Abstract

State University of Surabaya has already implemented e-learning system with moodle base which used centrally by all of faculty to help and solving a problem during lecturer. After the system on-line, there are factors has to be improved to make e-learning system is accepted by the user. Purpose of this study is to describe the level of acceptance from information system of UNESA e-learning system and also giving improvement recommendation according to Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Method.. Data collection in this study was used by filling out the online questionnaire. This study uses a sample of 156 respondents and uses a stratified purposive sampling technique. The results of the evaluation of this study indicated that the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, educational quality, service quality, information quality, satisfaction, and intention to use variable are in the high category, while the actual use variable is in the fairly high category. With the total average value of all variables of 70.85%, educational quality, service quality, intention to use, and actual use variable must get top priority to be improved because the average value of the variable percentage is still below the average value.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Debitur (SID) is a means for debtors and creditors to view information related to historical individual debtor information (IDI) commonly known as BI Checking managed by Bank Indonesia (BI). Since January 1, 2018, SID service that was initially managed by BI is now managed by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and replaced by the Sistem Layanan Informasi Keuangan (SLIK). However, based on a preliminary study, it is known that there are many bank financial services institutions that complain about SLIK. This research aims to find out the factors that influence individual intentions in the use of SLIK. The population of this study was SLIK users in Rural Credit Banks in the Malang working area. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 70 respondents who were selected using the purposive sampling method. Before the research questionnaire was distributed, expert judgment and pilot studies were conducted to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. After several invalid items were repaired or deleted, the questionnaire was distributed to the main respondent. The classic assumption test results show that the research data are normals and free from heterocedasticity. multicollinearism and autocorrelation. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the regression model proposed in this study has fulfilled the goodness of fit. In addition, the perceived usefulness variable has the effect of t and sig. (-1,872 and 0,066), perceived ease of use has an influence value of t and sig (2,682 and 0,009), security and privacy have an influence value of t and sig (2,756 and 0,008), technology readiness has the effect of t and sig (-1718 and 0.090). The four variables have influence partially or simultaneously on usage intention.

Abstract

Rapid developing technology on game created term Electronic Sport (esport). Many newcomer esport athletes rise in number . one of the favorite category on esport is first-person shooter (FPS). Esport athletes spend up 8 to 14 hours traning daily. While conventional players can spend up 2 to 6 hours daily. Sit still on front of computer for a long time makes their body lacks physical movement and can cause health threats. By creating custom controller system with physical appearance and functions like a real gun in FPS game, its player will have more body activity. This system give the user new experience in playing FPS games. System is using Arduino Uno with accelerometer and gyroscope from MPU-6050 with pointer of 3d oriented vector as output. Angle pointer from pitch and yaw using Complementary Filter calculation will determine the mouse movement.. Sistem will be implementing Finite-State Machine as main state and sub-state are needed for the sistem. Based on test to measure how stable and accurate the sensor, give error rate 0,861% and 1,61% for stable and accuracy respectively. The satisfication results of its users based on User Experience (UX) standards are Useful 76.64%, Accessible 76.38%, Usable 92.29%, and Desirable 78.05%..

Abstract

To diagnose heart disease, especially arrhythmia, the procedure to classify heartbeat pattern is important to do. The pattern can be find by analyze the patient Electrocardiogram (ECG) record. The change of the pattern can be the sign for more serious disease. For today, there are many research conducted to explore the method for classify the beat, but the problem still found to determine the best features set to identify and classify heartbeat pattern. In this research, a feature extraction method, based from wavelet transformation using Haar coefficients was proposed, from segmented ECG record, which represented one beat cycle. Feature was built from each decomposition's coefficients of ECG segment, with simple statistical approach, mean, standard deviation, kurtosis and skewness. MIT-BIH was used as the dataset for this research. Feature evaluation and selection are conducted using Weka software. With using Random Forest classifier, the combination of mean, standard deviation and skewness from each wavelet coefficient, are the best features, which gave the result 84% for Normal class, 98% for Premature Ventricular Contraction (PVC) and 86 % for Atrial Premature Contraction (APC).

Abstract

The general directorate of custome and excise is an institution which has a branch office in different cities across Indonesia. The head office of custom and excise in east Jakarta records all import goods and those data are distributed to the brance offices and excise that exist. The information which made by the management are not able to be a proponent decision because they are still in the form of table. Dwelling time is the time it takes imported goods that is heaped up in the temporary landfill port since freight out of the ship to be removed. The plan of the usage of Human Centered Design (HCD) method is to understand the needs of users and real difficulties to be faced by. HCD get users divided into two categories common admin and users .Unlike public users can only see dashboard course, admin have need more to manage the data if there are the latest data .Needs made UML defined and wireframe to get the system .Design implemented into the system needs tested to ensure is in accordance with expected users .Results obtained design with the HCD produce a web access dwelling time to display information importation goods in one screen as the need is defined and improve the efficiency time when it update.

Abstract

Ear nose and throat disease one of the harmful disease, lack of hygiene and the difficulty in keeping the communities to diagnose due to the similarity of symptoms and diseases of the ear nose and throat, in addition to the conditions in the village It is located far from hospitals - major hospitals lead to sluggish handling of the ear nose and throat. Allow the occurrence of the disease is worse so detrimental to society or to patients themselves. Then it takes a software which can help the community or patient so expect that software can help communities to diagnose diseases of the ear nose and throat. Then the software was made using Bayesian Network methods, and to facilitate operation then made software with Android-based operating system. This software has the input based on the symptoms - symptoms of the disease that is selected by the user and is processed by methods of Bayesian Network so as to generate output in the form of disease and suffered from the results of testing the accuracy of data 42 It brings the accuracy of 93.75%.

Abstract

Lecturers are teachers and tutors for students. In addition to teaching and guiding, lecturers are also required to assist in developing science as well as potential and expertise in itself. Variables or criteria that exist in the lecturer include Education, research, devotion, administration, and support. One of the difficulties faced by universities is the ideal grouping of assignments to lecturers. Assignment of lecturers related to the committee, further study, positions, filler of an event held from internal and external universities and others. So it takes a system that can classify the academic performance of lecturers using K-Means algorithm combined with Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm. The Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm is useful in optimizing the centroid on the K-Means algorithm. The data used is data from the Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM), Universitas Brawijaya 2016. The data is obtained from GJM FILKOM. The results of this study obtained K-Means algorithm combined with Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm better 3.28% compared with stand-alone K-Means algorithm, where the cluster quality is determined using Silhouette Coefficient method.

Abstract

The association of Preman Super is a MSMEs multiproduct in Malang City that has helped the government in improving the economy and welfare of Malang residents, especially for housewives and laborers. One of activities from Preman Super is to peddling products owned by members of Preman Super through online media by using one gate system in the management of buying and selling transactions. The weakness were found in this system which is the ordering process became inefficient because it takes a lot of time both from the side of the buyer waiting for confirmation from the seller, the admin who handles transactions between buyers and sellers, and sellers who handle orders from buyers. These problems are the basis of research to build a web-based e-commerce application for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in order to ease the management of buying and selling transactions and can assist in managing sales and financial reports from sales. This study used a prototyping model approach with twice iterations that is built using the CodeIgniter framework, MySQL and Javascript. This system has been tested using white box testing for unit testing, black box testing for functional testing, and compatibility testing for non-functional testing. The test results of e-commerce web applications of Preman Super got 100% valid result and explained that the application can be run properly even though in different browsers, for example Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Opera.

Abstract

Indonesia law based on the Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) is a matter that must be obeyed as a people or related in their field, such as the police, judges or people associated with the trial. Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana contains 569 pasal in the book that will be very inefficient and practical if you have to take it and also if you want to find related articles that have to open pages one by one manually. Based on these conditions the application developed an application using the cosine similarity method and weighting inverse book frequency. Cosine similarity method is used to calculate the similarity or proximity of article documents to queries. Weighting inverse book frequency weighting terms that consider the distribution of book collections. The value of each term is assumed to have a proportion opposite to the number of books containing that term. The performance of the system is indicated by the results of testing on each variation of 10 queries by dividing 3 1-word queries, 3 2-word queries, 3 3-word queries and 1 4-word queries tested, with performance precision values of 0.5273, recall 1, f.measure 0.6063 while the best precision@k results in the third rank of 0.6498.

Abstract

HTTP is a network protocol on the TCP / IP application layer that is used for communication or data exchange between the server and the client. There is a weakness in the HTTP protocol where the data or information transfer does not have a security or encryption process which can endanger the information or data sent on a network. There is already a development to overcome security issues on the HTTP protocol, namely by using the HTTPS protocol. However, the HTTPS protocol consumes a lot of memory and drains a lot of resources in processing so it is not recommended to be implemented in embedded systems. This study proposes to use one of the existing cryptographic algorithms implemented on the HTTPS protocol, which is the AES algorithm which plays a role in data encryption in the HTTPS protocol which fulfills the confidentiality. In this study using Arduino Uno as a microcontroller used to process DHT11 and NI Labview sensor data to display the output of the system. HTTP server and encryption process are implemented in Arduino IDE and HTTP client and decryption process at NI Labview. From the test results obtained the average value of encryption and decryption processing time is 13.048 milliseconds with the average delivery delay on the HTTP protocol by 0.091073 seconds. From the test results concluded that the AES algorithm can be implemented to secure the data transfer from the DHT11 sensor using the HTTP protocol.
