Abstract

A company or organization is required to use a computerized Employee Application System to overcome problems that arise that can reduce company productivity. Based on interviews with the general head of subdivision and staffing, it can be concluded that the Personnel System in the BPKAD office is still manual, namely the Submission Process File Increase Rank made by employees can cause a delay in promotion due to ignorance of employees and the length of the promotion process. Because after passing through a period of four years (exceeding the period of regular promotion) can affect employee motivation. And also a lot of ignorance of employees about the Pension Preparation Period (MPP) program by releasing employees who for the next 1 year will retire and still receive basic salary. As well as employees do not know the follow-up of the process of filing promotions and MPP files submitted. The employee scoring system based on Employee Work Goals (SKP) and work behavior currently uses Microsoft Office Excel as a media assessment. Appraisal officials in calculating values ​​use the copy paste formula so that frequent errors in writing (human error) and assessment of work behavior are still subjective. To handle theses problem, a solution that canbe aplied is to develop a web-based staffing system in accordance with the features, namely file submission feature and retirement preparation period and employee assessment based on SKP and employee work behavior. This researchs begin by analyzing systen requirement, then performing the design and implernentation stages. In this study using Framework CI (CodeIgniter). Furthermore, testing the system using unit testing, integration testing, validation testing, and usability testing. The results of validation testing show that the system can work properly according to needs, and for the results of usability testing shows the results of the calculation of the score of 96.6% so that it can be concluded that the role of the system in accelerating and facilitating staffing activities has been fulfilled.

Abstract

Cancer is a disease that originates from several body cells that can divide without stopping and can spread to surrounding tissues. Then split cell will attack and damage the surrounding tissue. Especially in breast cancer or occupying the top level in cancer. This cancer originates from a glandular tract in the breast which declared a malignant tumor. In the detection this disease can use bioinformatics techniques, namely proteomic studies. Output produced is a grouping of the results of the anti-cancer process on the development of cancer in the form of clustering using the K-Means process which is divided into 2, active and inactive. The results of system testing were carried out using Silhoutte Coefficient and Precision Recall Accuracy. In the Silhoutte Coefficient test getting the optimal cluster is 5 with a value of 0.6827. Whereas in testing the Precision Recall Accuracy, the Precision value was 67.59%, the Recall value was 79.57%, and the accuracy rate was at 57.71%. Using 10-fold cross validation get an average accuracy of 62.26%.

Abstract

Tirta Investama Company (AQUA) Pandaan is a company that manufactures in the bottling of drinking water. In the process of drinking mineral water production, this company produces some brands in various kinds of the size, such as AQUA 5 Galloon, AQUA 220 ml, Mizone 500 ml, AQUA 600 ml, and AQUA 1500 ml. Manufacturing Area 4 (SHINTA) has cooperated with a manufacturing division which focuses on producing AQUA 600 ml. In the production process of AQUA 600 ml, it often experiences the achievement of activities that are not in accordance with the target of the company which can cause the achievement of production targets to go up and down based on the OE (Operational Efficiency) indicator on the PRS (Production Reporting System) information system. Based on these problems, it is necessary to evaluate the current production business processes. The first step is identifying business processes using the Value Chain Analysis method and modeling using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). The result will be an evaluation of the production business process using the Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) method and known 16 quality factors with 4 quality factors that are not in accordance with the target company. The incompatibility of quality factors will be analyzed using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method to find the root cause of the problem. FTA results from a quality factor mismatch are the skills of operators in recognizing the condition of machine parts differently and the level of product standards is higher.

Abstract

One Click Service-Computer Based Test (OCS-CBT) is a website-based online examination system that is applied at SMK PGRI 3 Malang. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the One Click Service-Computer Based Test (OCS-CBT) system at SMK PGRI 3 Malang using the modified SERVQUAL model. This model consists of seven variables, namely assurance, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, website content, service quality, and satisfaction. The population of this study were active students of SMK PGRI 3 Malang in class X and XII for 1664 people. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a margin of error 9% and getting respondents numbered 160 people. Data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires with the technique of proportional stratified purposive sampling based on expertise. The analysis used is descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that assurance variables (71,60%), empathy (67,00%), responsiveness (68,80%), reliability (74,80%), website content (74,20%), service quality (75,20%), and satisfaction (74,60%) is in the high category. The recommendations of this study are training employees who handle OCS-CBT, creating Service Level Agreement (SLA), implementing self help, forming service desks, adding features according to student needs, increasing internet speed, minimizing image file size or graphs, double check or preview the questions before the students work, and make a format or rules for file types and the size of content about exam questions.

Abstract

Day by day, the development of fintech is getting faster and make human's life easier. Even in Indonesia, fintech provider has massively proliferated. Under that reason, PT. Maslahat Ummah whose company working under the basis of sharia developed a website to make investation easier. But then, the lack of coverage for the user, and how people less prefer accessing website from their mobile phone. Because of business market that offered were mid to low class businesses. Therefore, developed an android based sharia investation application named Maslahat Kita to act as an alternative to do some finances activity through their android based mobile phone. The android based Maslahat Kita apps was created with a goal to make user feel a lot easier when it comes to transactions or contractual agreements in their businesses or investations they desire. This application also integrated real time with firebase. Therefore communication between users with specific access right is possible to be done with various devices under this application. And then, the usage of charts going to make monitoring easier for our partners. So that is why The Maslahat Kita application has gone through several testing process such as compatibility testing, integrity testing, validity testing and unit testing. Where unit testing and integrity testing used as valid indicator for the program as a whole. But in validity testing, to measure whether agreed functionality is working or not. Last but not least compatibility testing to test every versions created. We are proud to declare that the testing result should be categorized as valid, because there's no significant changes to the system's design and there is no errors at every functionality agreed, when it is being tested on different Android version.

Abstract

The use of e-books on the development of digital technology makes it easy for users to get more practical information than having to use printed books. The number of e-books spread on the internet is very numerous and varied, therefore a system for retrieving information on e-book documents in Indonesian is needed. To improve the relevance of the results of the returned documents, relevance feedback techniques can be applied. Relevance feedback is a technique where users can provide feedback on previous document search results. Sorting the number of documents returned based on queries is calculated using the BM25 method. This study aims to determine the results of the application and the results of testing of relevance feedback on the retrieval system of Indonesian e-book document information using the BM25 method. Based on the test results, the AVP value after relevance feedback has decreased. In testing based on K values, the AVP value before RF is 0.592, after RF(20) is 0,558, and after RF(50) is 0.573. While in testing based on the expansion terms, the AVP value before RF is 0.593, after RF(20) is 0,587 and after RF(50) is 0.570.

Abstract

Session is a method that used to store information on a computer server that can be used on several pages including the page itself. In using a web server cluster, it can produce a better performance than using a single server that handles a website. But there are some problems that arise in the development between the web server cluster against the use of the session itself. In a web server cluster is a represented by a single node will run independently, if the initial session formed in the web application only have one node server, then the other server nodes can't get the same session access. The solution that can be used is to save the data session into database with mySQL, and the access of data session can be shared to another web servers. Another problem was revealed is how one web server cluster can communicate with the database in storing dan requesting data sessions. With these problems, this study developed the Shared Session method that will be applied through PHP. To prove that the method can run the system according to function, two tests are applied, login and logout testing and black box testing. In testing the login and logout that is designed can be fulfilled in storing and sharing data sessions even though there is a condition of one disabled web server. In the black box testing the response time results obtained in each scenario, in the first scenario of 100 session requests produces a response time of 18.7 second to 26.2 second, in the second scenario of 200 session requests produces a response time of 1 minutes up to 1.38 minutes, in the third scenario of 300 session requests to produce a response time of 10.07 seconds to 15.25 seconds.

Abstract

2D Endless Runner Game is a game where the player will keep on moving forward thus no end point and will present obstacles for the player and keep the player's adrenaline driven to keep on playing. The obstacles on some of Endless game differs, for this research, the game which will be made will have differently obstacles such as obstacle and group movement. The game will have obstacle where there will be many opponents moving as a group to fight the player's character. The group of assailants which will fight the player, will be applied on simultaneously moving NPC. Flocking is the most famous methods from artificial intelligence which moves a group.Flocking's movement sometimes has this restrained moment, therefore, applied one of the pathfinding method that is A* to make the group's movement not be restrained. Based on this problem, the researcher will develop a game which will have assailant's group have the Flocking Behavior. The results of this study indicate that flocking can be applied in group movements and the resulting FPS affects the number of NPCs in the group This result was proven by testing 3 NPCs to produce FPS ranging from 43.6 and with 8 NPCs producing FPS around 33.7. NPCs also make it to the destination without being blocked.

Abstract

Brawijaya University has one central library and several smaller libraries in each of its faculties, including a library located in the Faculty of Computer Science which is commonly called a Reading Room. Currently, Reading Room management is done by using an open source software called Senayan Library Management System (SLIMS). The use of SLIMS is deemed not quite helpful because the membership system cannot be connected with the student database that is owned by the faculty which make it difficult to check the students's status when they are going to make transactions. In addition, the Reading Room does not have collection data, especially thesis, to be seen by students online, making it difficult for students who want to find data outside of the Reading Room's working hours. As a solution, a web-based Reading Room Management System was developed. This system has features for managing collection data and reading room transactions with member data that is integrated with the faculty. In addition, this system can be used by students to search collection data including thesis data online. This research begins with requirements engineering process that produces 59 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. Then, the system design is carried out. The implementation is done using Django framewok. From the testing process, the results are 100% valid for unit testing, integration, and validation. As for usability testing, the value of 82.92 means that the Reading Room Management System falls into the 'A'.

Abstract

Internet has become a part of society's daily routine. One of the activities carried out through the internet is online transactions. Following the growth of online transactions also makes the emergence of various types of e-commerce to meet people's needs. Fashion e-commerce is one of many e-commerce type that often used to fulfill people's need. E-Commerce XYZ, Vipplaza.co.id and Berrybenka are fashion e-commerce engaged in the same field and have common characteristics. This study aims to compare the user experience gained while using all three e-commerce websites that have the same characteristics and business processes. This research was carried out using the scenario testing method and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The scenario testing will be carried out for 10 new users based on four parameter: task completed, error rate, number of clicks and time per completed task. User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) has 6 measurement scales and will be filled by 25 respondents. After testing section and fill the questionnaire, the respondent will be interviewed to find out the responses and problems during the scenario testing. The conclusion from the result shows that E-Commerce XYZ has a better level of user experience than Vipplaza.co.id and Berrybenka.com
