Abstract

Adolescence is a transition from children to adulthood. Teenagers' lives are crucial for their future lives. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of youth counseling programs in the City of Manado population and family planning control agency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The effectiveness of the Youth Counseling Program in Manado City is still not good. In terms of indicators in accordance with the research focus of researchers, namely the objectives, integration, and adaptation of the implementers of this program. It can be seen that this program has clear objectives in accordance with what is stated in the 1945 Constitution and Law no. 52 of 2009 so it needs to be seen also whether it is well integrated and able to adapt.Keywords: Effectiveness, Youth Counseling Program

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study participatory planning for development in the village of Sangkub I,Sangkub District, North Bolaang Mongondow District (Village Fund). This study used a quantitativemethod. Research respondents were 74 informants in Sangkub I village, Sangkub District, BolaangMongondow Regency North, instruments and data collection techniques used are questionnaires andstructured interviews (quide interviews), analytical techniques used to test the hypothesis of simple statisticalanalysis or product moment chore, ask for positive and significant influence on development, which meansthat participatory planning variables are factors be the determinant or determinant of development; 2) Themore well-planned participatory planning, the higher the level of development improvement, especially inSangkub I Village, Sangkub District, Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency.Kata Kunci : Participatory Planning, Development Effectiveness, Village

Abstract

The purpose of this study is how the effect of organizational structure on performance in the tourismdepartment of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This study uses quantitative methods, the populationand sample in this study amounted to 32 samples. The instruments and data collection techniques used werequestionnaires. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis of simple correlation statistical analysis orproduct moment chore. Based on the results of data analysis, conclusions are drawn: 1) OrganizationalStructure has a positive and significant effect on performance in the tourism department of South BolaangMongondow Regency. This means that the better the organizational structure, the higher the performance inthe tourism service; 2) Organizational Structure has a significant correlation and determination(determination) on performance in the tourism department of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Thismeans that the Organizational Structure is one of the dominant determinants of tourism performance in theagency.Kata Kunci : Organization, Performance, Tourism

Abstract

Community participation in development can require a community's ability in community development.Therefore, the fundamental perception of community development is increased democratic participation.Based on the problem, the purpose of this research is to know how community participation in developmentplanning in Hoku-Hoku village Gam West Halmahera Regency.The data analysis techniques used in this study are qualitative data analysis techniques. Data collectiontechniques with observation and interview methods, In depth interview and documentation. The researchinformant is the ones who will be the source of information in this study. The data source and the informantin this study were as many as 7 people.The results show community participation in decision making can be said to be lacking. Communityparticipation in the implementation of activities such as service work or project financed by the Village fundis also very lacking this is conveyed by one of the village devices said that in the implementation of physicalprojects infrastructure does not involve the whole community only a small part of those who have expertiseas a builder. Community participation in the evaluation of development programs can be said to be quitehigh because in various activities including physical development of village infrastructure, the communityhas begun to critically even they do not hesitate-hesitate to report to the authorities if they find the rightsdeviant or the implementation of the activity is not according to the plan set.Keywords: community participation, planning, development

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has very many tourist objects to go. With that, Indonesia has the capital to attract foreign tourist to visit Indonesia. The presence off oreign tourists does have a good influence on Indonesia, especially in economic sector. To support this, the Presidential Regulation No. 21 of 2016 concerning visa-free visits was made. Policies taken by the government to make it easier for foreign countries to visit Indonesia. Including the province of North Sulawesi, which is now the focus of research. By using qualitative methods, so as to obtain data through direct observation and in-depth interviews with several informants. The results of this study indicatethat, in terms of communication has been going well. Then in terms of resources it is good, butt here must be additional staff becauseof a short age of workers. Then from the disposition or attitude of the employee, it has gone very well. From the bureaucratic structure it has also been arranged very well. However, in this policy, there are still problems, which is theuse of visa-free visits for those who have not fully understood this policy. Then, there are too many countries granted visa exemptions to Indonesia, whichis 169 countries.Keywords: implementation, visit visa-free policy.

Abstract

library service is the core of all activities of the library. The success of an institution the libraryis highly determined by the quality of library services, which occurs in almost all low level library his visitor deserted from visitors, the service provided by the library are still less interested and utilized. Based onthe background of the problem then this research aims to analyze why the library services are notattractive to and utilized by users, as well as a review of library services in improving the quality of theFaculty of law The University Of Sam Ratulangi.This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. The technique of Data collection is the empirical factscollected by the Researcher for the purpose of solving a problem or answer a question of research. In thisstudy using this type of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data that is directly recorded onsite research through an in-depth interview obtained through observations conducted by the Researchersthemselves. Secondary data is data processed or the data has been published officially obtained from newsmedia, documentation and archive instances related to library services.The results showed that that the elements supporting the activities of the service in the library of theFaculty of law of the University of Sam Ratulangi inadequate compliance with the expectations of theuser, it is visible on the facilities, collections, librarians and users still very minimalKeywords: Services, library

Abstract

The organizational culture in Kanonang Tiga Village is called Kerukunan or Pillars. In which themembers are families in Kanonang Tiga Village or outside the village, each member is obliged to pay thesettlement fees set by the respective pillars, which later the collected funds will be given to the families ofthe members of the pillars that occur. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Theinformants in this study include the Head of Kanonang Tiga Village, Secretary of Kanonang Tiga Village,Management and Members of the Family Pillars, Management and Members of the Three Pillars ofKanonang Village, Managers and Members of the Neighborhood Association. Data collection techniquesused by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of thestudy show that the application of the Involment dimension in the deliberation has been going well andmust always express a common interest and also accept every opinion. Consistency in unity and unitybecomes very important because without the existence of unity and unity then what was previously thegoal and target will not be maximally achieved. adaptability is a way to maintain togetherness in thisorganization between management and members who are still awake and up to now maintained. MissionDimension The implementation of goals and missions in the organization has been running well, onlythere are only a few parties who have not optimally carried out their responsibilities. The advice given inthis research is if it continues to maintain things that are already good in this community organization inorder to achieve organizational goals.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Society.

Abstract

Public welfare is the aim and effort of the government through efforts such as increasing economic growth.To improve community welfare is inseparable from the implementation of policies. In implementing existingpolicies, development must be truly carried out in accordance with what is formulated by the villageapparatus and the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of communitywelfare improvement policies in East Towuntu Village, Pasan Sub-District, Southeast Minahasa Regency.This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used wereobservation, interviews and documentation. To see how the implementation of community welfareimprovement policies in East Towuntu Village. In terms of indicators in accordance with the research focusof researchers, namely Idealized polic, Target groups, Implementing organizations, and Environmentalfactors. In reality, the implementation of policies to improve welfare for development also has not yetbecome a priority but has been forced to work, even though the results have not yet benefited the community,and need attention to the government of East Towuntu Village. In compiling planning, the villagegovernment should conduct a comprehensive study so that the results of development are right on targetand in accordance with needs, not just thinking that the important thing is not to break the rules, in the endone of the objectives of the dandes is to improve community welfare.Keywords: Implementation, Improvement, Community welfare.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to explain the level of community participation in the development of Nagavillage, Ibu Tenggah, West Halmahera Regency. The study uses qualitative approach methods. Theinformant is one person as the head of the village, two people as a village officer/device, two as the head ofthe ward, and five people as the whole society as many as ten Informans. Based on the results of the studyshowed (1) community participation in decision making related to the development of Naga village, IbuTenggah, West Halmahera Regency may still be lacking, some people prefer to give authority Decisionmaking is done by the village apparatus although basically the village head and its ranks to take decisionsrelated to the development of the village adapted to the wishes of the village community related to thedevelopment of the village itself however. (2) Community participation in the construction of Naga village,Ibu Tenggah, West Halmahera Regency has been very good, where both people and village governmentswant to cooperate and mutual cooperation in the implementation of Village development Especially in thedevelopment and provision of facilities and infrastructure as well as village Infrastructuretus. In theimplementation of government programs also people always participate in it as evidence of theirparticipation both physically and nonphysically. (3) Community participation in the development results ofNaga Village, Ibu Tenggah, West Halmahera Regency has been very good. The awareness and sense ofresponsibility instilled by the village government to the community is extraordinary so that people are ableto utilize the results very well to be managed to become potential that can increase the resources People andnatural resources around them. People here care deeply and keep the results of their hard work and mutualassistance in development. Each development program and outcome is allocated evenly. (4) Communityparticipation in the evaluation related to the development of Naga village, Ibu Tenggah, West HalmaheraRegency has been quite good from the village government to have a meeting every month and each yearwith the community to listen to the input and of community-related developments.Keywords: Community Participation, Developmen,Village

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Public participation is as a form of the involvement of members of the community in alldevelopment which includes activities in the planning and implementation of development programs.Community participation in the form of participation is supporting success program given by thegovernment. Program Development programs village axis road in the village aims to public welfare is tomake access easier in doing their activity originally road conditions unfit for impassable winter hence inexpect participation of the community to resolve existing problems in the village.This study attempts to describe participation in rural development planning through musrenbangin lalumpe village motoling. Research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. But speakersthis study of them are village officials and villagers lalumpe. Data collection , reduction data, presentationof data, and the withdrawal of conculusion.The result showed that villagers lalumpe in motoling district minahasa selatan gave participationand support in development village road. Villagers lalumpe willing to give their participation in any activityconducted the participation in planning, participation in benefit, participation in evaluation. In this researchshows that public participation can be assessed good demonstrated by the role of the active in thedevelopment although it needs evaluation in development village road in order to resolve wellAdvice given in this research is that the program can be accomplished with coordination namelywith the community to the people support fully in the smooth development of village road.Keywords : Public Participation.
