Abstract

ABSTRAKKehadiran anak penyandang autis memberikan tantangan tersendiri bagi keluarga, khususnya ibu. Hal ini berhubungan dengan masalah pengasuhan anak dengan gangguan autis tidak semudah mengasuh anak tanpa gangguan perkembangan yang menyebabkan ibu harus ekstra 24 jam mengawasi anaknya yang berpengaruh pada pekerjaan dan waktu istirahat ibu sehingga diperlukan hubungan harmonis antar keluarga untuk bekerjasama dengan baik dalam hal pengasuhan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konflik peran ganda ibu yang bekerja dengan keharmonisan keluarga yang memiliki anak penyandang autis di Kota Banjarmasin dan Banjarbaru. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang ibu bekerja yang memiliki anak penyandang autis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil analisa data menggunakan korelasi tata jenjang Spearman’s rho yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dari konflik peran ganda terhadap keharmonisan keluarga. Konflik peran ganda memiliki hubungan terhadap keharmonisan keluarga sebesar 42,6% sedangkan 57,4% memiliki hubungan dari variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan konflik peran ganda ibu bekerja memiliki hubungan negatif dengan keharmonisan keluarga yang memiliki anak penyandang autis. Kata Kunci: konflik peran ganda, keharmonisan keluarga, ibu bekerja. ABSTRACT The presence of children with autism provides a challenge for the family, especially the mothers. It is related to parenting issues of children with autism that are not as easy to take care as children without a developmental disorder that takes the mothers 24 hours to look after their children with autism, which affects the mothers’ work period and rest time. It is, therefore, necessary to keep a harmonious relationship among family members to work well together in terms of child care. The objective of this study was to find out the relationship between the dual role conflict of working mothers and the harmony of family having children with autism in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. Subjects in this study were 30 working mothers who had children with autism. The method used in this study was a quantitative method. The results of data analysis using Spearman's rho correlation indicated that there was a significant relationship between dual role conflict and family harmony. The dual role conflict had a relationship with the family harmony by 42.6%, while the remaining 57.4% with other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the dual role conflict of working mothers possessed a negative relationshigffffvvvvvv    3p with the harmony of family having children with autism.  Keywords: dual role conflict, family harmony, working mothers

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara aktualisasi diri dengan intensitas penggunaan media sosial path pada remaja di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Banjarbaru. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi SMAN 2 Banjarbaru berjumlah 40 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala aktualisasi diri dan angket intensitas penggunaan media sosial path. Berdasarkan uji regresi korelasi product moment Pearson diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 dengan r = 0,640 yang berarti ada hubungan positif antara aktualisasi diri dengan intensitas penggunaan media sosial path. Selain itu diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,409 menunjukkan bahwa aktualisasi diri memiliki sumbangan hubungan terhadap intensitas penggunaan media sosial path sebesar 40,9 %. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara aktualisasi diri dengan intensitas penggunaan media sosial path, sehingga semakin tinggi aktualisasi diri maka semakin tinggi pula intensitas penggunaan media sosial path pada remaja di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Banjarbaru.Kata kunci : Aktualisasi Diri, Intensitas Penggunaan Media Sosial Path, Remaja The purpose of this study was to find out the correlation between self-actualization and intensity of social media path usage in adolescents at Public Senior High School (SMAN) 2 Banjarbaru. The samples were 40 students of SMAN 2 Banjarbaru, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a scale of self-actualization and a questionnaire of social media path usage intensity. Based on the pearson's product moment correlation test, it can be found out that the significant value was 0.001 with r = 0.640, indicating that there was a positive correlation between self-actualization and intensity of social media path usage. It also obtained r square of 0.409 indicating that self-actualization contributed to the correlation of intensity of social media path usage at 40.9 %. It can be concluded that there was a positive correlation of self-actualization and intensity of social media path usage; therefore the higher the self-actualization that the higher the intensity of social media path usage adolescents at SMAN 2 Banjarbaru.Keywords: Self-Actualization, Intensity of Social Media Path Usage, Adolescent

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peer attachment dengan self regulated learning pada siswa Boarding School. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa/siswi kelas XI SMAN Banua Kalimantan Selatan Bilingual Boarding School berjumlah 62 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah Skala Peer Attachment dan Skala Self Regulated Learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara peer attachment dengan self regulated learning pada Siswa SMAN Banua Kalimantan Selatan Bilingual Boarding School. Sumbangan efektif yang diberikan variabel peer attachment terhadap self regulated learning adalah sebesar 9,8%. Semakin tinggi peer attachment maka akan semakin tinggi self regulated learning pada siswa Boarding School. Kata Kunci: Peer Attachment, Self Regulated Learning, Boarding School  The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between peer attachment and self-regulated learning in students of SMA Boarding School. Abstract

 Penggunaan internet pada mahasiswa dapat berdampak negatif, salah satunya cyberloafing, yaitu tindakan individu yang menggunakaan akses internet lembaganya selama jam kuliah berlangsung untuk kepentingan pribadi dan aktivitas-aktivitas internet lainnya yang tidak berhubungan dengan pelajaran. Cyberloafing dipengaruhi beberapa sifat-sifat kepribadian, salah satunya adalah conscientiousness (kesadaran). Mahasiswa yang memiliki tingkat conscientiousness yang tinggi dapat mengontrol perilaku untuk meraih tujuan dan tidak terpengaruh oleh keinginan pribadi sehingga tidak akan melakukan cyberloafing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan conscientiousness terhadap perilaku cyberloafing pada mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dengan jumlah subjek 60 orang. Alat ukur menggunakan dua skala yaitu skala conscientiousness dengan jumlah 45 aitem (α = 0,927) dan skala cyberloafing dengan jumlah 50 aitem (α = 0,940). Skala ini menggunakan skala moodel Likert dan analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil diperoleh nilai -t hitung < -t tabel (-2,219 < 2,002), artinya ada peranan negatif antara conscientiousness dengan perilaku cyberloafing. Semakin tinggi tingkat conscientiousness, maka semakin rendah perilaku cyberloafing. Peranan conscientiousness terhadap perilaku cyberloafing hanya sebesar 7,8%, sehingga conscientiousness tidak sepenuhnya berperan langsung terhadap perilaku cyberloafing pada mahasiswa.Kata kunci: Conscientiousness, Cyberloafing The usage of internet can have negative impacts on students, one of which is cyberloafing, the action of an individual using the internet access of an institution during the lecture hours for personal interests and other internet activities that are not related to the lectures. Cyberloafing influences some personality traits, such as conscientiousness. Students whose high level of conscientiousness can control their behavior to reach their goals and are not affected by personal desires and so will not do cyberloafing. The purpose of this study was to find out the role of conscientiousness towards cyberloafing behavior in students. The sampling technique used in the study was a random cluster sampling technique with the subjects of 60 people. Data were collected using two scales, namely conscientiousness scale with 45 items (α = 0.927) and cyberloafing scale with 50 items (α = 0.940). These scales used Likert scale model, and the data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that the value of -t count < -t table (-2.219 < -2.002), indicating that there was a negative role of conscientiousness towards cyberloafing behavior. The higher the level of conscientiousness, the lower the cyberloafing behavior. The role of conscientiousness towards cyberloafing behavior was only 7.8%, so conscientiousness did not directly contribute to cyberloafing behavior in students.Keywords: Conscientiousness, Cyberloafing

Abstract

 Salah satu kebutuhan manusia adalah berinteraksi dengan orang di sekitarnya. Interaksi sosial merupakan hubungan sosial yang dinamis untuk menjalin hubungan sosial. Masa remaja merupakan periode transisi perkembangan menuju  masa dewasa, melibatkan perubahan  biologis, kognitif dan sosial. Dorongan untuk berafiliasi muncul begitupula dengan remaja disebabkan karena sebagai makhluk sosial memiliki berbagai macam kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi. Berbagai sarana komunikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam berinteraksi, sarana komunikasi yang saat ini sedang trend di kalangan remaja adalah komunikasi dengan menggunakan jejaring sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jejaring sosial terhadap kebutuhan afiliasi remaja di Program Studi Psikologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 90 orang remaja berusia 18-21 tahun yang berasal dari mahasiswa Program Studi Psikologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu random sampling. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah Jejaring Sosial, sedangkan variabel tergantungnya adalah Kebutuhan Afiliasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi polynominal dengan hasil rxy = 0,534, p > 0,05 hal menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh  antara jejaring sosial dengan kebutuhan afiliasi remaja di Program Studi Psikologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Disarankan bagi remaja hendaknya menggunakan jejaring sosial  dengan cara yang tepat dan bijaksana sehingga membawa hal positif bagi perkembangan pribadi remaja. Kata kunci : Jejaring Sosial, Kebutuhan Afiliasi, Remaja One of human needs is to interact with people around him/her. Social interaction is a dynamic relationship to build social relationships. Adolescence is a developmental transition into adulthood, involving biological, cognitive and social changes. The impetus to build affiliation also appears in adolescents because as social beings they have a wide range of needs that must be met. The popular means of communication among adolescents that can be used to interact is the means of communication using social network. The objective of this study was to find out the effect of social network on the need for adolescence affiliation at Psychology Study Program of Medical Faculty, Lambung Mangkurat University. This study was a quantitative study with a sample of 90 adolescents aged 18-21 years old, the students of Psychology Study Program, Medical Faculty, Lambung Mangkurat University. The sampling technique was random sampling. The independent variable in this study was the Social Network, while the dependent variable was the Need of Affiliation. Data were analyzed using a polynominal regression with the results of rxy = 0.534, p > 0.05 indicating that there was no effect of social network on the need for adolescence affiliation at Psychology Study Program of Medical Faculty, Lambung Mangkurat University. It is suggested that adolescents should use social network in a right and wise way so as to bring positive effects on their personal development. Keywords: Social Network, Need For Affiliation, Adolescence

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenderita kanker stadium lanjut menghadapi kesulitan dalam melawan penyakit kronis yang dideritanya, sehingga dibutuhkan adversity quotient tipe climbers agar dapat bertahan, bangkit dan menyesuaikan diri dalam menghadapi kesulitan (resiliensi). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara adversity quotient dengan resiliensi pada penderita kanker stadium lanjut. Sampel penelitian ini adalah penderita kanker stadium lanjut yang melakukan kemoterapi di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin ruang Edelweis berjumlah 60 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala adversity quotient dan skala resiliensi. Berdasarkan uji korelasi product moment Pearson diketahui bahwa semakin tinggi adversity quotient maka semakin tinggi pula resiliensinya dan sebaliknya. Sumbangan efektif adversity quotient terhadap resiliensi sebesar 95,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 4,9% kemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar adversity quotient seperti empati dan reaching out. Berdasarkan hasil, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa adversity quotient dan resiliensi pada penderita kanker stadium lanjut di Ruang Edelweis berada di kategori tinggi.Kata kunci : Adversity Quotient, Resiliensi, Penderita Kanker stadium lanjut, RSUD Ulin BanjarmasinABSTRACTPatients with advanced-stage cancer face difficulties in the fight against chronic disease, so it takes adversity quotient type climber to survive, rise up and adapt (resilience). Samples were 60 patients with advanced-stage cancer who underwent chemotherapy in Edelweis room, using accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a scale of adversity quotient and a scale of resilience. Based on Pearson's product moment correlation test, it was found out that the higher adversity quotient, the higher resilience, and conversely. The effective contribution of adversity quotient to resilience was 95.1% while remaining 4.9% was likely influenced by other variables, such as empathy and reaching out. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan komunitas motor di Indonesia merupakan sebuah realita yang dihasilkan dari perkembangan sosial masyarakat yang semakin heterogen. Sebuah komunitas motor dibentuk oleh sekelompok orang yang memiliki hubungan khusus antara mereka, komunitas cenderung diidentifikasikan sebagai dasar atas kepemilikan atau identifikai bersama diantara kelompok minat yang sama. Melalui komunitas ini, mereka saling berbagi nilai kognitif, emosi dan material juga mengembangkan interaksi antar anggota kelompok. Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan proses timbal balik yang memiliki peranan penting dalam pergaulan manusia. Anggota kelompok yang sangat kohesif saling mengkomunikasikan ide masing-masing untuk menciptakan kerjasama agar tercapai suatu tujuan yang diinginkan bersama-sama. Kohesivitas penting bagi kelompok karena ia yang menyatukan beragam anggota menjadi satu kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kohesivitas kelompok pada komunitas motor. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu Ada peranan Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Kohesivitas Kelompok pada Komunitas Motor di Banjarbaru. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 42 orang anggota komunitas motor. Pemilihan subjek yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik  sampling insidental. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil analisa data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana yang menunjukkan bahwa ada peranan positif yang signifikan dari komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kohesivitas kelompok. Sebesar 77,8%, artinya peran komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kohesivitas kelompok cukup besar,  sisanya sebesar 22,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peranan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kohesivitas kelompok pada komunitas motor. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk semua anggota komunitas motor mempertahankan kedekatan yang sudah terjalin serta lebih meningkatkan kekompakkan antar anggota kelompok. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Kohesivitas Kelompok, Komunitas Motor  ABSTRACT Growth of motorcycle communities in Indonesia is a reality that results from the social development of a society which is increasingly heterogeneous. A motorcycle community is established by a group of people who have a special relationship among them. This community tends to be identified as a basis for ownership or based on shared similar interests among members in the group. Through this community, they share the cognitive, emotional and material values, and also develop interaction between group members. Interpersonal communication is a reciprocal process that has an important role in human relationship. The very cohesive members in the group will mutually communicate their ideas to create cooperation in order to achieve a desired goal together. Cohesiveness is important for the group because it unites the diverse members into one group. The objective of this study was to find out the role of interpersonal communication towards group cohesiveness in motorcycle community. The hypothesis of this study was that there was a role of Interpersonal Communication towards Group Cohesiveness in Motorcycle Community in Banjarbaru. The subjects in the study were 42 members of a motorcycle community. They were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The method used in the study was a quantitative method. The results of data analysis using the simple linear regression showed that there was a significant positive role of interpersonal communication towards the group cohesiveness, as much as 77.8%, indicating that the role of interpersonal communication towards group cohesiveness was fairly high, and the remaining 22.2% was explained by other variables not included in this study. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there was a role of interpersonal communication towards group cohesiveness in motorcycle community. Therefore, it is suggested for all members of motorcycle communities to maintain the attachment already established and to further improve the togetherness among group members. Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Group Cohesiveness, Motorcycle Community

Abstract

 Salah satu aspek penentu dalam keberhasilan proses belajar adalah kemampuan memfokuskan atensi. Salah satu bentuk stimulus yang dapat mempengaruhi atensi adalah suhu lingkungan. Kondisi suhu ruang kelas yang tidak nyaman dapat menyebabkan siswa tidak dapat memfokuskan atensi. Atensi juga memainkan peran dalam intelegensi, sehingga intelegensi dimasukan sebagai kovariabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan intensitas atensi siswa pada suhu dingin, ideal, dan panas di SMK Telkom Sandhy Putra Banjarbaru, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan atensi siswa dilihat dari tingkat intelegensinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi dengan rancangan The One-Group Posttest Only. Subjek pada penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga kelompok penelitian yang masing-masing berjumlah 23 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan alat tes CFIT skala 3A untuk mengukur intelegensi dan TIKI-M subtes 6 untuk mengukur intensitas atensi. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis kovarian (anakova). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan intensitas atensi siswa kelas suhu dingin, ideal, dan pans. Siswa pada kelas panas lebih baik dari pada intensitas atensi siswa pada kelas suhu dingin dan ideal, serta intensitas atensi siswa pada suhu dingin lebih baik dari pada intenistas atensi siswa pada kelas suhu ideal. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena pada suhu panas atau dingin terjadi peningkatan kewaspadaan, sehingga kemampuan untuk mempertahankan atensi pun meningkat. Sementara pada kelas ideal siswa berada pada suhu nyaman dan sudah terbiasa dengan kondisi suhu tersebut, sehingga peningkatan intensitas atensi kurang terlihat. Intelegensi juga berperan sebesar 20,1% terhadap atensi.Kata kunci: Intensitas atensi, siswa, suhu ruang kelas, intelegensi One of the key aspects in the success of learning process is the ability to pay attention. One form of stimulus that can affect attention is the ambient temperature. The uncomfortable temperature in classrooms can cause students unable to pay attention and focus. Since attention also plays a role in intelligence, intelligence is included as the covariance. The objectives of this study was to find out whether there was difference in attention intensity at cold, ideal, and hot temperatures at SMK Telkom Sandhy Putra Banjarbaru, and to find out the differences in students’ attentional abilities seen from the level of intelligence. The method use in this study was a quasi-experimental method with the design of The One-Group Posttest Only. The subjects divided into three groups, each of which consisted of 23 people selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using CFIT scale 3A for measuring the intelligence and TIKI-M subtest 6 for measuring the intensity of attention. The data were then analyzed using covariance analysis techniques (Ancova). The results showed that there are differences in the attention intensity of students between classes with cold, ideal, and hot temperatures. The attention of the students in the classroom with hot temperature was better than that of the students in the classes with ideal and cold temperatures, and the attention intensity of students in the classroom with cold temperature was better than that of students in the classroom with ideal temperature. It could happen because hot or cold temperatures increased alertness that the ability to sustain attention also increased while in the ideal classroom the students were at a comfortable temperature and got accustomed to that temperature condition so an increase in the intensity of attention was less visible.
