Abstract

Education is a conscious and deliberate effort between educators (teachers) with the learners in order to achieve a goal, one of the ideal goal of education is the education that liberates and no curb. Expected model of Islamic education with religious humanism approach this teaching process is not bound by space and time, in the sense of teaching can occur anywhere during the learners have a strong interest in understanding and developing the subject matter. How learning model that is able to synergize the interest and motivation that is the duty of the teacher to the learner in the learning process, in the classroom and outside the classroom. The model is a mix of religious humanist approach humanist education paradigms and paradigm of religious education which is integrated into a coherent whole. Humanist education that emphasizes individual liberty aspects are integrated with religious education in order to build individual and social life which have independence, leaving no religious values followed by community

Abstract

Human Resources is a major asset in the organization. Humans become planners, implementers and active participants in all activities of the organization. Application of appropriate human resources in the organization will result in an increase in the ability of an organization to acquire and retain the best people in their fields. Performance evaluation and training will develop individual who requires skill, knowledge and attitudes different from what they have today. This study examines the leadership style is there any effect on the performance of teachers and administrative employees at MTs Negeri Ngawi. The study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of teachers and administrative employees at MTs Negeri Ngawi. From the results of the study found a correlation coefficient between leadership style and performance of teachers and administrative employees at MTs Negeri Ngawi at 0.681. This indicates that the style of leadership has positive influence on the performance of teachers and administrative employees. While the t-test results can be seen that the value of 7.623 t count is greater than the value that is equal to 3.229 ttable. So the null hypothesis is rejected and the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

In Sufism, the congregation became a tradition for people who have the intention of themselves to the path of spiritual cleansing. Each congregation has a tradition, the system, as well as its own technical dhikr different between one another congregation, is no exception congregation Syattariyyah  or more precisely referred to as the Jamaat Tawhid. This study uses a model kualititatif study using a phenomenological paradigm. Data collection was done by observation pastisipan–active, in-depth interviews, and documentary, which will produce a valid field data and measurable. Tradition rooster slaughter committed by Jamaat Tawhid is a process for the exercise of sacrifice, that is to sacrifice what he loves, in this case everything other than God. Sacrifice aims to empty the heart of earthly things that can interfere with the spiritual pilgrims on their way to God. This procession contains a spiritual meaning associated with each individual pilgrims.

Abstract

Adolescents’ reading ability is required in academic achievement and socialization. Speed reading and reading comprehension required so that adolescents can gather information to make the right decisions in their life. The fact that adolescent literacy education in secondary schools is still inadequate. Has not shown much effort to fix it so necessary an effective reading training to improve the speed reading and reading comprehension. This study aimed to test whether effective reading training can improve  speed reading and reading comprehension. Hipotesis are effective reading training can improve speed reading and reading comprehension. The Selection subject of research at students' academic achievement. Categorized in groups of student achievement are very good, good, average, below average and bad. Training participants were 20 students in the seventh grade SMPN1 Kasreman taken at random technique. Namely, 4 students in each category of academic achievement group. From the analysis of data obtained through the Wilcoxon test  Z = -3, 993 with a significance level 0.00 on speed reading scores. While the Wilcoxon test  Z = 3, 271 with a significance level of 0.001 on reading comprehension scores. This means that there are significant differences in speed reading and comprehension reading  scores before effective reading training and after effective reading training. Abstract

Education is the right of every citizen of Indonesia, so that the government must provide greater opportunities for people to be able to obtain quality education. 1945 opening paragraph 4 states that the State is aimed intellectual life of the nation. The effectiveness of a learning process in general determined by the curriculum and education system applied to the educational environment, with regard to education that is applied to the orphans it is necessary to be able to answer specific curriculum and accommodate the needs of an orphan, both physically and spiritually. This research was conducted in Pesantren Orphans Ibn Taymiyyah Bogor with audience santri orphan from the level of Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah (MI), MTs (MTs) and Madrasah Aliyah (MA). The psychology of orphans feel lost with his death one of their parents is a father. Results from this study showed that the loss of a father figure in their lives lead them to feel less protected so that their personalities tend to be more free. There needs to be a model of education that direct and guide them to become self-sufficient human well during the learning process or the results of the study. Islamic character education that provide learning patterns that are tailored to the age and maturity level of the spiritual into something that should be there for their education.

Abstract

Women and men are always ditimpangkan on the right to education. The form of inequality is, a man free to choose in reaching any high education. While the woman was very difficult and even squeezed to achieve their right to education even in the process of belajarpun must be separated. Difficulty in obtaining educational opportunities, because there are many factors among which are the factors of history, culture and religion (doctrine). Whatever the factors women must find new momentum that, a wanitapun have equal contribution in building the nation, so we need to get right both in education and teaching. In Islamic teaching both men and women have egalitarian relationships and man's most noble before God are those who fear both men and women. Therefore, this article explains the importance of gender mainstreaming (gender mainstreaming) in education and teaching.

Abstract

Ibn Miskawayh is one which has a concentration of Muslim intellectuals in the moral sphere but largely forgotten. This is because in some basic literature not found in most biographies and thoughts completely. Basic information can be found in the dissertation Suwito which was later published under the title Moral Education Philosophy Ibn Miskawah. In the book there is a short information that Miskawayh is a figure who lived during the dynasty Buwaih. Incompleteness of this biography can also referenced in the book Ismail Raji al Faruqi and Lois Lamya al-Faruqi, entitled Atlas of Islamic culture, in assessing the spread of Islam from the Arab region, Persian, Byantium, Egypt, North Africa did not mention anything about Ibn Miskawayh and Bani Buwaih included in the study. Things like this are also found in the book Lothop Stodart, New World of Islam. In the introduction to study about Islam that began the process of deterioration of displacement Caliphate from Medina to Damascus, Syria, and to Baghdad. Abstract

Abstract: One of the distinctive teaching of science in schools is the transformation of the yellow book that discusses the science instrument. In the broader science of translation tools include traditional Arabic grammar, such as nahwu (sintakstis), sharf (inflection), balaghah (rhetoric), in addition there is also a mantiq science (logic) and tajwid (science to read the Koran well and right). However, over the age of the modern world today through a lot of big changes, especially information and communication technology developments. Seeing the rapid development of the world is for many people has led to mixed response. No exception for Muslims and no exception boarding school in it. Changes that continue to appear lately in it touches almost all aspects of human life, economic aspects to the aspect of moral values. Simply put, this global era can be illustrated by the fierce competition in the field of science and politics, the progress of science and technology, the rapid flow of information, and high social change. The research results can be 3 things that could strengthen the pesantren First, tamaddun of promoting boarding. Secondly, Tsaqafah, namely how to give enlightenment to the Muslims so that creative-productive in religious life, by not forgetting the originality of Islam. Third, hadara, namely establishing a culture. In this case, how our culture can be characterized by the spirit and traditions of Islam.

Abstract

Abstract: Man is essentially a leader on this earth (khalifa fil ard), but when the man had been in charge of all types of professions and demanded their sense of responsibility, then that is where it is from among humans as a leader was chosen to be the figure of a single leader. Being a leader is not only easy matter, because in addition to the need to have the capability must also have the courage, in the sense of daring to confront and provide insight and solutions to various problems faced by mankind. Leadership in education can be interpreted as a human figure can become a driving force in humanizing, for the purpose of education is humanizing. This article tries to illustrate a message of Caliph Ali is, when asked by a friend to the critical question of "why when Muslims led by the Caliph Ali is unrest among Muslims, whereas when it is led by the Caliph before any peace-peace" then Sayyidina Ali replied "when Caliph before I lead, his people are like me, whereas when I became Caliph and became a leader, yes ummatnya like these guys are like the kerebutan." The message of the illustrations as if that one side of his people blame their leaders, while on the other side of a leader also blamed the people he leads. This article attempts to provide a middle way that the error could have been between them, but were forbidden to blame, which must be addressed is the management leadership, so that when it is applied in the Islamic leadership will be born a superior management of Islamic education and productive.

Abstract

Abstract: Gender in Pesantren become interesting issue to be studied, Islam teaches about equality (musawamah) means similarity conditions for men and women as well as the opportunity to obtain their rights as human beings, to be able to contribute and participate in political activities, law, economics, social, cultural, educational. Gender equality also includes the elimination of discrimination and structural, both men and women. The realization of gender equality is characterized by the absence of discrimination between women and men, and they have access, to participate and control over the development and the benefits equal and fair share of development, in this study the authors examine gender from the standpoint of education, Islamic concepts offered are al musawamah, al ‘adalah, tawazun, tawasut, taadud, al ‘adalah, tahiyyah, ukhuwah. There are can be applied in education in Pesantren.  Some discourse underlying the need for educational efforts to socialize gender perspective, namely as awareness efforts against injustice in social life. Gender socializing can be started from several educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, one of them through education in schools.
