Abstract

The rapid spread of the COVID-19 outbreak has resulted in disruptions to banking performance and financial system stability. In response to this the government made one of the credit relaxation policies through credit restructuring for debtors affected by Covid 19. This debt restructuring provides relief for debtors to fulfill their obligations which indirectly the company has to opportunity to be able to allocate funds to the company’s operation first in the hope that this has an impact on imporving financial performance. This study aims to find out how the impact or influence of credit restructuring on financial performance during the covid 19 pandemic. This study uses a non-experimental quantitative approach in cross sectional, by collecting data to calculate profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, collectability ratios, which are taken from financial statements taken at PT. Pegadaian Cabang Bisnis Mikro Manado Selatan. Financial reports for 2020-2022 when the pandemic occurred. The results of this study indicate that from the data obtained from the financial statements by calculating the profitability ratio, liquidity ratio, collectability ratio, it shows that the company still has the ability to meet its obligations during this pandemic, even though the credit restructuring is extended .   Keywords: financial performance, financial restructuring, restructuring, finance

Abstract

Product Placement and Influencer Marketing are types of marketing strategy that uses media such as Movies and TV Shows and also social media. The product will be promoted throughout the show and also through famous influencer in order for the brand to gain more recognition. Brand awareness are customers’ ability to recall and to use the product from a certain brand after seeing them and to buy them in the future. This paper consists of study on Generation Z’s behavior especially for the awareness of the brand through product placement that appears on Movies and TV Shows and also Influencer Marketing across social media platform. The result was taken from 100 Generation Z who lives in Manado and have interest on Movies and TV Shows along with influencers on social media. According to the findings, the people found that product placement has a significant impact towards the awareness of the brand and that influencers marketing has less impact due to the lack of trust that they have on the review that was done by the influencers.    Keyword: product placement, influencer marketing, brand awareness

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of integrated value on student purchse intention in the pubgm game at Bontang. The independent variables used in this research are enjoyment value, visual authority value, and monetary value, while the dependent variable is purchase intention. This research uses primary data obtained from questionnaires measured with the Likert scale. The sample is the esport game player in Bontang. Test instruments are performed using Validity and Reliability Tests. The regression results show that monetary value a positive and significant effect on student purchase intention in the pubgm game, whileenjoyment value and visual authority value exerts no influence on purchase intention.   Keywords: enjoyment value, visual authority value, monetary value and purchase intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the daily experience of the ability in using information technology (IT) by older workers at Dinas Pangan Daerah Sulut, to identify the factors that affect the ability of older workers in the usage of IT at Dinas Pangan Daerah Sulut, and also to identify ways in which Dinas Pangan Daerah Sulut needs to implement strategies that will contribute to work performance and overall effectiveness for older workers in using and developing Information Technology. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection using interviews with 10 civil servants at Dinas Pangan Daerah Sulut who are over 50 years old or classified as older workers. Results found that daily experience of older workers’ ability in using information technology still has difficulties in using software that has a high complexity of use. On the positive side, information technology is a tool that can help them increase their work performance. The ability in using IT of older workers IT influenced by age, intention, educational background, and also financial factors that support IT facilities for older workers. Older workers need good management innovations such as direct and indirect training as well as good work synergy between generations in the workplace. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh Perencanaan karir penilaian prestasi kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Balai Prasarana Pemukiman Wilayah Sulawesi Utara. Metode Pengumpulan Data disini dengan cara membagikan Kuesioner kepada pegawai di Balai Prasarana Pemukiman Wilayah Sulawesi Utara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 51 pegawai dan mereka dijadikan sampel. Metode Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang dimana pengambilan sampel adalah semua karyawan dengan jumlah sampel 51 pegawai. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diuji secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan karir berpengaruh positif tidak  signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan penilaian prestasi kerja  dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama perencanaan karir, penilaian prestasi kerja dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.   Kata Kunci: perencanaan karir, penilaian prestasi kerja, pelatihan, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Employee performance is a result achieved by employees in their work according to applicable criteria. Good employee performance is one of the most important factors in the efforts of an organization. Good communication will improve employee performance individually and collectively.With effective communication between employees, it will make employees comfortable at work so as to reduce conflict among employees. A good work environment will contribute to employee performance at work. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of conflict, environment, and communication toward toward employee performance at Office Education Regional of North Sulawesi Provincial. The populations in this study were all ASN/PNS employee at Office Education Regional of North Sulawesi Provincial, totaling 130 people. The sample in this study uses the Slovin formula to determine the numbers of sample are 57 respondents. The research method using multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis used included the research instrument test (validity and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test) and hypothesis testing (t test, F test and coefficient of determination). With this test, it can be seen how the independent variables influence the dependent variable. The results of this study found that the conflict had influence on employee performance, environment had influence on employee performance, and communication had influence on employee performance, conflict, environment, and communication simultaneously influence employee performance toward Office Education Regional of North Sulawesi Provincial.    Kata Kunci: konflik, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, kinerja pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product prices and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Fellow Coffee. This study uses quantitative methods and uses multiple linear regression tests to determine the effect of product prices and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction. The sample of this research is 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling and the data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire run through the Google Form.Testing and data analysis in this study using SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that product price (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Store atmosphere (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Product price (X1) and store atmosphere (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The R square value obtained from the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.486 explains that 48.6% of customer satisfaction can be explained by product prices and store atmosphere. Meanwhile, the remaining 51.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.   Keywords: product price, store atmosphere, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) adalah seseorang yang bekerja sebagai penggerak dan menjadi salah satu faktor yang sangat penting bahkan tidak dapat lepas dari sebuah organisasi, baik instansi maupun perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja Karyawan (Studi pada Freshmart Department Store Bahu) secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, dimana jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil uji secara parsial, diperoleh Motivasi dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja di Freshmart Department Store Bahu, sedangkan untuk Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja di Freshmart Department Store Bahu, serta uji secara simultan diperoleh Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja di Freshmart Department Store Bahu.   Kata Kunci: motivasi, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, kualitas kehidupan kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengukur adanya reaksi pasar modal sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman kebijakan PPKM darurat dilihat dari abnormal return dan trading volume activity pada Sektor Pariwisata yang terdaftar di BEI. Periode pengamatan dilakukan selama 5 hari sebelum dan 5 hari sesudah peristiwa. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 29 Perusahaan Pariwisata yang aktif di BEI. Dengan pengujian menggunakan one-sample Kolmogorov-smirnov test untuk mengetahui apakah data terdistribusi normal atau tidak dan uji gabungan atau paired sample t-test untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peristiwa pengumuman kebijakan PPKM darurat tidak memiliki kandungan informasi yang menyebabkan pasar modal bereaksi. Dibuktikan dari hasil uji normalitas dan uji gabungan (paired sample t-test) yang tidak terdapatnya hasil yang signifikan pada abnormal return dan trading volume activity sebelum dan susudah peristiwa.   Kata Kunci: event study, abnormal return, trading volume activity

Abstract

R-Zone merupakan UMKM Cafe yang telah bukasejak tahun 2018 yang menyediakan berbagai varianmakanan dan minuman serta beroperasi setiap hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhelectronic word of mouth, lokasi dan harga terhadap minatbeli baik secara simultan maupun parsial pada R-Zone Cafe Langowan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptifkuantitatif. Pengambilan data menggunakan angketkueasioner dengan sampel 100 responden yang ditentukandengan rumus Yamane. Teknik analisis yang digunakanadalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa electronic word of mouth secara parsialtidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. Lokasi secara parsialberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minatbeli. Electronic word of mouth, lokasi dan harga secarasimultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minatbeli di R-Zone Cafe Langowan. R-Zone Cafe Langowan agar lebih memperhatikan lagi electronic word of mouth denganmengelola lagi sosial media agar para konsumen bisa lebihmudah mendapatkan informasi secara online.
