Abstract

Purpose Effect of Motivation and Work Environment Performance of Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan South Sumatera Province. This type of research used in this research is associative research that is a research statement that is asking the relationship between two or more variables. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the results of this study can be concluded, first, Simultaneous Testing at a confidence level of 95% shows there is a significant influence between motivation and work environment on employee performance in the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sumatra Province. Second, partial testing at 95% confidence level shows that there is a significant influence of motivation on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Office of South Sumatra Province. Third, partial testing at the 95% confidence level shows that there is a significant influence of the work environment on the performance of employees in the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sumatra Province. Researchers provide recommendations to the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sumatra Province, namely first, leaders must increase their motivation through work environment conditions. Second, the leader gives adequate compensation. Third, the status and responsibilities so that employees are willing to improve performance voluntarily without coercion. Fourth, we must pay attention to the work environment of employees, especially through air temperature, noise and employee relations so that employees are willing to obey the rules and norms that apply in the company, so that employee performance also improves.

Abstract

The Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) is one part of the structure and spearhead of the Ministry of Religion in religious service and guidance in the community. As a technical unit dealing directly with the community, the performance of KUA employees will be a concern. The Factors can affect the performance among leadership, motivation and work discipline. This research aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and work discipline on the performance of KUA employees in Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research is a quantitative study with causal descriptive analysis techniques, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient tests. Data were collected using a questionnaire with 114 respondents. Based on the results of data processing with the coefficient of determination or Ajusted R Square 0.422, shows that employee performance is influenced by leadership, motivation and work discipline by 42.2%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this study. the F test results obtained Fcount > Ftable (28.520 > 3.08), with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, this shows that leadership, motivation and work discipline together have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Partially, leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, while motivation does not significantly influence the performance of KUA employees in Musi Banyuasin Regency. In addition to the factors of good leadership and high work discipline, the Ministry of Religion in particular the head of the KUA needs to pay attention to matters that can increase the motivation of KUA employees in order to improve their performance in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment and work motivation both together and partially on the performance of employees at the Musi Banyuasin District Office. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data from the answers of 111 respondents. The analytical model used is multiple linear regression analysis and through testing of validity and reliability instruments. Data tests are normality test and linearity test and multicollinearity test model and heteroscedasticity test. The results of the F-Test show that there is a positive and significant influence of discipline, environment and work motivation together on employee performance. The results of the T-test show that there is a positive and significant influence on discipline, environment and work motivation partially on employee performance. Increasing and decreasing discipline, work environment and work motivation influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study is entitled Implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Against Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty at PT. Indonesia Port Corporation Container Terminal (PT. IPC TPK) in SUMBAGSEL. This research method uses descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, with the path analysis model. The results of the study answer the problem formulation which is also the purpose of this study. First, the customer / focusing on key customers has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Second, customer / focusing on key customers has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Third, Organizing around CRM has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Fourth, Organizing around CRM has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Fifth, Managing knowledge has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Sixth, Managing knowledge has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Seventh, incorporating CRM-based technology has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Eighth, incorporating CRM-based technology has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Ninth, Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on PT. Indonesia Port Corporation Container Terminal (PT. IPC TPK) Sumbagsel. Through the path analysis it is concluded that the path for the four independent variables and the two more effective dependent variables is the direct influence pathway, this can be seen from all the values ​​of the direct pathway value is higher if compared to the path of indirect influence. Researchers provide recommendations, first carry out new investments to replace equipment facilities that are old and often suffer damage according to customer needs. Second, make service service agreement (SLA) contract agreements and commit according to customer wishes. Third, make communication via social media be it Whatsapp, Facebook and so on as the customer wishes. Fourth, provide special training for officers who deal directly with CRM activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to research on Work Discipline and Communication on Teachers’ Performance at SMK Negeri 2 OKU. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Based on the data analysis and partial discussion, the work discipline supports the performance of the teachers of SMK Negeri 2 OKU, with the results of T count (4,198)> T table (2,055), and communication increasing for the performance teachers of SMK Negeri 2 OKU, with the results of Tcount (3,433)> Ttable (2,055). And it works simultaneously on performance communication with SMK N 02 OKU teachers, with results calculated (70,935)> f table (3.37). The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) shows the teacher's performance (Y) increases by 84.5% by working coordination variables (X1) and communication (X2) while receiving 15.5% produced by other variables not related in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada cv sumber berkat mandiri di baturaj. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang diperoleh persamaan hasil regresi linear berganda Y=5.141+0,484X₁+0,285X₂. Adapun hasil nilai R koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh dengan tabel pedoman interpretasi, maka dapat dilihat bahwa r = 0,760 berada pada interval 0,60-0,79 berarti hubungan antara Kecerdasan Intelektual (X₁) dan Kecerdasan Emosional (X₂) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada CV Sumber Berkat Mandiri di Baturaja adalah kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi R squarese besar 0,578 hal ini berarti bahwa pengaruh variabel Kecerdasan Intelektual (X₁) dan Kecerdasan Emosional (X₂) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 57,8 %. Pengujian hipotesis uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa diketahui nilai variabel Kecerdasan Intelektual t hitung > t tabel atau 4,320 > 2,036. Kemudian variabel Kecerdasan Emosional diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 2,399 > 2,036. Hal ini bahwa Kecerdasan Intelektual dan Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV Sumber Berkat Mandir di Baturaja. Pengujian hipotesis uji F diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau 21.922 > 3,29. Hal ini berarti bahwa Kecerdasan Intelektual dan Kecerdasan Emosional secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV Sumber Berkat Mandiri di Baturaja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect student interest in entrepreneurship at STIE Dwi Sakti Baturaja. The method used in this research is descriptive and this research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results showed that based on the partial test there was an effect of entrepreneurship education (X1) and personality (X3) on the interest in entrepreneurship (Y) in STIE Dwi Sakti Baturaja students, while the family environment (X2¬) had no effect. Simultaneously there is the influence of entrepreneurship education (X1), family environment (X2¬), and personality (X3) on the interest in entrepreneurship (Y) in STIE Dwi Sakti Baturaja students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Organizational Culture, Locus Of Control, and Job Stress Against Employee Performance of the Transportation Office of Oku, the population in this study were all employees of the Transportation Office of Oku who were 76 Civil Servants (PNS), the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the F test calculation obtained the calculated F value of 926.756 while the F table was 2.73. This means that Simultaneously Organizational Culture, locus of control, and Job Stress significantly influence the performance of the Oku Transportation Department. Adjusted Square value of 0.974 or (97.4%) this shows the Effect of Organizational Culture, Locus Of Control, and Job Stress on Employee Performance of the Transportation Department of Oku by 97.4% while the remaining 2.6% is influenced and explained by other variables which is not included in this research model such as Work Discipline and Leadership Style.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the liquidity ratio and profitability ratio in the financial statements of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The results showed that the current ratio, cash ratio, fast ratio and cash turnover ratio of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk in 2015-2019 were above 100%, meaning that PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk had a very high ability to cover all of its short-term liabilities during 2015-2019. The results of the analysis of the profitability ratio of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk show that the average gross profit margin ratio for 2015-2019 is 35.39% which means that every Rp. 1.00 of sales during 2015-2019 can resulting in a gross profit of 35.39%. The average net profit margin ratio (net profit margin) for 2015-2019 was 11.12%, which means that every Rp. 1.00 of sales during 2015-2019 can generate net profit after tax of 11.12%. The average economic profitability ratio (basic earning power) in 2015-2019 was 5.97%, which means that each use of Rp. 1.00 of total assets during 2015-2019 can generate net profit before tax of 5.97%. The average return on investment ratio for 2015-2019 is 4.28%, which means that every Rp1.00 of total assets used can generate an after-tax profit of 4.28%. The average return on equity (return on equity) in 2015-2019 is 5.49%, which means that every Rp. 1.00 of equity used can generate net profit after tax of 5.49%.

Abstract

Based on the results of data analysis using multiple linear regression calculations, the t count obtained for Murabahah Financing (X1) with Profitability is 4,096 means that there is an influence between Murabahah Financing (X1) on Profitability. T count value obtained for Musyarakah Financing (X2) with profitability is -1,626 means there is an influence between Musyarakah Financing (X2) on Profitability. The t count obtained for Mudharabah Financing (X3) with Profitability is 1,683 means that there is an influence between Mudharabah Financing (X3) on Profitability. While testing together has a significant influence on Murabahah, Musyarakah and Mudharabah financing variables on Profitability with F count of 7,676. While the coefficient of determination Adjusted R square value is 0.513, this means that the percentage contribution of Murabahah (X1), Musyarakah (X2) and Mudharabah (X3) variables on profitability is 513% while the remaining 487% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
