Abstract

Abstract: The concept of self is an individual's knowledge about himself and affect his relationship with others. Through the concept of human beings learn to understand yourself and others that affect the individual's ability in interpersonal relationship. Individuals perceive or assess itself will seem obvious from all his behavior, in other words the person's behavior will be in accordance with the way individuals perceive and judge for himself. This article aims to describe the concept of self and interpersonal communication at high school student Karya Pembangunan Paron, Ngawi who comes from a family of TKI, academic year 2015/2016. The subject amounts to 4 students by using qualitative research phenomenological-methods. The research found that; (a) the subject matter also shows a less passionate and excited about in terms of development and the attainment of self because it felt did not have adequate capability to achieve the ideal expectations; (b) the communication is done subject by parents who live in the House (father/mother) went well for the subject who lives the same House. For subjects who do not live the same House stated their communication less smoothly; (c) indirect communication Patterns done the subject with his parents is not effective because it felt the messages carried not optimal. In addition because of limited time, communication is done indirectly could not capture the gesture and expression of the caller so that less satisfied.Keywords: High School Students, TKI, Concepts Of Self, Interpersonal Communication

Abstract

Boarding school is an educational institution that developed earlier than the formal educational institutions which were introduced when the era of colonialism. Therefore, the Boarding school education system branded as indigenous Indonesian educational institution that is different from the pattern of education in any country. Until now, schools still exist in the development of science and technology is quite rapid adaptation to suit the demands of the times. In fact, schools have been elaborated in the curriculum when the school system has entered Boarding school madrasah. This is where the encounter between the schools and the school curriculum, the knowledge of religion and science in general. The existence of such an encounter would give birth to a new dynamic that should be studied in order to learn more about the concept of integration in practice in schools. This literature review using the perspective of integration and interconnection Amin Abdullah as a theoretical basis to see the dynamics of the integration of schools and schools in contemporary education in Indonesia. This study found that the integration of scientific effort that occurred in boarding schools still only institutional integration. Because in practice, religious knowledge possessed by the students are not integrated in the school curriculum in schools, but additional curriculum that characterizes schools. Therefore, the dynamics of the integration of schools and school are still experiencing problems in an effort to interconnect each discipline so that required further studies to be able to bridge.Keywords: Education, School, Integration, Interconnection

Abstract

The renewal of Islamic education in Indonesia is inseparable from the character of educational thinkers. This paper deals with the study of the thought of KH. Ahmad Dahlan with the method examines how the concept of Islamic education according to KH. Ahmad Dahlan, KH. Ahmad Dahlan's thinking about how education reform and social theology of Islam, what are the contributions of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan in the world of Islamic education in Indonesia and how relevance thought KH. Ahmad Dahlan in the national education system. The concept of Islamic education is the concept that has a valid epistimologi, because the Foundation or base of Islamic education, educational objectives of Islam, and Islamic educational material, all sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith of  Prophet Muhammad. Similarly, with the aim of education in Muhammadiyah moslem materialize i.e. adopting noble, ably, believe in yourself, as well as useful for the society and the State. The Muhammadiyah movement in the early days of its founding, also enshrined the failed conditions of the people in all fields. Therefore, it is very reasonable if the base with the basic theology of Qur'an surat al-Ma'un, became a cornerstone in settling all its people. Al-Ma'un Charity framework, namely in the form of strengthening and empowering of a wealth of physical, moral, spiritual, economic, social, and environmental. Meanwhile Charity al-Ma'un pillar consists of series of orphaned, to serve the poor, embodying the values of worship (Salat), purifying the intention, steer clear of riya, and build the useful of partnerships.Keywords: Renewal, Islamic Education, Theology, KH. Abstract

Audiovisual Media is one of the External Public Relations, which is used to convey messages of the public relations considering Purpose, Audience , Mass Coverage, and Search Audience. In this research , the use of Audiovisual Media is used to convey the Public Relation messages about Madrasah that are not considered equivalent to the school in terms of curriculum and diploma. Selection of Audiovisual Media because the media is interesting and consists of 2 elements which combines elements of sound and image elements (Video). Audiovisual media has advantages among others , Innovative , Interactive, inflicting pleasure, combining text and images, able to visualize abstract material, storage media which is relatively easy, able to bring dangerous objects, and can display that can not be seen directly. This research using action research methods School with a research subject Students in Junior High School of Al – Falah and Primary School 2 Kumbangsari. The subjects have been selected because it is a limited audience with the aim of raising their understanding about Madrasah and increase their interest to choose Madrasah as further studies.

Abstract

Tahajud prayer is virtue and value of worship provides many benefits, even though the ruling muakkad sunnah. This article discusses the implementation of tahajud prayer in the Qur'an Roudhotul Daughter boarding schools Cukir specialized in Jombang, this pesantren rather mandatory, as well as the constraints encountered. This article is a qualitative field research results (grounded) and descriptive qualitative approach-phenomenology. Source of research data is the result of interviews with the sitters, ustadz and caretaker of the boarding school. The study also used the document as a data source. The technique of data collection is done with the interview, observation and documentation. This article concludes that implementation of the prayer in the formation of tahajud discipline students in boarding schools is running well because the Congregation is executed, so the passion in students appreciate the time, students will be more enterprising and used to living clean and shape the students for being true and abiding by the rules that have been set. This form of discipline students in boarding schools include time discipline, discipline, discipline and cleanliness of dress a disciplined behaviour. Obstacles faced this boarding schools in implementing the prayer in congregation whom tahajud santri lazy wake up or with a variety of other reasons that made so as not to participate in congregation tahajud prayer. But those constraints thus become its own zeal for the caretakers and stewards for being able to change bad habits into good habits.

Abstract

The boarding community have formed a subculture which is sociological anthropologist is not simply a physical manifestation is a place to learn, with the buildings, the Yellow Book, students and kiai. But also regarding the broad community who live around it and forms a pattern of cultural life, social and religious, which pattern more or less the same as other religious schools nearby. Morality is the key to the formation of the ethos and structure of the social community of the pesantren. Boarding schools have learned methods to the development of quality children, in this case his protégé santri. Study on the application of teaching model rote learning that author stacking is unprecedented and this is indeed only in Nganjuk Krempyang pesatren. The term knows by model rote learning: Tahfidz mandzumah learning methods. In addition to the boarding school Krempyang Tanjunganom. This method according to the Rowntree (1974), was the concept of the learning method of memorization if model Rowntree not done in a relay while tahfidz mandhzumah done in a relay.

Abstract

the spread of Islam in West Java region in the second period was done by the scholars who studied in the Middle East especially Saudi Arabia and Egypt. One of the spreaders of Islam in the West Java region especially in Cianjur, Sukabumi and Bogor is KH. Abdullah bin Noah. He has kemamampuan in the field of da'wah, journalist, educator, soldier, historian, Writer, and an Islamic Thinker. This article will examine how his contribution in the field of Islamic studies in the area of Cianjur, Sukabumi and Bogor. The Thought Of KH. Abdullah bin Noah about the concept of education contained in the 18 books he wrote include translation entitled ' Minhaj al ' Abidin ' of Priest Ghozali. The real leadership of the Islamic education form KH. Abdullah Ibn Nuh was marked by the establishment of the YIC (Foundation Islamic Centre) based in Bogor with a focus on education and Dawah of Islam.

Abstract

The demand of the quality of educational system is increasing along with the development of Indonesian social condition. It cannot be separated with the figure of teacher as the educator. The high demand itself has strong impacts toward some actions taken by the headmaster of SMK Kesehatan Bakti Indonesia Medika Ngawi in order to upgrade the teacher’s professionalisms. This study uses data collection method as follows: a) deep interview, b) participants observation, and c) documents analysis. Then the collected data through these three methodologies are organized, interpreted, and analyzed deeper to arrange concept and abstraction of the finding result. In the case of the headmaster’s leadership efforts in the managerial aspects to increase the professionalism of the teachers, the writer found some plans of action done by the headmasters for example: conducting workshop and supervision programs, optimizing teachers’ discussion forums (MGMP), and organizing family recreation for fun. For the realization, those plan of action are successfully conducted. The conclusions of the study are: a) examined from the academic qualification, the level of teacher professionalisms in SMK Kesehatan Bakti Indonesia Medika Ngawi are less appropriate since there are still 3.08% of teachers have diploma degree. b) From the class implementation according to the headmaster’s supervisions there are some teachers that do not apply the standard sets of teaching equipments in their class implementations. More specific, the teachers do not really care about the student’s preparation of learning process; sometimes they do not give some apperception in the beginning of class, the teaching method that are still monotone, they have not apply the teaching media yet, and there are no reflection and follow up toward these conditions.

Abstract

Humans develop a set of knowledge. This is predicated on the fact that he needs it. Because people inevitably have to determine for yourself how he behaved towards the prerequisites-a precondition of his life, and because the whole of reality is potentially took, he was in such need of accuracy and the overall integral knowledge of reality. Human beings can only live well when he responded to the reality of it as it is, and for that he should know, of the review historically, fitsafat was the one who originally handled the "knowledge" of it. Studies that increase the quantity and quality of human knowledge. Science-the science of organizing human knowledge systematically in order to be effective, and develop methods to add, deepen, and fix it. For the sake of that purpose, science should limit themselves to specific areas and develop the methods as precisely as possible to the each field.

Abstract

Pesantren is a religious educational institution managed by the society that is called as Pengasuh. Therefore, Pengasuh is a leader in a community. The educational background of Pengasuh effects activities developed in it. Furthermore, the activities in pesantren relate to the students’ competence and skills. In the modern and global world, the students’ competence and skills should be the primary consideration in developing program at Pesantren. One of the competencies and skills that must be mastered by the students are foreign-language skills. This article discussed about Pesantren Empowerment through the Development of Foreign Language Skills Program to Create an Islamic Generation. This was a research article that used Research and Development Design. This research was conducted at Pesantren I'anatut Tholibin Mojokerto. The first step of this research was to do Need Analysis by using questionaire and interview. Based on the results of questionaire and interview, the researchers developed a program to empower pesantren. The results of this research will be useful for pengasuh, because the result of this research will give a real contribution for pesantren in the form of program that is related to the competence and skills of students as a form of empowerment for pesantren
