Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kewirusahaan korporasi terhadap kinerja usaha (Studi Kasus pada Usaha Roti di Baturaja Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu). Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji t, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa koefisien t hitung kewirausahaan korporasi (X) terhadap kinerja usaha (Y) sebesar 3,984 dengan t-tabel 2,048 artinya thitung > ttabel (3,984 > 2,048) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kewirausahaan korporasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha di Baturaja Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Besarnya kontribusi determinasi (R2) kewirausahaan korporasi terhadap kinerja usaha roti Baturaja Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu sebesar 0,362. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kewirausahaan korporasi berpengaruh sebesar 36,20% terhadap kinerja usaha sedangkan sisanya sebesar 63,80% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini. Peneliti menyarangkan agar pengusaha roti di Baturaja Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu terus meningkatkan kinerja usaha melalui penerapan kewirausahaan korporasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, learning strategy and principal leadership on teachers' performance in public Elementary Schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin District. The research design used is associative or correlational research because it connects independent variables with dependent variables. The analysis model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The population was 104 and a sample of 83 respondents were Elementary School Teachers in Sekayu District. The study concluded, first, the Work Environment, Learning Strategy and Principal Leadership had a significant effect on the Performance of Teachers of Public Elementary Schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin District. Second, there is a significant relationship between Work Environment Variables on Teacher Performance Variables. Third, Learning Strategies on Teacher Performance. Fourth, there is a significant relationship between Principal Leadership Variables on Teachers' Performance in Public Elementary Schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competency, motivation and discipline together and partially on Employee Performance in the Province of South Sumatra. The design of this research is associative research by connecting between independent and dependent variables. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data, and respondents' answers were as many as 182 study samples of PDAM employees in South Sumatra Province. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and through testing the validity and reliability. Test data used to determine the characteristics of the data are the normality test and linearity test. The test model used consists of multicollinearity and linearity tests, assisted by SPSS for windows analysis tool with a significant level of α is 0.05.The results of multiple linear regression testing show competence, motivation and discipline together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence, motivation and discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research discusses work motivation, loyalty and work environment on employees’ performance at PT. Arisma Indonesia Merdeka. The population in this study was 43 employees at PT. Arisma Indonesia Merdeka. The analytical method used is a quantitative method by using the Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool that uses validity and reliability testing, and T test and F test. The results obtained in this study explain the value of t calculated work motivation (X1) is 4.143 greater Compared with t table value of 2.022 which means positive work motivation variables on employees’ performance, t loyalty count (X2) of 4.483 is greater than t table of 2.022 which means positive loyalty variables on employees’ performance and work environment t count (X3) of 3.242 is greater when compared with t table of 2.022, which means that the positive work environment variable on employees’ performance. While testing simultaneously (F Test) work motivation, loyalty and work environment variable, f count 33.919 is greater than the value of f table 2.85 which means work motivation, loyalty and work environment influence on the performance of employees of PT. Arisma Indonesia Merdeka.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of liquidity ratios, activity, profitability and leverage on stock return on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (the case study on the textile and garment 2011-2014).The study population were 17 companies with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and of 17 companies obtained a sample of 10 companies that meet the criteria. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that only partially profitability ratios significantly influence stock return, while the liquidity ratio, activity ratio and leverage ratio have no significant effect on stock return. The coefficient of determination is equal to 0,135 or 13,5% while the remaining 86,5% influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model for example, the ratio of market valuation, company size and content of cash flow information. Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Harga Kopi Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Pada Distributor Al-Azaam di Kecamatan Sungai Are, Kabupaten OKU Selatan. Dengan Perumusan masalah bagaimana pengaruh harga kopi terhadap pendapatan petani pada distributor Al-Azaam di Kecamatan Sungai Are Kabupaten OKU Selatan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dokumentasi review dan studi pustaka. adapun teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif dengan model penelitian berupa analisi regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi serta pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan mengenai pengaruh harga kopi terhadap pendapatan petani dengan bantuan data kuesioner didapatkan hasil menunjukan bahwa harga kopi berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani Pada Distributor Al-Azaam di Kecamatan Sungai Are, Kabupaten OKU Selatan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh promosi terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan pada objek wisata gua harimau di kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, yang bertujuan melukiskan secara sistematis fakta atau karakteristik populasi tertentu atau bidang tertentu secara faktual dan cermat. Pada hakikatnya, metode deskriptif mengumpulkan data secara univariat. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan Y = 2,758 + 0,900X+e. Nilai korelasi antara variabel promosi (X) terhadap variabel tingkat kunjungan (Y) adalah sebesar 0,885 artinya korelasi antara variabel adalah sangat kuat. Angka R Square sebesar 0,783 hal ini menunjukan bahwa sumbangan variabel promosi (X) terhadap variabel tingkat kunjungan (Y) sebesar 78,30% sedangkan sisanya 21,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian. Nilai koefisien thitung promosi (X) sebesar 15,336 > ttabel 1,66864 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya ada pengaruh promosi terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan pada objek wisata gua harimau di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah promosi berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan pada objek wisata gua harimau di kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Peneliti menyarankan bagi manajemen gua harimau untuk terus menjaga konsistensi dalam mempromosikan objek wisata gua harimau, agar para wisatawan baik lokal mau pun luar kota, baik dalam negeri mau pun luar negeri terus ingin berkunjung ke objek wisata gua harimau di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Employee Engagement on Employee Performance At PT. Sinar Kencana Multi. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of analysis by using hypothesis test (t-test) obtained t-count (11.143)> t-table (2.03951) then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This means that there is a significant influence employee engagement on Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Kencana Multi Lestari. The calculated coefficient of determination (R2) obtained for 0800. This indicates 80%. Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Kencana Multi Lestari is influenced by employee engagement while the remaining 20% ​​is influenced by other variables mentioned in this research such as individual and organizational factors (Mangkunegara, 2005: 14).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the legal protection for businesses in car rental services in the city of Baturaja. This study uses empirical-normative research. That the legal protection for businesses in car rental services in the city of Baturaja refers to the provisions of Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and the substance of the car rental agreement. Settlement of disputes over damages arising from the negligence of the consumer refers to the substance of the agreement is the settlement of the problem solved by means of non-litigation, namely through deliberation to reach consensus, and compensation on the part of consumers to businesses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, competencies, leadership style on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the East Semendawai District. The population usedin this study were all teachers of public elementary school in the East Semendawai District with a total sample of 180 teachers. The researh method used is an associative analysis method using path analysis, and the operation of its calculations using the application program version 16.0. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The work environment, competence, leadership style together have a significant effect on job satisfaction of teachers of public elementary school in the East Semendawai District. 2) The work environment, leadership style and job satisfaction together have a significant affect on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the East Semendawai District. 3) The work environment did not have a significant effect and negative on job satisfaction of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District. 4) Competence has a significant effect and positive on job satisfaction of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District. 5) Leadership style has a significant effect and positive on job satisfaction of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District. 6) The work environment did not have a significant effect and negative on the performance of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District. 7) leadership style has a significant positive effect on the performance of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District. 8) Job satisfaction did not have a significant effect and positif on teacher performance of public elementary school teachers in East Semendawai District.
