Abstract

This article will discuss the link between social change and social solidarity. The discussion will focus on the form of social changes on marriage ceremony on social solidarity within Minangkabau rural communities. Based on a study in a nagari in Solok district in West Sumatra this article will convey the form of marriage ceremony changes that occurred in the nagari and consequently to the sustainability of the mechanism of maintaining the solidarity of relatives in the nagari community. It will be shown that the marriage ceremony changed from previously fully organized by relatives working together from preparing facilities to serving food and drink, and decorate the party location into the use of Wedding Service services that took over the preparation of party facilities, decorate the party location, and bridal makeup. This change is welcomed by the community, but the presence of Wedding ServiceĀ  has reduced the involvement of kin members in the preparation and holding of a marriage feast and this then disrupts the mechanism of social solidarity sustainability within the kinship group.

Abstract

The existence of the marine and fisheries sector and the management of coastal areas and small islands is one of the national development agendas. But in fact, the development of the maritime and fisheries sector has not yet been used optimally, so as to make the maritime and fisheries sector as the main stream of national development an integrated and ecosystem-based development policy is needed. is to build fisheries infrastructure in the form of fishing ports for fishing communities in the coastal areas of East Java, one of which is the Popoh fishing port in Tulungagung. The construction of the port was carried out by the Regional Government of East Java Province through the Department of Marine and Fisheries based on the East Java Provincial Budget. It is hoped that with the existence of the Popoh Fisheries Port, the coastal communities of Popoh and its surrounding areas, most of whose residents work as fishermen, can receive the benefits of the port. With the activity of developing the Popoh Fisheries Port automatically these conditions trigger a perception from the surrounding fishing community. The results showed that there were positive and negative perceptions related to the revitalization of the popoh fishing port in Tulungagung. The existence of a positive or good perception in the aspects of cognition, affection, and konasi can lead to good or positive social action on the Popoh fishing community towards the revitalization of the Popoh Fishing Port.

Thearrangement of the green open space of the City of Pekanbaru has not been implemented as mandated by the Law on Spatial Planning. Because the rapid development of malls and offices is not comparable to the construction of green open spaces. This research is categorized as sociological legal research, namely research on the effectiveness of law in the community. The results of the study show that the Pekanbaru City Government has not yet fully organized and utilized green open space land. Regulatory efforts include preparing green open space, providing funding, collaborating with the private sector, limiting the construction of buildings and buildings, cooperating with investors, making regulations with strict sanctions on the conversion of green open spaces, synergies between government, the private sector, and community and a strategy for structuring green open space. Abstract

This study will examine further the problems of rubber export procedures through the concept of the global value chain in 2013, which led to cross-opinions both among elites and ordinary Indonesians, as a form of advice to the Indonesian government in the field of exports and effectiveness in business concepts, Indonesia and America The union has been cooperating since 2010 and in 2013 the value of Indonesian exports to America in the rubber sector specifically decreased by 14.5%, therefore there were two issues behind the emergence of the concept of global value chain to change in terms of product design, marketing, and the process and export process from Indonesia to the United States with the legality of the government and how the concept of trade in Islam which includes Tawhid, Maqasidh Syariah, Rububiyah, Keadilan, sees this phenomenon. Thus, through the Islamic trade approach, Indonesian rubber exports to America do not guarantee freedom from the elements of maysir, usury and gharar which are strongly opposed in Islamic law, therefore the concept of trade in Islam based on the Al-Quran surah An-Nisa is offered as an alternative solution formula in realize justice and benefit in the process of each trade, especially for good policies for the Indonesian government.

The purpose of this study is to look at the other side of humor, meaning that besides producing fun, it turns out that humor can also bond and can even build social relations. The method used in the study was descriptive qualitative. The results showed that humor plays a role in shaping trust, norms and solidarity in groups. Humor as a social capital bonding in building social relations by being inward looking as an initial way of fostering trust and becoming glue in groups, then paving the way for faster growth with the ability to create strong networking. Humor as a bridging social capital in connecting members to one another. Indirectly humor creates more intense interactions involving all members. Humor can be a link to the creation of interactions between group members, so members can understand each other's characters. Humor also indirectly forms the norm in the form of habits interacting with the aggressive style of humor that is agreed upon by members and becomes an identity in the group. Third, the existence of good social relations between members created through humor can create networking to strengthen solidarity.
