Fenomena Mudik merupakan fenomena sosial yang menjadi ciri khas di Indonesia ,terutama saat Hari Raya Idul Fitri yang dalamnya terjadi mobilitas secara besar-besaran yang mempengaruhi laju pertumbuhan penduduk dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. BNPB (Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana) Republik Indonesia menetapkan ini Indonesia masa tanggap keadaan darurat akibat virus Covid-19 . Pada tanggal 21 April 2020 Pemerintah Pusat resmi melarang mudik lebaran bagi masyarakat umum sebagai upaya memutus rantai penyebaran virus Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak yang ditimbulkan dari larangan tersebut dan Upaya Pemerintah dalam menanggulangi dampak negatif larangan budaya mudik. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat studi pustaka dan sumber data sekunder yang menggunakan buku-buku,berita elektronik dan literatur-literatur lainnya sebagai objek yang utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dampak dari kebijakan ini, meliputi menurunnya laju pertumbuhan ekonomi dan meningkatnya masalah sosial karena banyak masyarakat yang tidak terpenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya karena kehilangan mata pencaharian.Pemerintah menerapkan jaring pengaman sosial, dan dalam realitasnya masyarakat Indonesia wajib merekatkan ikatan sosial atas dasar kemanusiaan dan nasionalisme untuk membantu pemerintah dan masyarakat terdampak agar wabah virus ini dapat teratasi..

ABTRACT Religious education in the family is education given by parents to their children in the family environment to form The child's personality becomes a Muslim who is consistent with the teachings that come from the Qur'an and Sunnah, whose goal is to become a survivor in the hereafter. Of course, there are differences in the process of socialization or inculcation of religious values between intact families and families that are only cared for by single parents, especially in low SSE conditions. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The technique of taking informants was purposive sampling, in which the researcher chose people who were considered to know about this problem and were competent. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and observations. The data analysis technique in this study used qualitative data analysis by Miles and Huberman's model. The results showed that the success of religious education in the single mother family is strongly influenced by the character and understanding of the religion of the parents, family and neighbor support, basic religious education for children and a conducive environment. The abuse of drugs, psychotropic substances and other dangerous drugs (Narcotics) in Banyumas Regency is considered very dangerous. Of course, this is very worrying considering that there are so many students who are vulnerable to drug abuse. The phenomenon of drug use by students is also found in SMA "Maju Jaya" in Banyumas Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. The location taken in this study was determined purposively at SMA "Maju Jaya" in Banyumas Regency. In this study, the target or research informants were selected based on data obtained by researchers from the National Narcotics Agency which referred to the urine test results of several “Maju Jaya” high school adolescents in Banyumas Regency who were positive for using drugs. Based on the research that has been done, it is concluded that the family background of drug users in SMA "Maju Jaya" comes from the middle class, where the education level of parents is on average high school graduates (Senior High School). The occupations of the parents of the informants in this study were mostly trading. Judging from the kinship relationship, adolescent drug users in this study have good relationships and communication with their parents. In caring for and educating their children, the parents of these teenagers use two parenting styles at once, namely democratic parenting and authoritarian parenting. The democratic parenting that parents apply to their children has the effect of good communication between them, while authoritarian parenting makes these teenagers afraid to tell their parents that they are using drugs. Apart from parenting, the environment around the house is also a factor in a teenager using drugs.

In accordance with the mandate of Law Number 6 Year concerning on the Village, the Village Secretary has the task of assisting the Village Head and coordinating the Village Secretariat. Gap in competence among Village Secretaries is exist, which arguably is influenced by the matters of technical and non-technical aspects. The establishment of the Sokaraja Subdistrict Village Secretary Communication Forum Association (FOKUSS) is therefore considered as an effort to overcome the problems faced by the Village Secretaries. The purpose of establishing FOKUSS Association is to overcome problems faced by the Village Secretaries in carrying out his duties, building a shared perception of village-related regulations, helping and supporting each other in carrying out responsibilities and obligations. The establishment of FOKUSS was supported by the District, and Village Facilitators (PD) as village partners. FOKUSS Association activities are carried out in both routine and incidental basis. The technical assistance carried out by FOKUSS Association in increasing the capacity of the Village Secretaries is through training and personal mentoring. Media or means that are carried out both in person (meetings) and online by activating the WhatsApp group media communication. The method used by this research is qualitative one with a case study approach. The technique used to select the respondents is purposive sampling, in which researcher chose people who presumably understand and are actively involved and competent to specific issues. The data collection technique was carried out by means of in-depth interviews and observations. Data analysis was performed using qualitative data analysis techniques which is the Miles and Huberman model. This research found that the role of the FOKUSS Association in increasing the capacity of village secretaries through mentoring went well in various ways as follows: Village Secretaries have successfully increased their ability to carry out work roles according to their duties and functions so that they are able to carry out assignments on time, the District Government appreciation by involving FOKUSS Association administrators as training resource persons, FOKUSS Association becomes a place for discussion and consultation with village assistants who are coming from area outside of Sokaraja District. The means carried out by FOKUSS Association Assistance in increasing the capacity of village secretaries is through training and personal mentoring. Media or means used directly (meetings) and online by activating the WhatsApp group media communication.

ABSTRAK The purpose of this study is to find out that early marriage has an impact on the parenting style given to children. This research uses This research uses qualitative method in-depth perspective in order to find the detailed and completed data. The data collection uses interviews to get in-depth information. The research concludes that early marriage has an impact on the parenting styles given to children. The actual parenting process requires a lot of understanding and mental readiness, it is neglected when those who carry out the parenting styles are still in their teens, “bocah momong bocah”. The compulsion of maturity makes the parenting process not fully carried out by themselves, but assisted by the perpetrators’ of early marriage parents. The care provided by early marriage actors also has an impact on children's growth, how children adapt to all circumstances in their sphere of life. The implications of this study for families and communities should be willing to learn from previous experiences and understand that early marriage will have a negative impact on survival after marriage. Sacred marriages are carried out with mature mental readiness, in order to have a family that can maintain harmony and minimize conflict. The Government's efforts to reform the Marriage Law, which was officially amended to reduce the rate of early marriage, which clearly had a negative impact from the perspective of mental readiness to health impacts.

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mix method dengan strategi metode campuran konkruen/ sewaktu-waktu (concruent mixed methods) terutama strategi embedded konkruen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang pernah mengurus IMB di BPMPP Kabupaten Banyumas pada tahun 2015. Permohonan Pelayanan IMB pada BPMPP Kabupaten Banyumas Tahun 2015 adalah sejumlah 256 permohonan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 40% dari jumlah populasi, dengan perhitungan 40% x 256 = 102 sampel. Penelitian ini menilai kinerja organisasi BPMPP Kabupaten Banyumas dengan mengacu pada lima dimensi kinerja yang meliputi produktivitas, kualitas layanan, responsivitas, responsibilitas dan akuntabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis distribusi frekfuensi dalam bentuk nilai rata-rata dan dalam bentuk kategori rendah, sedang atau tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Produktivitas layanan IMB di BPMPP Kabupaten Banyumas masih rendah, hal ini dapat dilihat dari persebaran jawaban responden terhadap dimensi produktivitas layanan IMB yang masuk kategori rendah; 2) Kualitas layanan IMB di BPMPP Kabupaten Banyumas masih rendah, hal ini dapat dilihat dari persebaran jawaban responden terhadap dimensi kualitas layanan IMB yang masuk kategori rendah; 3) Responsivitas layanan IMB di BPMPP Kabupaten Banyumas masih rendah, hal ini dapat dilihat dari persebaran jawaban responden terhadap dimensi responsivitas layanan IMB yang masuk kategori rendah; 4) Responsibilitas layanan IMB di BPMPP Kabupaten Banyumas masih rendah, hal ini dapat dilihat dari persebaran jawaban responden terhadap dimensi responsibilitas layanan IMB yang masuk kategori rendah; 5) Akuntabilitas Layanan IMB di BPMPP Kabupaten Banyumas masih rendah, hal ini dapat dilihat dari persebaran jawaban responden terhadap dimensi akuntabilitas layanan IMB yang masuk kategori rendah

One of e-government services that were adopted by the Government District Banjarnegara is Procurement of Goods/Services in Electronics (LPSE) in order to fix some of the weaknesses of the procurement of government goods/ services are carried out manually. This study aims to assess and analyze the effectiveness of Electronic Procurement System (SPSE) in the Procurement of Goods/Services in the District Banjarnegara. The study was conducted at the office of the District LPSE Banjarnegara, this study uses the effectiveness of Electronic Procurement System (SPSE) in the Procurement of Goods/Services in the District Banjarnegara. Data were obtained through interviews with informants related to the implementation of the Electronic Procurement System (SPSE) In District Banjarnegara and conduct research on a data source in the form of archives, documents, statistical data, and other important texts related to the research. The analysis was performed in 3 (three) using the stages: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion Manufacture, Verification, and Reflection The results showed that the application of LPSE in the district. Banjarnegara has increased transparency in the procurement of government goods/services 5 (five) assessment indicators, namely Production, Efficiency, Satisfaction, excellence, and development to assess the extent of the effectiveness of the implementation of the SPSE in the district. Banjarnegara which already shows a fairly good category/ quite effective.

The performance of educational staff becomes an important element in the institution. Based on the previous research, it can be concluded that the level of user satisfaction either from students (external) or from employees within Unsoed (Internal) categorized at the level of quite satisfied. Therefore, more efforts need to be done in order to improve the performance of educational staff. The research model using analysis with the following hypotheses, H1: Financial compensation has positive effect on employee satisfaction, H2: Promotion has positive effect on employee satisfaction, H3: Financial compensation has positive effect on employee performance, H4: Promotion has positive effect on performance employees, and H5: job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance. This research was conducted in Jenderal Soedirman University (Unsoed), using quantitative methods. The research target was all education personnel in all unit in Unsoed with a total sample of 256 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using statistical analysis. The result from the statistical analysis showed that the financial compensation was in a good category. Financial compensation has a significant influence on job satisfaction that is equal to 0.578. The promotion has been perceived as a good thing by the employees, and promotion has a significant influence on job satisfaction statistically which is equal to 0.545. Financial compensation has a significant influence on employee performance that is equal to 0.845. The promotion has a significant influence on employee performance that is equal to 0.680, statistically. The employees experienced a good job satisfaction, which encourages them to work better. Statistically, job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance that is equal to 0.730. The influence of financial compensation to the employees' performance was increased from 49.9 percent to 69.5 after job satisfaction variables included as mediating variable. The result of Sobel test confirmed that job satisfaction was capable to mediate the influence of financial compensation to the employee performance, significantly. The influence of promotion to employee performance was increased from 42 percent to 64.7 percent after included job satisfaction as mediating variable. Sobel test showed that that job satisfaction was capable to mediate the influence of promotion to employee performance, significantly.

The article deals with the phenomenon of creative industries in Purwokerto, particularly fashion. It focuses on the survival strategy and idealism of Kidal Kolektif, one of fashion outlets in Purwokerto. This article selects to analyze Kidal Kolektif as the outlet has uniqueness incomparable to other fashion outlets in Purwokerto. Kidal Kolektif is a social economic movement attempting to create independence through fashion business. It also has a specific feature as they attempt to nurture idealism in their distinctive product designs. In their efforts to develop their business, a part of their survival is undertaking partnerships with other organizations in form of profit sharing. The other part is being persistent with their esteem that every human being would be able to fulfill their need by working with their own interest, talent, and need, and maintain their economic independence.

Peristiwa semburan lumpur panas di Sidoarjo adalah tenggelamnya 4 desa, dengan sedikitnys 12.000 keluarga, yang dituduhkan dilakukan oleh PT Lapindo Brantas. Masyarakat pada awalnya membentuk asosiasi korban lumpur sebagai upaya untuk menggalang kekuatan untuk meminta ganti rugi, namun semakin lama gerakan ini semakin terpecah dan 4 tahun kemudian lenyap menjadi individu-individu. Padahal tujuan belum tercapai, masih banyak korban lumpur yang belum mendapat pelunasan pembayaran, padahal ketika terpecah mereka menjadi semakin lemah dalam memperjuangkan haknya. Pertanyaannya artikel ini adalah, bagaimana rasionalitas di balik perpecahan itu terjadi dan apa konstruksi nalar yang melatarbelakanginya? Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah model kualitatif dari rational choice dalam konteks pengambilan keputusan multi agen. Penjelasan ini terikat oleh batasan rasionaltas pembentuknya (bounded rationality), yaitu bencana dan kebijakan yang diambil. Temuannya bahwa mekanisme transaksi yang dipakai membuat ‘komunitas besar’ warga korban lumpur terpecah dari komunitas menjadi individu. Penyebabnya adalah karena struktur pasca Orde Baru yang melahirkan politik liberal, mengkondisikan pilihan rasional masyarakat kedalam pola transaksional, yang pada akhirnya menggeser relasi ‘intimitas’ masyarakat dari komunitas menjadi individual.
