Abstract

 Abstract: The Electronic commerce or E-commerce is one form of development in the field of technology, it looks promising, e-commerce makes economic actors especially micro small and medium enterprises to compete and start utilize the technology, many micro small and medium enterprises that implement e-commerce systems in running their business, but from the number of transactions e-commerce in Indonesia still shows the number of transactions that are classified as low. apart from e-commerce, social media and mobile devices is also a form of world development, it used to communicate and many others, MSMEs involving social media and mobile devices in running a business, From the data there are two objectives to be achieved is what is the role of social media and mobile devices on e-commerce in MSMEs, and to ensure that the intended objectives can be achieved, qualitative methods used as a research method, as well as conducting in-depth interviews. From the interview found that the results of social media into the media in promoting and also interact with buyers and mobile devices into a tool to carry out payment transactions. And recommendations obtained after this research is MSME should maximize the use of social media and mobile devices.Keywords: e-commerce, micro small medium enterprise, social media, mobile device

Abstract

Abstrak: Profitabilitas merupakan salah satu indikator dalam mengukur kinerja suatu lembaga keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal, kepemilikan institusional dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas. Struktur modal diukur dengan DER, kepemilikan institusional diukur dengan persentase kepemilikan saham oleh institusi, ukuran perusahaan diukur dengan total aset, dan profitabilitas diukur dengan ROA. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Industri Keuangan Non Bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode penelitian 2013-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dan diperoleh 17 perusahaan yang digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian secara simultan struktur modal, kepemilikan institusional dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Perusahaan diharapkan dapat lebih efektif mengelola aset yang dimiliki untuk meningkatkan profitabilitasnya. Optimalisasi perusahaan juga perlu dalam mengembangkan usahanya agar tidak terpaku dengan ukuran perusahaannya saja, namun juga lebih berfokus kepada pengelolaan bisnis inti perusahaan. Kata Kunci: struktur modal, kepemilikan institusional, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, products and service compete market increasingly numerous and varied due to the oponsess of the market. The company is also required to be more responsive in observing the needs and desires of what it takes consumers to know what community wants  and fulfill the desire and one of them is cottages. The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between service quality on customer satisfaction of Cottages in Manado, survey questionnaire was constructed with 23 service quality items covering 5 service quality dimensions based on SERVQUAL model. This research using literature review in order to formulate the Hypothesis. The population of this reseach is Foreign Tourists in Manado and 100 respondents Foreign Tourist in Manado. This research conducted by a quantitative method to support the hypothesis. By using a Multiple Regression Analysis Model, there are significant effect between responsiveness and assurance on customer satisfaction simulaneously. Based on the result by SPSS, the data is normally distribute, no multicolinearity, no heteroscedasticity and no autocorrelation. Cottage Business should care about Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy on customer satisfaction so that through this research the company can get more information about the fact which happens.Keywords: service quality, cutsomer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam dunia bisnis, baik bagi perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur maupun jasa, tentulah sangat penting untuk menyadari bahwa kelangsungan hidup perusahaan lebih penting daripada sekedar laba yang besar. Hal ini sangat penting, karena lokasi berdirinya perusahaan akan mempengaruhi bukan saja komponen internal perusahaan, tetapi juga komponen eskternal serta variabel-variabel penentu lain seperti biaya dan mata uang. Manajemen gudang sangat penting untuk kelangsungan usaha, sebab gudang berkaitan langsung dengan penjualan. CV. Pasific Indah Manado merupakan distributor pertama di Sulawesi Utara, dalam hal ini mendistribusikan bahan-bahan makanan dengan merek KoePoe KoePoe dan Dua Belibis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem manajemen pergudangan yang diterapkan dan yang sesuai pada CV. Pasific Indah Manado. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan menerapkan sistem FIFO (First In First Out). Administrasi gudang yang ada pada perusahaan ini sudah memiliki standar operasional prosedur yang jelas dan relatif efektif. Namun dalam tata letak pergudangan belum memiliki aliran pergudangan yang jelas, sebaiknya penyusunan barang disusun sesuai dengan jenisnya dan memakai kode atau papan nama barang sehingga mempermudah untuk mencarinya. Strategi tata letak yang disarankan sebaiknya mengelompokkan barang sesuai dengan jenis serta ukuran besar kecilnya barang. Kata Kunci: gudang, sistem manajemen pergudangan, administrasi, tata letak

Abstract

Abstract: Usually consumer must use transportation like bus, mikrolet, taxi and motor taxi,, but now consumer have freedom to choose a transportation model with more convenience, cheaper, faster, more reliable, and very accessible only with smartphone application.. The online transportation businesses in Manado City that are operating right now are Gojek, Grab, and Uber. As the traffic jam at this city is increasing day by day, it’s helps people so much. It also has an affordable price. This study is to investigate the influence of corporate reputation on the brand loyalty of Gojek. This research use a quantitative method and simple regression analysis with total sample 50 university student. The result shows that the corporate reputation has a significantly influence the brand loyalty at Gojek Manado. The customer choose Gojek as their priority in choosing an online transportation because of several causes which are: Gojek always give the customer a good service and always take a good responsibility to the customers. The management of Gojek Manado should stabilize the system in the working place to create a greater corporate reputation in purpose to get the consumer loyalty and lead the online transportation business. Keywords: brand loyalty, corporate reputation

Abstract

Abstrak: Gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja yang baik dapat juga menunjang keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Setiap organisasi baik negeri atau swasta kepimpinannya selalu berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan, gaya seorang pemimpin merupakan salah satu tolak ukur bagi maju dan mundur sebuah organisasi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Cabang Karombasan. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Cabang Karombasan.Medote yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif (analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, koefisien Derterminasi, dan Koefisien Kolerasi).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas (kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya Organisasi dan disiplin kerja) merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat (kinerja karyawan)Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan atau bersama-sama. Namun budaya organisasi lebih domain mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dibandingkan dengan kepemimpinan transformasional dan disiplin kerja.. Untuk itu perusahaan diharapkanmenjaga keharmonisan yang terjadi dalam perusahaan. Pimpinan harus lebih sering berinteraksi secara langsung dengan para karyawan sehingga pimpinan bias mengetahui permasalahan apa yang terjadi yang terkait dengan kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja kerja

Abstract

Abstract: Types of businesses keep on evolving and improving; the emergence of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) proves as one of the solution for many entities to start a business with many kind of advantages. However the current status quo shows that lots of Small and Medium Enterprises failed to survive the competition which leads to the business to shut down their current operation. This research aims to analyze the determinants that affect the survival of SMEs in Manado, in this case are Human Capital, Vocational Skills, Entrepreneurial Skills and Research and Development. This study uses quantitative method with questionnaires used to collect the data, this research use Multiple Linear Regression as the tool of analysis. The samples in this research are 75 SMEs owners that already run the business for at least 6 months. The findings revealed that Human Capital and Research and Development have positive relationship but no significant influence toward the Survival of SMEs, while Vocational Skills and Entrepreneurial Skills have positive relationship and significant influence toward the Survival of SMEs. From the results, it is recommended to create a business incubator and entrepreneurial seminar in order to give better chance for SMEs to survive. Keywords: human capital, vocational skills, entrepreneurial skills, research and development, survival of SMEs

Abstract

Abstrak: Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam suatu perusahaan agar tetap bertahan. Jika perusahaan tidak memiliki  SDM yang memadai, maka perusahaan tersebut tidak akan bisa berkembang dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja, kemampuan kerja dan komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank SulutGo KCP Ranotana. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan populasi sebanyak 30 orang dan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Analisis data statistik menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan program computer SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja, kemampuan kerja dan komunikasi internal secara simultan tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank SulutGo KCP Ranotana. Untuk uji secara parsial juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengalaman kerja, kemampuan kerja dan komunikasi internal tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk karyawan PT. Bank SulutGo KCP Ranotana agar terus menjaga hubungan komunikasi  internal terhadap sesama karyawan maupun dengan atasan, terus tingkatkan kemampuan kerja masing-masing karyawan, dan dapat membantu sesama rekan kerja sehingga mereka dapat menguasai jenis pekerjaan yang mereka tekuni. Kata Kunci: pengalaman kerja, kemampuan kerja, komunikasi internal, kinerja karyawan

Abstract: the world now has facing the industry challenge where most of the company compete to create another way and fresh idea about how the product should be marketed and consumed by consumers continuously and sustainably, specially for the premium product. it takes strategy as a guideline for deploying the mission and goals to be achieved by the company. Limitations in resources and the uncertainty of the strength of the broader market competition require the right strategy in marketing. Price is something that is used as a measure or indication of the value and the benefits of consumers, and for premium product, of course it needs Premium pricing strategy, which is one of the strategies in pricing the high price level. It is done as a form of imaging that the value of the products offered are value and high quality, and it is challenging for the company since premium product treatment is quite different with regularly product, what separate it is value is the price itself. Keyword: Premium Price, Willing to pay

Abstract

Abstract: Social status and class system exist within every country of the world, in social life, we can see that there is a differentiation prevailing in social life. The purpose of this study is to analysis the Impact of Social Class Role towards Women's Career with a case study on employees at Bank OCBC NISP Branch Manado and Bank BNI regional Office Branch Manado. This research is using qualitative research method that explores the theories from several journal, articles, book and previous research. This research uses an exploratory approach with in-depth interviews to collect data from ten informants. Respondents were chosen by purposive sampling. The results indicate that their feel it is their pride to be career women who have achievements with the social class they have. Starting from be proud of career achievements, proud of achievements in social class position of the strata, and pride in the level of education, experience, work achievements. It can make them feel more Respected and more Appreciated in lives of their career. It also can bring a motivation in social life and career life that is to be a motivation to get a better career (position). Researcher recommend for all the women’s career by having a social class, employees must be more responsible. Therefore, must pay more attention to attitudes and behavior and maintain the good name of the company. Keywords: social class, social status, women, career, role of social class, women’s career
