. While analysis is qualitative obtained from interpretation respondent in this research. Result of research indicated that variable satisfaction of costumer have influence which are significant to costumer loyality.Key words : Costumer satisfaction, and Costumer loyality

Abstract

Organisasi dapat memperoleh manfaat nyata dari evaluasi kinerja, termasuk pengetahuan tentangpegawai yang berkinerja sangat baik dan sangat jelek sehingga bagi pegawai tersebut dapat diberibalas jasa yang adil. Selain itu, organisasi dapat mengetahui informasi mengenai tingkat pengetahuanpegawai, Tingkat pengetahuan karyawan dipandang dapat memberikan konstribusi secara langsungpada produktivitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis Kinerja Dinas Perindustriandan Perdagangan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara Dalam Mengoptimalkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik snowball yang berkompeten menjawabtujuan penelitian, melalui wawancara mendalam yang kemudian hasil penelitian disajikan dandianalisis secara kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan teori dari Bernardin dan Russel (Sudarmanto2009:34), mengemukakan enam dimensi kinerja yaitu: Quality (Kualitas), Quantity (Kuantitas),Timelines (Waktu penyelesaian), Cost effectiveness (penggunaan sumber-sumber organisasi secaraefektif), dan Need for supervisions (kemampuan pegawai bekerja tanpa adanya pengawasan).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan evaluasi kinerja dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan dalampeningkatan pendapan asli daerah, dari segi kualitas kinerja pegawai dinas sudah baik begitupundengan kuantitas dimana berdasarkan laporan tahun 2018 capaian kerja melebihi target yangditetapkan, namun dalam aspek pendapatan asli daerah langsung masih jauh dari harapan, dimanatarget yang ditetapkan pada balai pengujian baranghanya 25 % saja yang tercapai. Kinerja dinasdalam peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD), sumber peningkatan PAD dikategorikan 2 (dua)yakni secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Untuk pendapatan tidak langsung kinerja dinas sudahmelebihi target yang ditetapkan, namun untuk target pendapatan daerah langsung melalui balaipengujian dan sertifikasi mutu barang belum sesuai dengan harapan dikarenakan terkendalaperalatan dan sumber daya. Melalui penelitian ini disarankan kepada pimpinan dinas untuk tetapmenjaga konsistensi kinerja dalam meningkatkan pendapatan daerah tidak langsung sertameningkatkan target pendapatan langsung dengan menambah peralatan dan tenaga ahli.Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Kinerja, Pendapatan Asli Daerah

Abstract

Abstract: Implementation of Population Administration Information System is the implementationof a policy in a web-based system which is based procedures - the procedures and wear specialstandardization. In order to provide effective and efficient services, computerized services wasneeded. In support of the population administration to improve the quality of services performedeither by applying or using the information system of population administration. This study aimsto investigate the implementation of the information system of population administration in theDepartment of Population and Civil Registration Manado obstacles encountered along itsimplementation. The research method used was qualitative, where the technique used datacollection using interviews is to get the necessary information through oral communication directlywith the informant or informants. After interviews with 15 informants, further data collectiontechniques used were observation and documentation field. From the research that has been donein the Department of Population and Civil Registration Manado City can be seen that theimplementation of the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) has been going wellbut there are still obstacles and problems in the process.Keywords : Population Administration Information System Implementation (SIAK).

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of Employee's Competence to EmployeePerformance in District Kawangkoan Utara, based on five competency indicator.This research was conducted in North Kawangkoan Subdistrict with the topics studied concerning theInfluence of Competence on Employee Performance in North Kawangkoan Sub-district which is authorized inexecuting and coordinating the implementation of local government affairs implemented by all regional toolsTo solve the main problem faced in this research method used writer in this research is descriptive analysismethod and simple linear degresi analysis with data collection through Quantitative Data, while the data sourceused is Primary Data obtained directly from the research location through the distribution of questionnaireswith informants related to research problems and secondary data obtained by collecting data through severalliterature, articles, scientific papers, and analysis materials related to this research.The results of this study showed that the influence of competence variables on employee performance in NorthKawangkoan district is 37, 21%. As for the rest of 62, 79% influenced by other factors outside this regressionmodel. This means that together knowledge, skills, self-concept and values, personal characteristics, andmotivation affect the performance of employees in North Kawangkoan Subdistrict. Partially self-concept andvalues have the most dominant influence and motivation has no significant effect on employee performance ofNorth Kawangkoan SubdistrictKeywords: Competence, Performance
